I saw a vehicle online that was in transit and made an appointment for 1 March 2024 with Riley Horne. Riley is polite, knowledgeable and helpful which made the buying experience easy. I was in and out the dealership 2 hours and 20 minutes which is extremely good. Riley also drove my new vehicle home because I arrived to the dealership with rental. Thanks again for the great help!

I have always wanted a Jeep and here at Hendrick Chrysler of Fayetteville they made that happen for me. Andrew went above and beyond. He was very polite and friendly even had a sense of humor. He was very personable and I am so thankful to be driving in my new Jeep. Andrew even gave me my first duck!The best dealership experience I ve had.

Update: on Wednesday, February 23, 2024 I bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe. As I stated below, I d never purchase a vehicle from Hendrick. Below, you will find a screenshot of the salesman checking on me after one month of ownership. Yes, I did not hesitate to purchase another vehicle after learning that I had been scammed out of thousands of dollars. Click on photo to see full transactionsBetween October 3, 2023- December 15, 2023, I spent over $1600 on my air conditioner at Hendrick s. My air conditioning had gone out in my Jeep Cherokee last September. On October 3 2023, I paid Hendrick s $549.53, for Freon and dye to be sprayed on different parts in order to locate the problem.Once all the Freon had run out, on November 3, I paid $436.00, for the part that I was told would fix my air conditioner.On December 15, 2023 I paid $617.36, for the part to be put on and whatever else.(February 3, 2024-Florida) The first time I turned on the air conditioner, it started leaking Freon!I called and made an appointment at Hendrick s. Of course, they pretended it was another issue. But this time they had a machine for the dye to find the issue. I didn t have to spend over $500 on Freon to waste.Now, it s February 16, 2024 and they want another $2,900.I m a widow and I recently lost my only son, so I don t have anyone to ask for advice about these kind of things. But I m pretty sure I ve run into some scammers. I ve been reapproved for a new car and it s safe to say, I won t be car shopping at Hendrick s! Their service department is beyond untrustworthy to some of its customers. Payments posted!!! I really loved my Jeep!

I just purchased aJeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Hendrick Chrysler Jeep Fiat. It was such a good experience because of the knowledge and dedication of Riley & Andrew. The team went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy this customer!! They were very professional, patient and personable while addressing my questions and concerns. Called to schedule an oil change, tire rotation & update on my center. I was told to I could come anytime and go through their express lane. So I did just that . Of course there were cars already ahead of me when I got there so it took a little time to get my Jeep in , but that was to be expected . My service advisor was John , he was very adamant about keeping me abreast of where my vehicle was during the entire process. He offered up a shuttle and anything else I needed, which I really appreciated. Got my Jeep back and everything was completed and up to date.

Took the Challenger in because of a noise in the front end, John Thompson the maintenance advisor assigned to us was fast to get it looked at to find the issue(s). John called, went over their findings, put the parts on order and within a few days we put the car in to get everything fixed. John and the maintenance team had us drop it off by 98:30 and it was ready for pick-up by 3:00. Runs and handles like new, warranty covered everything. John Thompson and the Maintenance Team at Hendricks Jeep/Dodge in Fayetteville are always ready to give you the best service possible.

Easily one of the smoothest dealership purchases I ve ever made.The sales manager, Angela, was very efficient and on top of the entire process, which I very much appreciated. Nicholas, my salesperson, was a breeze to work with and even went to go pick up the Jeep I was buying, as it was located two hours away at another Hendrick location. The finance manager, Daniel, I could tell was not only passionate about the brand, but also the products that contribute to clients to having the best driving experience possible even after they leave the dealership.I would absolutely buy from Hendrick again and I look forward to working with this team again when I am ready to trade.

Recently bought a Mercedes E400, from them. . Rick, the finance manager helped me out a lot, and made the purchase very smooth, I give him 5 stars for sure. However, if you have any questions regarding your purchase, I would seek out Tony, the sales manager to help. He gets things done, efficiently and effectively.

I needed some information for a friend of mine who is deployed currently, and I talked to Cindy Booker at the front desk. I was pleasantly greeted and given the most thorough directions and advice for my deployed friend on what steps to take when he returns from his deployment. He will be new to the Jeep family, but he is all in on his return based off the knowledge and amazing customer service I received from Ms. Cindy Booker. I showed up after 6 pm to pick up my Pacifica from service. Even though they were closed, everyone was awesome! A salesman got me with his manager who found my work order and closed it out in the finance office. I really appreciate them going the extra mile!

