I am so happy with my rim repair. I will never by rims again if I can help it.. I love how they worked around my schedule and communicated everything the entire time.. I am VERY pleased. After I hit the rims on my passenger side and bent them I was so hurt because my vehicle did not drive the same.. THANK YOU SO MUCH RGX.. I will definitely bring my other vehicles...

All four of my wheels needed refinishing due to some curb rash created by the previous owner. I found RGX through Google and read their reviews. Convinced by their positive reviews, I drove to their shop for an estimate. I was greeted by Harper and she went outside with me to do an estimate. She was very knowledgeable and gave several recommendations. I had some specific questions that was best answered by her technician. So she brought out Jeff and between the two of them, they gave me a detailed explanation including how the process works, turn around time and cost. I was very pleased by them. They also moved my appointment a few days earlier since they had a cancellation. Jeff pointed out during my appointment that one of my rims was bent while the other three rims needed rebalancing in which he remedied. Jeff also painted my wheels and his work is phenomenal. The rims came out amazing! My car is magazine cover worthy and there is no more vibration when driving at high speeds. I highly recommend RGX for rim refinishing. Excellent customer service, super quick turn around time, military-friendly with discount and impeccable work!!

WOW! I m speechless. Fayetteville folks if you need your rims repaired this is the place to go. I can t begin to tell you how pleased I am with how my rims were repaired. If your a car Enthusiast you know the heartache you feel when you damage a rim. Please look at the before and after pictures. You can t even tell where it was damaged. The rims look brand new!! Honestly I do not know how these guys do it, but there work is absolutely perfect and spot on. With all the local road construction taking place, I have somehow damaged three of my stock OEM wheels and these guys have made the repairs to like brand new wheels. Great job!!

I needed some new rims mounted on some tires and this team did great! Very helpful and the whole process was complete in about one hour. Would definitely recommend them.

i brought in a couple of damaged wheels and was amazed at the end product (see pics). Outstanding work completed in a timely manner, cannot ask for better service and a quality repair (reasonably priced for the quality of work performed). Thank You Jeff for the great work. Thanks for the great customer service provided by Crystal. Kudos, to your customer waiting area, it was comfortable and extremely clean and kept up well for your customers, !!

I was recommended this place. I called made an appointment with no problems. The young woman that scheduled my appointment was very nice and professional. The young man that worked the front on 12/18/23 was so nice and professional. I would recommend RGX Rim Repair Fayetteville.

Very impressed with their quality of work, quick times to get in and very pleasant to work with. I unfortunately had some damage from a curb in a drive through and it looks like new now!!!!

I highly recommend to all for any repair damage on aftermarket or street rims! I Had took a trip and accidentally curbed checked my rim And thought I might have to buy a new set :(.. But found this local and friendly place ,spoke with crystal, texted pictures to her and she Did a free quote, Set an appointment, sat in a nice clean comfortable waiting area for less than a hour With free Wi-Fi, cable tv ,and Complementary coffee to have my rim look like new again !!so thankful for that great price on repair cost that s was lowest in town ..will be visiting them soon if any more accidents happen LOL 10/10 (shout out to Jeff the technician who worked his magic on my rims!! Killed it bro!! Thank you frfr!)

I came in and was immediately assisted with my issue. They took a look at my rim and tire and quickly assessed and resolved the issue with accuracy and professionalism. I took the tire home and put it on my car and it is good to go. Thank you so much to the entire TEAM!! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone and I will go to them for any of my future needs.

I went to get my curb rash fixed today and the service was fantastic. They were fast with it too. Within 45 minutes to an hour my wheel looked brand new.

RGX was recommended by Firestone when the new tire would not stay inflated. I took the tire and rim to RGX and they were able to fix it in a few hours. They saved us hundreds of dollars, because I was ready to purchase a new 18" wheel from Audi.The team was kind, understanding, and technically savvy.Thanks and God bless all of them.

Our insurance sent us here, and they were fantastic. They plugged one of two tires for $35 and didn t charge us their flat $50, rate because my wheel had a center bend and wasn t repairable. They are an honest, trustworthy company. The waiting room was very nice as well.

Buyer beware!!! They may fix rims really well...but is it actually a bad rim to began with. They told me I needed 3 Mercedes rims and that mine were not repairable. They charged me $33 dollars to tell me this. I took my car to another tire shop for a second opinion. The tire shop did a 4 wheel balance for $60 and it's a great ride now. RGX wanted me to buy 3 rims is all I can figure or they just didn't check. Sure they were super nice and I am sure they would have had it working great if I bought 3 rims. Do yourself a favor. In my opinion you should GET A SECOND OPINION....They offered my money back but I prefer to warn others...

I dropped my truck off and it was completed within 2 hours, I went in thinking they might be able to make it look better than what condition it was in and to my amazement they made the wheel look brand new, it s amazing how detailed and good these guys are at their work I m a customer for life after just one visit! Thank you guys for such an awesome job!

This place did a phenomenal job on my Cadillac! My wife is so impressed that she wants her Caddy done as well. Harper at the front desk was very informative and helpful. And the technician Jeff did an amazing job from start to finish!

Jeff did an awesome job in fixing my curb rashes. Can't even tell I damaged the wheel. The women in the office were pleasant and informative. Good price on the repair and a good experience in general. Will go there again for any future needs.

I had a really great experience today. I spoke with Jasmine who coordinated my appointment, and had me scheduled right away. Later in the day, I brought a tire in to be mounted upon the rim that was to be repaired. When I arrived I asked to speak to the technician who was working on my particular rim. They kindly enough let me speak to Rene. I was greeted with an informed perspective and a reassurance that made me feel good about my experience. Upon receipt of the finished product, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality that I was given. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend them not only for customer service but also the willingness to provide insight on what you re actually paying for. Special thanks to Jasmine and Rene as you guys made it very easy for me to make a good decision!

I went to RGX after being told my rims were bent from a well know tire company. My rim was somewhat bent/warped however not so bad. Crystal, Harper, & Dalton were very informative and took care of my car right away. I would def recommend RGX to anyone. Great Customer Service. Thank you Guys!

This place is top notch. Not only is the staff friendly and super helpful but the quality of work is superb. I made an appointment to get one of my vehicles rim fixed (bent from a pot hole) and within a few days I was good to go. On the day of drop off, I asked about getting a scratch fixed for my second vehicle and was informed they could have it fixed the same day. Overall, prices are great and workmanship is top notch. One thing I'm really watchful for is how my vehicles are treated when taken to any shop. My vehicle was returned excatly how it went in - no hidden scratches, dents, marks, etc.....and was returned clean.Would highly recommend this shop.
