Mike was really nice and attentive to our needs. He really helped us out great guy to work with. Although Mike was a great salesman, I would not recommend purchasing a used car from forest city Honda. Our car made to our home in South Carolina and started leaking immediately. We were told and showed that the passed NC inspection but there is no way possible the car needs a new engine and we had it for less than a week.

My experience with Forest City Honda was superb. My car salesman, Demetrius S., was phenomenal! I was very concerned and somewhat hesitant about the whole process but he assured me everything would be good and work out. Sure enough, he made it happen and the process was pleasant and smooth. I highly recommend Forest City Honda and if given the opportunity would recommend working with Demetrius S., you will not be disappointed!

Elizabeth was great. I voiced my concerns about the importance of having something bigger and she went above and beyond too make sure I got my top 3 car choice. She was Very professional, reasonable, and understanding.

If you are looking for a dealership who is willing to take the time to get you in what you want, go check these people out. Chance spent hours working a deal for me, made the deal as easy as possible, and ensured I left with a vehicle I was happy with. Very friendly and helpful in helping me get approved for a car very fast. My salesperson Rigo was very attentive going way above and beyond my expectations to get me in a car that I desperately needed as my other vehicle had a blown motor. Also to Deanna from the service department for reaching out to me and giving me additional details on the service of my car. Overall my first time experience of buying a car on my own without any sort of financial help or co-signer was simply incredible. Couldn t ask for better at all. Want to say thank you to everyone I spoke to at Forest City Honda on November 10-11 including Rigo, Keith, and the other staff members for such wonderful help.

Almost three weeks ago, I drove to Forest City Honda, an hour + from home. I was met at my door by Jake. From the first minute I met him, he was kind, gracious, and helpful. His mama definitely raised him right.The whole process was great. Multiple folks came over to talk and discuss the process. They cheered and celebrated which was awesome.We re in love with the new Accord and it s such a comfortable, gas efficient ride.

I've been in the market for a better vehicle for a few months (with a car to trade that carried A LOT of negative equity). I've been to MANY dealerships, and Forest City Honda takes the cake. Mike was a phenomenal, straight-forward, and helpful salesman. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to put me in anything that was out of my budget. He made sure I was comfortable and his hospitality was exceptional. If you're looking for a new car, I 10/10 recommend going to see him.In addition, the finance department had their work cut out for them and they really pulled through for me.. They were able to lower the base price of the vehicle to offset some of my negative equity and I left the lot in my first ever brand new vehicle.I am incredibly greatful for the service I received today.

We went to buy one truck and left with a completely different truck that we absolutely love thanks to Elizabeth. She was very patient and took her time with us through the process. Even after it was time to close and we were still there, we never once felt rushed!

My experience with Honda is that they are professional and give personal help for their customers. They heip without being pushy and are very friendly and nice. I would recommend HONDA of Forest City to anyone that is in the position to need a car (this is the place ). I had excellent customer service, wonderful service of my car and the best of sales experience. My business will continue with HONDA FOREST CITY. They truly are the best. Many thanks to Johnny Lopez (sales) for helping me and Honda s manager and service team . BEST RESULTS

Sold my car to them on a Friday, filled out paperwork and signed everything then the mechanic looked at it checked it out they gave it a 5 star review. The following Tuesday they called and said they weren t buying the car and told me to come get the keys. This is a shady company ran by idiots. They have no idea how to do proper business and I hope they get investigated. Garbage place wouldn t recommend to my worst enemy. Pretty sure they scam a lot of people with paperwork as well.

This experience was amazing. Everyone here was so nice and super helpful. My salesperson, Elizabeth, went above and beyond. She made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Thank you Elizabeth, and everyone at Forest City Honda for putting me in a new ride that I just LOVE...all of you are AWESOME!!!!

100% Customer Service. Elizabeth and Isaiah were outstanding 5 Star all the way. From the main office filling out the paperwork to Customer Care and I will be referring the entire team to others. They were a blessing and I enjoyed being blessed in return.

I recently purchased a truck from this place and they were able to get me in something better than what I had. I had Isaiah as my salesman and he did a great job, if you go to this dealership he s the one you need to ask for! He ll get you the best deal possible! Ask the staff there were friendly and welcoming!

Mike Roberts was awesome he made the car buying process seamless and easy.He was upfront with everything and got me in an suv that I love. I spoke with Alyson who helped me get in to the dealership. I about backed out of going but she was amazing at her job and made sure I went then even checked back in to see how it went. Demetrius Smith was amazing because trust me he had to work some magic but he hooked me up with a brand new car. Everyone that worked there was so friendly. I will definitely be sending people that way.

I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!! Eliza helped me get the perfect first dealership car!! She helped thoroughly explain what needed to be done and made sure i understood before i left. i m beyond blessed that she was my sales person! i recommend this dealership to everyone!

I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth at the coffee machine in the waiting room, while having my CRV tires replaced. I love this place, everyone is so great, Norma, Wendy, Chris in Svc all fabulous, helpful. But this Elizabeth? I thought she was a customer, so personable, came and sat with me, we chatted. Came to find out she sells vehicles there. I mentioned if I were ever to get a car it would be a pre-owned Tahoe. I left for trip to NY next day. The day I was due back, Elizabeth remembered, and texted me and told me she found a Tahoe. I didn t think too much of it. I don t need a Tahoe, I WANT a Tahoe, told her maybe I d come in the end of the week. So I went, she wasn t kidding, beautiful vehicle, more bells and whistles than I thought of. I took for a test drive, and mentioned, I would want to take vehicle to Chevy to have it fully looked at. She said, Let s go now! Huh?! Okay. She sat with me for probably 45 minutes or better, while they checked it out. Elizabeth is seasoned in her craft, bubbly as all get out, helpful beyond expectation She got me more for my trade-in, was patient with my peppering of questions, just genuinely a sweet person- and so real, yet so knowledgeable and professional. Obv I bought the car, it was quick and painless. It is beautiful!! I work crazy hours and she put up with me not being available when she needed me for things. Most was done over texting til we got to paperwork. She literally came to my house to pick up the Tahoe today to fix a minor rear defroster issue as I was working, then dropped it back to me! She put a 1/2 tank of gas in it, and promised me to get it detailed this weekend. I can t say enough about this salesperson and her devotion to customer satisfaction. You needa car, you need Elizabeth, and her team.

Rico was a pleasure to work with. Funny, I have diabetes and other illnesses and he was very compassionate about it.He made sure I had snacks and kept asking me if I was Ok.I recommend the whole staff are very nice at Forest city .

Very nice and clean help. Didn t plan to buy a car but they worked on it to make everything easy and compatible for me. Helped work out the best budgeting plan and accommodations for my finances. Mike Robert s was the biggest help

I found myself in a situation where I was having to look for a car and decided to go to Forest City Honda. My old car was totaled and I was really hoping to have everything that I had in that car in a new car and not have to go up on payments by much. I didn't think that I would be able to accomplish this until I met Rigo. He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. He took time to listen to what I wanted/needed in a car and found the perfect one for me. If you find yourself looking for a car, be it new or used, I wouldn't recommend going anywhere but Forest City Honda and wouldn't want to be helped by anyone other than Rigo. He is a true asset to the company. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience!!

I traveled 3 hours to Forest City Honda to inquire about a vehicle I saw online. I am now the proud owner of a Z71 Suburban. Thanks to Arkbar, the General Sales Manager and his manager in training. Arkbar did everything he could to make sure we left satisfied. Elizabeth made us feel like family. She made the process smooth and comfortable. She was such a delight. Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Angie were very pleasant also. No hassle! No pressure!
