Amazing. Stayed with me last Christmas and made sure the job was done even after closed. Prompt service, wonderful fix. I have an old Subaru (2001) and they take care of her like I'm special. I have had her in several times and it's like a child with a good pediatrician, like a pet with a good vet, Street's will take care of you and always do what is right, with good warranties, perfect service, and the best honesty and truthfulness about your car. I could not ask for anything better, and my poor old car gets me to work and all, and they did the best for her!

I would never bring anything here, I have and will never again. Had them work on my Jeep once but after I saw Alex Street take advantage of an elderly woman because she needed a nicer, safer vehicle to get to work and immediately after she bought it, it blew up and he felt no remorse, Alex Street sells nothing but junk. I wouldn t trust this shop to work on anything after harboring such a terrible salesman. If you love your vehicle and want quality work done this is not the place. If you want something of quality I would steer clear of here.

I was making an annual Christmas road trip from South Carolina back to Chicago with my dog when all of a sudden my car broke down in Flat Rock.I called AAA to hail a tow truck to get me to the nearest service center, which happened to be Street's Automotive. Mike and the team gave me the diagnosis (radiator and timing belt replacement) and cost estimate within an hour. Despite being backed up since it was their first day back from the holiday, they said they would prioritize my car since I was traveling.Even though they were about to close, they were patient with us and answered all of our questions about the car and waited for us to figure out our hotel situation without any pressure. After we figured out the hotel, Mike even gave us (including my dog and all of our luggage) a ride to our destination in his own car.The next morning, Street's was in communication with us from the beginning, and had the car ready by noon. We managed to drive back to Chicago that same day with no problems thanks to the team.Honestly, I think this was the best place for our car to break down as the service was excellent, communication was clear and honest, and the prices were fair. Recommend.

Woke to a dragging splashguard, and after managing to zip-tie it together and limp to the closest auto shop, I'm so glad I ended up at Street's Auto. The shop is super clean and staff were very accommodating. They were able to get me back on the road within an hour, topped off my oil, and wouldn't accept any payment (or tip!). I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

Took a 2009 F-150 in for inspection and to have the passengers window fixed, only charged for 1/2 hour labor to correct window issue. Expected to pay hundreds of dollars for this repair. Street'swas honest and that's refreshing. total bill was under $70.00.

Finding a good doctor and a trustworthy auto repair shop are two things "transplants" look for when moving to a new location after retirement. We have found both Hendersonville, NC. Man, what an awesome place to bring your car or truck, while I was driving my truck down interstate 26 with my family and with all the construction going on, I hit a big pothole and broke my lower ball joint, I had my truck towed to Streets Automotive using my AAA. Streets automotive is also a AAA repair facility , the only one in Henderson county if I'm correct, my truck arrived at 4:30 pm and Alex street called me right away to let me know the vehicle arrived, at 5:15 Alex street had called me again to let me know what broke and quoted me what it will take to fix it, I approved the repairs and Alex and his crew fixed my truck and had my truck back on the road by noon that following day. Awesome staff, clean shop, well trained certified technicians, they will have my business and I will spread the word to others.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We have been using Street s Automotive since they have been open and are extremely happy with the service we received. They employee excellent technicians and do repairs right. My husband is disabled and they go up and beyond to help with our van. We highly recommend them and are happy to give them five stars.

Went in asked for a alignment left truck came back no alignment said front end was totally bad?? Charged inspection fee that I didn't approve of, when they could have looked at 1 thing and said no I can't align this and just rolled it back out instead they find every single thing wrong with it just to sell you a service. Find you another shop that will work with you and bring you back to show you what the issue is instead of assuming the customer is not mechanically inclined and totaling the truck thinking you will pay their over exaggerated bill. Lesson learned on my part.

The guys at Street's Automotive LLC have gone out of their way to take good care of our cars and Land Cruiser. Prices are less expensive than dealership costs...and their turnaround time has been very reasonable despite being so busy you'd think they were giving away money.

I blew a tire around 10:00 one night. Found out the hard way that the lug nuts had been deformed (probably due to other maintenance jobs in the past) and the lug wrench provided did not fit. Wound up stripping one of the lug nuts and destroying another one. Had my car towed to Street Automotive around midnight and slept in the car. I had $68.00 in my bank account. I prayed and thanked Jesus Christ for keeping me safe, and allowing me to be close to an auto shop. I prayed for some grace and that it wouldn't cost too much to remove a stripped lug nut. Enter Bill and Justin from Street. Not only did they assist me with removing the lug nut but Justin, with the biggest smile on his face the entire time helped me change the tire. When I asked what I owed Bill said "just leave us good review" (with smile !!!) Well gentlemen you earned a review that cat be put into words...I tank you and appreciate you and your entire team. God bless each an everyone of you and if I am ever within the triple a towing rang of your shop and need repairs you have my business....thank you and God Bless and keep smiling.,.You never know when will impact someone's day.....Darwin Graham.......

BEWARE!!!!. The owners of this shop are bad business people. They take advantage of women especially older women. Very untrustworthy. I am not a customer here so I won't be on record. A good friend of mine bought a truck here , it blew up 3 weeks later. It was a bad business deal and you know it!

I got a flat on my drive down to FL and needed help asap as it was just me and my son. Streets could not have been nicer or more professional. If they were in Sarasota FL I would never go anywhere else. Ten stars for these guys!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires
