I want to thanks to the wonderful people in Friendship Nissan Forest city for the charismatic, professional , and kind way to make their costumers the happiest buyers ! :)We got a Jeep Compass trailhawk this time but I want to shared also a experienced we had with these wonderful dealership.My daughter Thais got a car a year ago in this place , and that might help some people like me having a teenager and looking for the safest car for your love ones, my daughter had a car-wreck and her first Nissan Versa was a totaled. But at the time this happened we were luckiest that Mr. Kenneth Walker the Manager in this placed went above beyond with his kind support , Helping me out with many advice's about the car that was totaled , That is one reason we never hesitated and come back to give more business to this awesome place because the care and kindness they give to their costumers . If you are looking for Honest, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, this is the right place !!!This time my daughter Thais got a Jeep compass Trailhawk and we are so happy with this purchased.Thais and I want to thanks to John Hutching and Tim for helping us making this true . I started working with Matt Huntley a week ago today and he's AMAZING not like other salesmen I have worked with in the past. He actually listens to what you want and he gets on a personal level with you (not in the weird way lol). He knew what I wanted and he did his absolute best to get it. Matt tried for a week to get me into a particular vehicle but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. I did have to go with something else but we will call it my stepping car (stone) to get me where I need to be. Point is he never ever gave up even when I did and he kept communicating with me every step of the way so I always knew what was going on during the process. I like that he keeps reassuring me that I made the right decision because me myself still question it . He did get me into a nice reliable car. I really appreciate everything he did. Thank you MattElizabeth and Jobe made the paperwork painless. Tim did all the bank contacting and punching numbers.Thank you all as well.

Dillion was my salesperson, He was very professional, friendly. Dillion was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and so was john, he previously had the car he knew every little detail about the car which helped me a lot. It was different than my previous experiences with other dealers who kept pushing pressure to buy a car. Dillion was available and able to accommodate my schedule, especially that I live 3 hours away. Thank you for helping me get my Kia k5 Gt Line that I love very much! Y all go ask for Dillion!

I bought a Frontier from Matt and was well pleased with the whole process. Matt is a good salesman and very easy to work with. I was not satisfied with the detailing but everyone went above and beyond to correct this problem.Revised Review:After waiting almost 2 months I still don't have the title and registration for the Frontier (SC Law says this has to be done in 30 days) I have called to check on this and was told to give it more time. Matt the sales consultant called last week to see how I liked the truck and I told him about this and he gave me his word that he would find out and let me know. I have not heard from him. Left a message yesterday an got a call from the individual who is in charge of registration and was told that the paperwork was just sent off on Tuesday because she had been out for several weeks. I can't believe that a dealership would only have one person capable of doing this job. Very unprofessional.Revision 2:After realizing that the title clerk dropped the ball the General Sales Manager personally went to the DMV on his day off to get my registration and hand delivered it to me.I'm still disappointed that Matt (salesman) was not truthful with me but I guess that's the best I'm going to get.John Mathis

Had a wonderful experience with Friendship Nissan when buying my used BMW X1. The vehicle was priced right, super clean, and the staff went out of their way to share videos and give me more info on the car, since I didn't live nearby. Dillon Gentry was a pleasure to work with. When I got there to pick up the car, they had detailed it and gassed it up. I met the owner and then sat down with the finance manager, Elizabeth Dechant. She was pleasant and thorough and got me in and out very quickly. They called me the next day to make sure everything on the drive home was to my satisfaction and Dillon has even followed up a few times since then to make sure I'm happy. The car runs like a dream and I would highly recommend Friendship.

My repair was more than I imagined yet it was done in the time Matt said it would be and I am pleased with the service. The other thing I would like to say is that sales people didn t come running out to hoover over and try to pressure me to buy a new or used car.Case in point, my last visit to a competitor had sales people contact me before I even sat down in the waiting room when I came in for service! I will certainly be back for service at Friendship Nissan again and perhaps even looking for another car.

Went in late on Saturday afternoon. Matt Huntley went above and beyond, staying well past closing to insure the deal went well. He made the car buying experience enjoyable. It helps that the Nissan Pathfinder was the perfect used car, in great shape.

We purchased our Rogue from Friendship in 2019. The sales experience was smooth and issue free. We've returned regularly for service and are pleased with the service department. If something more than the regular oil change service needs to be done, they explain and give the cost. I appreciate that they don't get insistent and pushy when told not now. I will continue to go for regular service and will buy from Friendship again.

Had oil change scheduled. Car was left at dealership the night before. The next day I received a call from Friendship. It rang once then hung up. No voicemail. I didn t have a chance to get phone out of my pocket. I immediately called them back. The service people were not available. I talked with their representative and she said she would leave them a message to call me back. They never did before lunch. I called again after lunch and same thing happened. They still haven t contacted me. ???Wife went later in afternoon and picked up vehicle. Oil was changed and fluids checked. Pleased with that part but not the Communication.

Got a real nice 2013 honda civic up there at Friendship Nissan. Everyone that assisted me was courteous and professional. I arrived at 3 in the afternoon, did the test drive, handled negotiations and the employees handled financing. Once all that was complete I had my new keys in my hand by 6p.m.Overall I think this was a fast and seamless process.Highly recommended!

Outstanding service with the purchase of our Nissan Pathfinder today at Friendship Nissan of Forest City NC. Sales Consultant Kenneth Walker was top of the line. Very knowledgeable on the car and was so very patient as he passed on information to me. Treated us with much kindness and respect on both visits as well as several phone and text conversations. I recently had repairs done at Friendship Nissan. The staff was friendly and everything was done in a timely manner. The car does drive much better. My transmission repairs were covered under a warranty which went pretty seamlessly. I didn't get a loaner car, this apparently had to do with timing and approvals from the warranty company. But I felt like it should've happened since I'd just purchased the car from Friendship Jeep Dodge less than 2 months before.Moral of the story. Don't buy a car at Friendship Jeep Dodge. But if you do, Friendship Nissan will be very courteous and efficient at fixing it for you.

My husband and I had a Kicks we LOVED but it was just too small to have another couple with us! We knew we couldn t afford higher payments and Matthew Huntley walked up to us and we told him our story. He worked up a Rogue and I immediately said no way we have to have no higher than our other payments. His reply was Miss Jerre I promise I will find you a car. Couple days went by and he call and said I haven t forgotten you guys! I told him find and we were enjoying our Kicks. It may have been a week or so and Matt called and said I think I have the car you two need. We road over and it was a Rogue Sport! Perfect and really fit my back! ( By the way my husband is 83 and me 79 real soon). The new to us car is wonderful Matt Huntley is for sure nothing but a gentleman .. Miss Jerre this Mr Claude that! GENTLEMAN! We had a problem in that the one owners before smoked and I have asthma. Matt said Miss Jerre we can fix that! We took it back and they cleaned seats carpet everything and it is wonderful!Our former car and this one are both 2020 s and payments only went up less than $10.Thank you Nissan and most especially Matthew Huntley for finding our car!

I had a maintenance service plan with Friendship Nissan that expired before I scheduled an oil change. After a conversation with the desk person and Joe the service manager, they decided to not charge me. I explained that I should have been informed that the plan was no longer effective before the oil change. Joe was very nice and agreed that I should have been notified. I then spoke with the finance manager John who said he didn't know whose responsibility that would be because the plan was handled by a third party. He did say that he would move my suggestion of more transparency up the ladder. Both Joe and John were accommodating and very professional. If you have any plans or warranties on your vehicle make sure they are still good before scheduling an appointment. Friendship Nissan of Forest City is a good place to buy a car.
