Airstream 2011 25 International. Had to replace our OEM Atwood Water Heater. I wanted to write this review for two reasons. The first is to help fellow Airstreamers with older Atwood Water Heaters to understand the replacement Dometic/Atwood recommended by Airstream Customer Service (Ohio) is bigger (longer) than the original and requires additional hardware purchase as potential modification inside the rig to move wall boards to accommodate the newer/larger Dometic water heater.5 Stars for Mario's RV Repair: The second is to tell you Mario's RV is the company Airstreamers should call first if you want the best professional help with their RV trouble.I spent a good solid day doing legwork to understand options of going with a traditional water heater or opting for tankless heater. In the end, we chose to go with the traditional water heater.After understanding my options, I contacted Mario's RV Repair based on word of mouth recommendations. After providing Mario the serial number, Mario ordered the correct water heater. Note the water heater comes with either a black or white door. We were bummed because we wanted something gray or matching the Airstream. Mario said no problem, he will order the black, scuff it up and spray paint it silver. Happy to say the results were satisfactory!When Mario went to install the new water heater we encountered problems with the back of the heater not having enough space to accommodate the water valves. Mario did not want there to be any chance of the board rubbing against the valves and he carefully communicated options to the challenge. Mario was going to move the piece and reinforce the new location with metal brackets. I asked Mario if I could have a chance to call Airstream Service to discuss and see if there were other options. I called into Airstream service the next day and they said this is exactly what needed to be done, and each replacement water heater will need some type of modification to accommodate the newer water heater model.Mario came out the following Monday and proceeded to do exactly what was needed. If you look closely, you will see the custom metal brackets Mario made onsite that are totally overkill but you know that's exactly how he would do it for his own rig!The work is first class and we are happy and grateful to Mario -- he has very high standards and very good communicator.Tops to Mario and his crew!

I can't express enough how great of a job that Mario did!! Awesome job!!! It was an amazing experience for me. Very great atmosphere to be around great people, I would suggest if needed use them. I'm very excited and pleased with the job that was done.

We highly recommend Mario's RV Repair. Mario & Beverly are wonderful to work with and fixed our camper in a timely manner. They also worked with our insurance company to ensure all issues were resolved. Definitely our 'go to' people for any camper issues we have going forward ! (And shout out to their dog RV, the official greeter.

We just picked up our 12 year old 5th wheel from some major repairs done at Mario's: replaced the roof, added an air conditioner replaced a wall, changed a toilet valve, replaced seals, and new awnings. We went to pick it up a few days ago and the switch that lifts the front jack had JUST failed. Thankfully, Mario was able to order the part and fix it. The work he did is meticulous and FAST! I highly recommend them for anyone needing repairs on an RV. A first class business, and very reasonable prices! And be sure to say hi to RV, their German shepherd! We will definitely be back.

We met Mario in 2012. He took a camper my Dad had given me (he passed away) that had been sitting for several years. He fixed it up as good as new and we enjoyed many years of camping with it. We then moved up to another camper. When we retired that camper for my Father-in-Law to live in, he fixed that one good as new as well. We purchased a brand new camper and have had nothing but problems with it. We learned we don t have to take it to dealership and put up with lack of customer service. Moving forward Mario s RV Repair is the only one who will be authorized to make repairs for us! His work ethic is authentic and above all we ve experienced. If he moved to California, I would drive that far just to have him do the work!

Marios RV Repair is amazing!!! I can't say enough good things about these people. They are prompt, professional, and caring. Mario is very skilled and knowledgeable about rv repairs. They worked with the warranty company directly to repair our refrigerator. The owners kept in touch with us at all times regarding the repairs. We are SO thankful we found them!

Very pleased with the service. Mario made his best attempt to correct problems created by first owners neglect. He found a very acceptable solution along with tedious adjustments and RV is working great. He and Ms. Beverly are very nice people and we feel that we can trust them. I am a small business owner myself, and while talking to Mario I get the impression that he treats his customers the same as I do...fair and honest.

We had a great experience with Mario's RV Repair. We are new to camping and they went over every question we had with patience and thoroughness. We feel so much better knowing everything is taken care of like it should be. Beverly was super helpful and kept us informed throughout the repair.

Once again Mario's RV Repair has proven to me that they remain the best option for RV service in the Coachella Valley. Mario and Daniel installed a new water heater and repaired our electric awning all before lunch time! Highly recommended competent company that you will not regret using.

I met Mario and Beverley when I dropped off my fifth wheel at their shop. They were professional, knowledgeable and nice to deal with. My fifth wheel needed a fair amount of work and i thought I would not see my trailer for a couple of months. Mario's RV Repair did the work in a quick manner and kept me informed at every step of the way. They completed my work within a month, which surprised me. Beverley needed to correspond with my warranty company and she did a great job in keeping me informed. Great service !!I highly recommend Marios RV Repair, they are professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Took the worry out of getting my fifth wheel repaired.

These guys are awesome, had a leak in my campers roof, took the camper over and dropped it off expecting it to be at least a couple of days, Beverly was calling me by that afternoon and it was repaired and ready. While on the phone I asked for a quote on adding a second A/C unit. Beverly quickly figured it up and said she could order it and have it by the next day. I was more than happy with the quote so I gave the go ahead. Ready in two days and it looks and works great. I even called them while on vacation and they were able to help me with a question I had. Mario and Beverly are the best for all your RV needs and you will not be disappointed.

Mario and Beverly went above and beyond. I am new to the world of RVs and they gave me a lot of great feed back. They got my tankless water heater installed in a day. I had a specialized project that they don t do but instead of just saying sorry, Beverly got me connected with another business to handle it.Mario knows RV s this is a great Family run business with Quality service and honest prices.Service: Electrical

OMG we cannot express how much we love love love Mario!! (and Bev...she is on the BALL!) We have a very large long Jayco TT and we hit a cement pole. The did some pretty good damage to the bumper, parts of the sides and the stabilizer jack. Bev ordered the parts for us, gave us a time frame of when the parts were in..we didn't have to leave the camper there, we were able to still enjoy using it while we waited for parts, which was really just a few weeks. She called us when the parts were in, we took it in for repair, it was done in less than two days. The work is BEAUTIFUL. They matched the siding, the work he did was perfect. The price was right. The camper looks like new. Mario's is not only terrific but a refreshing surprise in a industry that is so riddled with crooks and overpriced so called repair techs who make excuses to keep your camper for months. Thank you again!

I took my Mom's camper to Mario's twice. The first time was just to have them check it out to see if the roof needed to be resealed. They told me that the roof was fine, but they found a leaking toilet valve and a part needed to be replaced on the AC unit. While fixing the AC unit, one of their guys accidentally damaged it and they paid to replace the whole unit! It would have been very easy for them to just tell me that it was broken and to bill me for it, but they did the right thing.The second time I took the camper, they found some issues that I didn't know about. They insisted on showing me what they found before fixing it. The repairs were expensive (because it was a lot of work, not because I feel that they overcharged me at all), but in the long run the leaks they found in my roof would have cost me A LOT MORE.I trust Mario's 100% and I wouldn't take a camper anywhere else!

Such great people that own this business! We had such an easy and smooth experience, and they are excellent about keeping in touch with you about your repair. Would recommend them to anyone especially over going to a corporation

All i can say is these are great people and AWESOME customer service. I would recommend these people for all your camper repairs. I just hate i didnt know about these guys before hand. Mario and Mrs. Beverly great people.
