These guys took my 2002 Avalanche and my Suburban, brakes, rotors replaced. Solved every check engine light issue I ve ever had. Engine valve covers have been replaced, motor mounts replaced. I broke my door handle on my Suburban and they even replaced that. The prices and quality is definitely one of the best in Hope Mills/Fayetteville area. If not the best. I don t even know their names but these guys work hard. I m still surprised that a mechanic shop replaced my broken door handles. Thanks my Suburban and Avalanche is running like new. I ll be taking my Avalanche in to replace my AC unit next. I ve had great experience with this company service when the dad ran the business.I recently went to receive work on my car and was told a part was replaced on my car and it wasn t. Thank God my husband knows about cars. My husband detected that the mechanic placed a part on my car to make it seem like it was fixed. We took the car back and the mechanic tried to say he fixed it but we were persistent about them not fixing our car.They finally fixed the car. Ladies make sure you take a male with you so you want be scammed.Service: Auto maintenance

By far the best service I ve had in NC. Friendly, fast and affordable. I got a few quotes for getting my breaks done and they were 2/3 of the price then the other three places I went to for quotes. Great place to get work done and knowledgeable as well. If I was still staying in NC I would definitely use them as my primary mechanic. Highly recommend you come here before you go anywhere else.

I was having an issue with my car and mentioned it to my supervisor. He referred me to Brakes n Axles on Hope Mills Rd. He said they were good people with great values and fair pricing. He was right, I took my car there, they checked it out, called me with the problem and solution. I got it back the same day problem solved. Thanks to Ms. Margaret at the front desk and Spencer and his technicians for a job well done. I will be back for future issues that may come up. Thanks also to my supervisor Steve for the referral

It's gets no better the service , the professionalism, courtesy is amazing they need a bigger shop . Every last one of those guys are great and will help you trouble shoot anything and tell you where to go if they can't do it and get a price and call around d for you. These guys should be your first stop if you need any work done . They got your best interest in mind .

I really appreciate the owner and how honest he was, very trustworthy. Nice man! I will be back for all my car needs, as he solved my problem and didnt over charge me, had me in and out. best prices in town. Not only that every single customer who came in the door gave him a high review! So that speaks for itself. Go check him and his crew out you wont be disappointed!

What a wonderful experience considering the fact I was 7 hours from home! My son's neighbor suggested I bring my SUV to get the brakes and rotors worked on (I had new parts from auto store) as my son & his neighbor were not able to get the rotor off. Mr. Steve took me within 45 minutes (day after major holiday) and completed the job within 1.5 hours. My rotor was completely rusted into another part and I truly wasn't sure if the shop would be able to remove defective part. Thank goodness they were able to remove it and put on the new brakes & rotors. When I asked what the bill would be, I was told $85.00. I said, "Mr. Steve, that's not enough--your team worked on the SUV 1.5 hrs." He replied, "Miss, you're not in Pennsylvania, we treat our customers differently here in North Carolina." I just laughed and said, "please take $100 for my bill. I really appreciate your kindness and taking care of me--it's a blessing."I observed this gentleman to treat ALL of his customers and employees with respect. I highly recommend Brake and Axel in Hope Mills, NC. If I lived there, Mr. Steve would be my mechanic always. Glad to know I have a place to go if I visit NC. (We took a photo and it will be posted on their Facebook page).

Great service , fixed my brakes fast . One shop wanted to charge me $900 for brakes . They did it for half the price and quickly

Call ahead to find out when the best time is to bring in your car. They are very busy and a small shop with a lot of customers. I brought my car in with break issues. In an hour and a half they had the issue fixed for a more than reasonable price. Also found another important issue that I had not noticed and took the time to show me with a quote. Very good and polite customer service. Not what I was expecting at all! 5 stars!

Was looking for someone to service my brakes and rotors and I found this place. The rotors for my car are very expensive & hard to find. I got my brakes replaced & I would like to give a big thank you to the guy with the pony tail under his cap (didn t get his name) for going beyond in trying to help me find the rotors. The other staff were awesome as well! Will be back once I can find some rotors! Thanks again!!!Service: Brakes

Excellent and efficient work completed in a minimum amount. Called and made an appointment the same day. Technician diagnosed the problem in a short time. Made the repair and saved me a lot of money from several other estimates. Any problem with your vehicles, I highly recommend them. Honest and trustworthy. Great customer service

Steve is a straight up honest person and he will tell you if he can repair your vehicle and when he can get to your vehicle. I never had any major work done but they have always been pretty quick about getting you in and out.

This is my go to mechanic for everything. Steve the owner is a good Christian man who treats everyone fairly. As a woman I have been taken advantage of at every sort of automotive business but not at Brakes-N-Axles. The prices are fair service is fast and friendly. If you are told your vehicle will be ready at a certain time it will be ready.

They have been my go to auto shop for all my auto work for several years now. They are friendly, professional and honest. They have taken excellent care of my vehicle. They fix the problem the first time, while working efficiently as well as charging reasonable prices.

Great work, fantastic prices, but uses cheap brakes and mine constantly squeak worse now than when I needed them replaced. Had I known, I would have bought my own pads and rotors before hand.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Well....I went here, so it seems everyone else did too so the work must be good! I like to listen and look and everyone that comes in asks for Steve so if you have a problem...ask for him. He does seem pretty nice though!!! His group of mechanics seem like good ole country people. My kinda folks!!! They fixed my master brake cylinder. I didn't feel ripped off and had priced the part before I went to the mechanic. Good honest working people here with a lot of knowledge!!!!

With no appointment, they were nice enough to work us into their schedule. We needed our truck repaired quickly and they were there to help. It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely use Brakes-N-Axles again.

I had went to other places that I felt was over charging.. I went to this place.. he was nice honest and got right on the job.. I will go to them for any services I need they can do.. You can't go wrong with Brakes and Axels. Been going there for years and they will NOT rip you off or try to up charge you. You don't find many businesses like this anymore. And feel comfortable as a woman going here. My family and I have been going Steve s shop for over a decade now. He is an honest mechanic. I tell all of my friends especially females to go to his shop. He is a one of kind guy.