I worked with Andrew Gatschet today to get into a new jeep and had the best experience yet. This is my 5th Jeep Grand Cherokee and by far the best experience. He worked with me on my wants and needs in a jeep and put me into the one I wanted. I truly wasn t expecting to leave with a deal today since I worked with other dealerships, but was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received from him and everyone I can in contact with. Whohooo!! Fantastic customer service!! I saw the vehicle online and knew exactly what I wanted before arriving at the dealership. I owned a Chrysler Town and Country years ago. I loved that van so much, until it was destroyed from the flood in 2016. Now I'm driving the Pacifica! Love, love it so much! Such a smooth riding vehicle. Upon arriving at dealership, I was startled by Andrew whom gave me a great experience in the my purchase. Andrew made sure all my needs were met in a respectful manner. He listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally! Daniel, the finance officer went way beyond my expectations to get me approved for financing. He also was very informative about my questions and answered them truthfully! Good job Mr. Hendricks for well trained employees. I will definitely be sending some friends and family to Hendricks dealerships!!

I would not recommend bringing your hybrid vehicle here for service. This was hands down the worst service experience I have ever had. I have since moved, but I would choose to drive to a different town for service if I were still local.Hendrick serviced my van several times while living in the area, and I had issues with multiple of those. One left us without cruise control for a 3,000 mile road trip after I had paid a large amount of money to fix the cruise (however, the cruise actually worked before bringing the van to them). Another left us without AC leading to us canceling a trip midway, turning around to head home. We also were stuck in the middle of our move only able to go 35 MPH at one point. The last time Hendrick serviced our van was right before PCSing. They gave our van back the day before leaving with two service lights still on and convinced me they would go off as we drove. They never went off and caused issues as we drove.After moving, my van went into another shop immediately. Once the new shop FINALLY got in contact with the service manager, John, to figure out what they did, they quickly found and fixed several issues Hendrick left behind. I purposely waited several months before leaving this review to ensure the new repairs were done correctly by the new shop, and sure enough, my van has been working wonderfully for months now.In a nutshell, errors were made during repairs, I was lied to, and I was left with a faulty vehicle after paying a large amount of money. They left my family hanging during a move and would not own their mistakes. Communication was terrible which ultimately ended with me opening up a case with Chrysler directly. I tried reaching out to the GM 2 different times but never heard back. Craig was the only positive part of my experience, but he could only do so much. Working with the service manager, John, was not a good experience. He was hard to get in contact with and even talked poorly of me to the new shop making it my fault, still unable to own his shop's mistakes.It still gives me an unsettling feeling thinking about how much money I gave this shop to then turn around and pay another shop to fix their mistakes. I was very trusting and understanding as Hendrick worked on my vehicle. I trusted the things they told me and was just starting to accept I had bought a bad vehicle. It wasn't until I started getting opinions from other shops and saw how confidently the new shop fixed my vehicle that I realized they had actually treated me so poorly.

Great service from Allison Dunk from the time we arrived . We drove about 2 hrs to inspect and purchase vehicle. She was very friendly and went over every detail and answered any questions.Allison was very thorough with her job.You should be proud to have such an excellent employee on your team. Even one of your sister dealership that was a lot closer was not friendly or helpful even told us to go to Fayetteville they couldn t help us. Thanks Allison. Ernie and Carol

Inquired on a vehicle yesterday via online. Was so excited when someone message me back right away. I proceeded to tell the Internet sales rep I wanted to purchase the car and put a down payment. Was told they could not accept a down payment, so I said fine, I will pay for the entire car via credit card. No one would respond. Asked to have sales manager call me. No one called. So this morning I called again. The sales rep told me there was someone there writing up a contract on the car. So either this was the old BAIT and SWITCH game OR someone at the dealership wanted to sell the car the a friend. Either way, I was willing to buy sight unseen, which I had the sales Rep I had done before. Funny this is when they did call me back first time she wanted to know if she could find me another car after telling me it was available. Just bought a new GMC truck from Randy Marion last month, No problem with buying over the phone!

The service I received on my car was truly wonderful. They repaired my problem plus the others I was unaware of. The manager John was a caring and thoughtful man that saw that my vehicle was taken care of. The rep. Brian was on top of it start to finish and advised me what to do until my vehiclewas serviced. And Danielle set me up to get my vehicle repaired. Saying they did a great job is only skimming the surface of the great service I received. And again I say thank you for a job well done.
