I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service and precise auto repairs. This company has repaired two different vehicles of mine and each time my vehicle was repaired beyond satisfaction. Not to mention they do a courtesy cleaning as well . Also the repairs were done in a timely manner. 10/10

From the first conversation to vehicle pickup they were totally professional. I received frequent updates and they dealt 100% with my USAA claims department. My vehicle looks amazing and and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience was excellent with Absolute Collision. We had an appointment in less than a weekend repair was done sooner than expected. I took my truck (actually it s my dog s truck) in to repair my tailgate.They were very polite and professional. When I picked up the truck I noticed on the invoice that they had found additional damage to the bumper and had made the repairs and negotiated with my insurance company. When I first sat in the truck I thought I must be in the wrong truck, as it has not been this clean in years! Thank you Absolute for a job well passed my expectations.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team was great, customer service was excellent. I was always kept up to speed on how things were going, and when the expected time to have it completed. Which they finished a couple days ahead of.I ended up having another accident later on and the team was able to get me in fast and out fast. And the damage that occurred from the accident was bad, they did a flawless job and I was so amazed. 10 Stars if possible.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

So far so good havnt seen the truck yet but the team has been so professional keeping me in the loop they e kept a great time frame and the truck sat at a competitor's shop for five months I had it taken to absolute the 1st and now 20 or so days later I'm hoping to get it this week theses guys have been amazing and super convenient to work with highly recommend

I was in a front end accident. I reached out to Absolute Collision in Forest City for help. We had to work through another persons insurance company. It was a stress free process for me. I could always call and check up on things, most often beating Justin to the punch. Was provided all information a long the way. Very polite and courteous staff. Excellent customer service experience and they stay hopping over there with business. How they navigate it all, I will never know! The work that they did on my eclipse was above and beyond. I hate they had to wait so long for my parts to come in (perks of having a 07). But the clean up and wax job they did on my car was spectacular. They kept me updated twice a week on the progress of my car
