I had a shower door and glass slab installed. They arrived on time and did a great job. I wish my tile work looked as good as their glass install work. The glass is pricey, but what isn t these days?Overall I am happy with the job and highly recommend them for your bath project.

What a great company to work with. We had them do a shower enclosure and glass door for our bath remodel, it looked great.Unfortunately, the tile contractor did the shower wrong, and it leaked. We had to tear the whole shower out down to the studs, but throughout the process, Accurate Glass and Tony were great to work with. They came out, removed the glass and put it in storage for us. (at no charge) We were able to re-use the door, and after ordering two new panels, they came back and re-installed it yesterday. Highly recommend, shower looks great.

Recently had bathroom remodeled. Contractor recommended Accurate Glass for custom shower door & glass partitian plus two mirrors. Excellent work from precise measurememts to installation. Every employee I dealt with seemed focused on doing good job & insuring I was pleased with their service.

0000000000000000000000000 -The shower door my husband order from this company it was installed and it has sharp edges that I cut myself on (pictures attached). Not to mention they couldn t silicone the door right (pictures attached) We called the company many times for this issue even calling the manufacturer of the door BASCO for missing parts. It seem as they installed the door upside down (pictures attached). In addition, the door has a treatment on it for the water to repeal off and it s not working. There is warranty that Accurate glass don t want to respond. The calls to the company were made regularly and no one got back to my husband. My husband disputed half of charge to American Express and they didn t respond to them either. So American Express returned half of the cost of the shower door. Then we receive orders to appear to court to sue us my husband that made the order and myself I was not involved in this transaction at all by Tommy the owner. Went to court and my name was on the lawsuit by mistake as Tommy the owner said he didn t know how to file this issue. In a court of law that is all recorded in front of a judge. Tommy the owner stated that he would come out himself that has just not happened. I have the paperwork to back up all this nightmare. Don t use this company this is not the first time we used them but this is the fourth time never had a problem before but this time there is no customer service. The owner Tommy doesn t understand that he stated in a a court of law that was recorded making this Competent in a court of law. He sent an email to my husband stating that due to this review he will not service our shower door. Sad that a business could be ran by this out right disregard for peoples money. Do yourself a favor use another company!

I was looking for a way to protect my dining room table because it scratches very easily, and I found this company on google and contacted them. I have to say from the first phone call to the day they delivered the glass i couldn't be happier. They were very professional, their price I found to be reasonable for what I requested. They came out, measured the table because it has an unusual pattern on the edges. The first time they came to deliver it, it was a little off and they marked where it needed to be fixed and they called me back the next time to set up a new time to deliver. Both sets of guys who came out to deliver were polite, efficient and professional. It looks beautiful !! The pictures don't do it justice because the glass reflects everything.

Responsive, timely and terrific workThis team has been terrific to work with from Jennifer in the office to Tony who prepared our estimates and all of the pros who did the 2 bathroom installations. Very reasonable prices and like I said, incredibly responsive and timely. Highly recommend.

We had a replacement shower door put in. We went to their showroom to decide on the design. The "fitting" happened very quickly. When I left a message they called back promptly. The installation guys were very polite, professional, and they didn't make a mess! Overall a VERY positive experience!

We have an old log home in Western NC and fitting custom frameless shower doors is not easy. But Accurate sure made it look that way. They came out and designed a door, took measurements, showed up on time, were easy to work with. Then 3 weeks later, it was installed flawlessly. Very professional, competent, easy to work with, and reasonable.Accurate is a great source for all things glass.

Quick in communicating. Friendly staff. I felt like they were priced a little high for a simple order of 8 small squares but the quality of the work was excellent and I have no doubt they would do a superb job on a more complicated project. Jerry in the back was super friendly and helpful and is the main reason for my high review despite my feelings on price.

Custom built a transom window and installed glass into cabinet doors. Excellent workmanship!!! Very happy with the quality and knowledge of various options. Highly Recommended

Glass was not cut to the correct size. The person who came out to measure even put pencil lines where the mirror was to go. The day of the install it was noticed and I was told that I would be contacted because of the issue. I was never contacted and when I called, I was told there was no issue and my card had been run for the remaining amount. Unhappy

absolutely wonderful folks....had an issue with older windows (they hadn't installed ) they sent a man to evaluate...he spent over an hr. working with problem and in conjuction with us determined it could not be permanently fixed...he was able to give me a partial improvement to problem...have never had such great service...would certainly highly recommend this company

A little slow on response time so I can't tell you how the rest of my instillation of my shower doors will be, but I liked the gentleman who came and gave me a quote and the service from the office was good.
