New ownership, named Liberty Ford. When appointment made, could not find my records. Arrived before scheduled time, 0800. Check in ok. Instructed to wait for shuttle. Asked at 0900. Told, he'd be here but had full load. Just wait. At 1100, still no shuttle, no word from check in attendant. Very unsatisfactory and never my previous experience at Crown dealership nor any other Ford dealer. Wasted day.

I swear if Larry in parts isn t the dmv sloth from zootopia it shouldn t take a half hour to switch out a battery in a key fob

Curtis was my service technician and kept me updated throughout the service process. Very professional and the quick lane side is always busy. But the team always gets the job done with a smile and ahead of schedule. The workers were friendly and polite. The service didn't take very long, I was there to change the oil. I was given advice on the service that needed to get the car running up to par.

I didn't even bother to let them change my oil. I'm not saying where I went to get it done but it wasn't $120.00 !I use full synthetic but it still shouldn't cost that much.I paid $67.00 where I went.Don't be fooled. Check your options!

Usually somewhat quick. Always nice and professional. Having a solid foundation of knowledge regarding automotive tech, I've never overheard them or been given an upsell that wasn't needed. Maybe not absolutely required but still solid advice at worst. Always quality work so far. Only downside is sometimes when they are busy you're going to be waiting a few hours.

I've been coming here over 3 years....always a good experience.Exemplary customer service & mechanics know their stuff. Curtis in quick lane, is professional, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help you. Best of all, he does it with a smile!I suggest you arrive early or call ahead, they do get extremely busy but do their best to get you in and out as quick as possible!

Superb costumer service. I cannot believe the fast and quality craftsmanship provided. They're mechanics go beyond and look for further issues. The service team WILL take excellent care of you. I've been thru several dealerships in the past and Crown Ford Quick Lane rises above the competition.

Curtis and his team did an outstanding job with my vehicle. It was finished sooner than expected and the detail job was top notch. I plan to have all my maintenance done here in the future. Great work!

Ive been going here for 2 years and Ashley at the Quick Lanes desk is THE BEST PERSON! Her and the Ford team really care about their customers. She helped me fix my vehicle the day before I was due to deliver my baby. I can t say enough about this group!

In out oil change no problem. Then I was told that my maintenance contract expires in Dec. But I'm paying on it for the next 2 years and no one ever mentioned this over the last 4 years. I also needed 2 tires that only have 30k miles. The tires carry a 65k mile life but normal wear invalidated the tire contract that I have been paying for the past 4 years. It would have been cheaper to go to my local mechanic for services and buy these tires then pay for these warranties and maintenance in my auto contract.

I love my FORD Dealership, State Inspection was only $13.90 USD unless you have tented windows which is only an additional $10 USD.The Inspection only took roughly about 15mins and the paperwork was placed in the vehicle on the dashboard.FORD I LOVE YOU GUYS!P.S. Thank you for taking great care of my 2020 Bullitt Mustang

Found it to be a little sad. Customer service was ok but left with the part and chose to install myself. Felt that charging 5.00 for a shop fee and 25.00 for labor to install a battery was just a little much. Total time for me to install the battery was 5 minutes.

Friendly service advisor.. 2 clean, spacious, convenient waiting areas with comfortable chairs but definitely need to replace ripped and torn ones.. Had 2 service needs that were completed faster than estimated which is always a PLUS

2008 Mustang Shelby Service. I arrived at the Quick Lane spoke to my Service Advisor Jessica Wissmann, she understood my needs and took care me. From start to finish Jessica handled my requirements/needs. Awesome service.

Was not expecting to have to pay as much as I was charged. I had received discount coupons that didnt apply the way I thought they would. The lady that provided customer service was good.

One of the staff member was very rude I m military member and went there with my uniform on my break and I felt very embarrassed for the way he was talking to me specially when there was people around! That was not right I just went there to get service for my car and Endup getting a very bad attitude from one of the staff member, I chose this quick lane because I though it was gonna be better because of the reviews but I endup very disappointing

Super friendly and helpful staff. I was in and out with in an hour even with 3 people ahead of me. I have visited this location two other times and was very pleased. This is usually my first choice!

Excellent service, knowledgeable people at the service desks that keep you informed on progress should you wait inside clean air conditioned, T V equipped area with wi-fi.

Horrible expierence they told me 30 minutes for oil change its been 90 minutes and not done yet. They tried to put 8 qts in when it require 5qts
