If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They made a very stressful time not so stressful. They did an amazing job and you can t even tell I ever needed a repair. Hannah kept me informed and made sure she explained what was happening with insurance and the repair time frames. This crew is awesome and I d recommend them to anybody. They even did an interior detail before returning my car to me and it felt like I was getting into a brand new car. They went above and beyond and deserve all the thanks in the world. Thank you so much Cape Fear Collision! Y all are the best!

I called a couple places and they wouldn t install my carbon fiber diffuser due to me having a Tesla so I reached out to Cape Fear Collusion and they were more then happy to do so and did a phenomenal job!! They also cleaned and glued some other carbon fiber after market attachments.

I had the best experience I've ever had with a business. I dont know who owns this body shop, but Rick and his team are amazing. Everything from the initial quote to the final product was absolutely perfect! You can't even see where the damage was. I have already asked him to do a future project for me!

Let me tell you about this place. They delivered. I've had quite a few things done over the years to various car, and it always great. Headlights on the yellow corvette, 3 piece wing and front lip on the honda, wing on the blue corvette. When you want it done right let them do it.

I had a really great experience with Cape Fear fixing my automobile that had been in accident. They were great from the beginning explaining the process and kept up with me every few days to update me on how the car was coming along. Their staff was professional and great to work with. I would recommend for your body shop needs!Also adding, was quite surprised when I found my car completely detailed on the inside when I picked it up. I have 2 children and 2 huskies and my car looked like it was brand new again. It was very appreciated.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came into the shop for an estimate on damages to my passenger window. When I brought it in, they immediately looked at my vehicle and managed to fix the issue in less than an hour. Only charged me for the hour of labor and even went the extra mile to fix the small paint issues as well for no extra charge. They saved me tons of money and did excellent expert repairs to keep my vehicle going!

This place has a 5 star rating for great reasons. They re honest and true to their work. Nick and everyone else here is so nice and friendly. If you need body work done , this is the place to go. If you re in doubt go ahead and compare with other shops around town. I guarantee you ll pick this place. They ll provide a free estimate and not include made up fees like calibe* collisio* does.

If I could do more than 5 stars I would. Nick did an EXCELLENT job on my 2022 Silverado. This was my first time working with cape fear collision and I was very impressed. My truck went from the consult to having it fixed and returned to me in 10 days. I will definitely be recommending Cape Fear Collision to anyone needing body work and will only be working with them in the future. The customer service was spectacular and the work done on my truck was amazing. They returned my truck to me fixed, washed, and detailed inside and out. Thank you guys for your work!

I had the honor of being serviced by Cape Fear Collison after my car was wrecked. They were honest and upfront with me about the time it would take. They were very friendly and almost felt like family with every phone call and visit. Even when I picked my car up, I was just asking what I could do about some chipped paint areas on my car and he went and got paint and went around my whole car!!! I m glad I came to cape fear collision. Not only they did honor their initial quote but they worked quick and explained to me the process that took during the repair. Repair came out great and you would never know there was any damage.Great work, honest, and knowledgeable people. They even went as far to clean my car for me. Above and beyond I d say! If I could give more stars I would. If you need work done go here!In August while on vacation I got rear ended. I found cape fear collision threw Google and gave them a call. They immediately got me in to see how bad the damage was and to give estimates to the insurance company.Even though we hit some hiccups along the way (not cape fears fault) Rick kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciated the weekly calls letting me know what to expect, and not only that Rick actually took the time to answer any and all questions I had.When it came time to pick my vehicle back up it looks brand new, you can not tell anything had happened to her. Both the husband and I are beyond pleased and can t get over it looking exactly like it did the day we drove her off the lot.Rick and his crew went above and beyond for my family and I. I had the color changed on my 03 mustang and working with Nick was great. It took about 4 weeks and the quality was incredible and reasonably priced. I m pretty sure they also detailed the interior which was unexpected and a very nice touch. I later noticed some minor wind noise due to a couple missing clips which Nick quickly diagnosed and repaired for me without any issue. I d definitely recommend Cape Fear Collision and look forward to using them again.Service: Painting

Thank you for your professionalism and outstanding workmanship!! George (an '06 Toyota Corolla) received a much needed all over paint job and looks amazing!!!! Reminds me of one of those older dudes that go into a barber shop and comes out with a fresh new look, looking just as good if not better than their younger counterparts. Great prices, professional, courteous, and friendly. Wonderful customer service recieved from Nick and Annette. Highly recommended, from a very satisfied customer!

I lost my side view mirror yesterday (02OCT19). I called Cape Fear Collision and was able to get a same day appointment. An estimate was conducted and parts were shipped over night at no cost to me. My truck was repaired within 24 hours. I couldn t even tell anything happened. Everyone was so pleasant, warm, and inviting. Additionally, my concerns and questions were always addressed and without hesitation. This is a big plus for me as I always seem to have many. Water was offered to both me and my daughter upon entry into the business. This simple courtesy is one I do not see much of anymore. Great business. Great people. Top notch customer service and a supporter of troops. I am very grateful for what you all did for me! Thank you so very much!!

Nick was recommended by two top business professional service providers in town for his professional expertise and dedication in the business. My Cadillac had some paint damage which were fixed by Cape Fear Collision Nick . Upon arrival I was treated very courteous and an estimated was prepared with a very affordable cost for the job.
