Went there and got ripped off for almost $500. Jack was supposed to fix my Mercedes. I went in to the shop as I have before and got quoted for repairs including my a/c. Jack told me initially that he would replace the acuator since that s what he s suspected after trying to recharge with Freon.asked for money here and there for a part that he would need and that would be shipped out the next day. Went back and forth for a week straight after work in the heat. Jack told me that the part had not come yet and he needed a couple more days to complete the job and to just give him some time and everything would run smoothly. I agree with one review which is jack seemed high/drunk and slurred his speech. Thought nothing of it since he had fix previous cars before (really don t know) and they ran and tires. Which he put a non matching tire on my car and when driving it began to swerve in and out. I took it back and jack again said he would fix it - but replaces it again with a non matching tire which for a suv was small. Since then I didn t trust him- he seems to always need a little extra money for a part or more time on tour vehicle. I won t recommend you take your car there. Stay clear of these crooks. Any other shop would have your car ready in a couple hours not weeks turned into months of coming back for one repair.

This place is a mess I brought a van to have the A/C system charged but Jack told me the A/C compressor needed to be replaced he gave me a quote and I agreed I gave him half on the spot and brought the van back the following day as, the A/C compressor was ordered. I dropped it off early in the morning and was told it would be done in 2 hours, I came back in 4 hours and it was not even touched. Jack told me that his mechanic had stolen from him and he had to let the guy go I understand things happen So I said okay he told me he would have it done later that night, I came back the next morning and he hadn t even touched it again, he told me the price he gave me was too cheap and that he is here by himself so it may take him a little longer I said it s okay I just need it done today he assured me it would be done in the next 2 hours I came back in 3 hours and he made me sit here for 30 mins before he even spoke to me and when he finally spoke to me he told me he hasn t got a chance to fix it, but he has someone to put the A/C compressor on so I waited from 6pm to 8:30pm before he came and told me the price he gave me was too cheap and that if I want him to fix it I have to pay him $50 more and he can start working on it right now, at this point I needed the vehicle done so I agreed. The guy that jack had putting on the A/C compressor for me I m not sure of his name came to me and told me he was missing some tools to complete the job I offered to lend him my tools but that was not acceptable for him he insisted that I give him some money to go buy some tools so I gave him $20 he leaves about 30 minutes later he calls me and tells me that he s run out of gas at this time it was about 12am and I m not familiar with the area but I needed my vehicle fixed so I agreed to bring him some gas I traveled 30 mins round trip to find an open gas station to get him gas. We get back to the shop and he starts working on my car again about 20 minutes later he comes back to me and asks me for more money I ask him why he tells me he has someone coming to bring him a couple blunts but he insisted that he would be done in 30 minutes, an hour goes by he comes to me and tells me that his work is done and now Jack needs to charge the A/C system I call jack and tell him but he tells me he s tired and to come back at 8am I come at 8am and jack is not here I call him multiple times and I never get an answer then I try to call again at 9:45 jack answers and he says he ll be here soon. I waited and jack comes at about 10:30 and helps his other customers before me but I didn t complain he started working on the van at 11:30 and he opens the hood the freshly detailed engine is filthy and he s broken the oil dip stick in the tube and the guy from last night didn t re-install the serpintine belt he apologizes and says he will fix everything but I m waiting and waiting and he still hadn t touched it so in an effort to speed things up I call a mobile mechanic to come to this shop and install the serpentine belt. After the belt is installed jack tells me he is waiting on parts delivery to bring him A/C refrigerant so I waited and waited it still has not came in I already paid him in full $50 more than what He told me to prior plus I helped the guy out and brought him some gas. I brought vehicles to Jack in the past and he used to do quality work but yesterday Jack was so high that his words were slurred and he could barely walk I definitely do not recommend this shop to do anything but change tires these guys are junkies and all they want is the money if I could rate them negative stars I would don t come here expecting the job to be done quick and correctly

Jack does great work. He has had some fluzies come work for him and hurt his reputation i have heard but ask jack to personally work on your car he will make it right.

i passed by this shop several times before i actually stopped for help. and im happy that i did. these guys know their stuff and will do whatever they can for a customer. thanks you for the great service you provided.

BEWARE...Ripped of my seventeen year old son...should be negative 5 stars..vehicle left the shop unsafe and kept raising his price..lied about everything...Save youself the trouble and go elsewhere...2 day job took almost a month...True definition of a jackleg...
