Absolutely.....5 out of 5 stars! I have been a returning customer of TLC for many years! Their friendly staff are absolutely amazing! They always seem to have that old-fashioned, hometown type of atmosphere and they treat me like family when I take one of my vehicles in to be serviced or inspected.

I m glad we found this auto care company when we moved here a few years ago. It can be difficult to find trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanics. TLC staff are always courteous and professional to myself and my wife. Prices are competitive, workmanship is top in the field. We will always bring are vehicles to TLC for top notch repair and service. Keep up the good work!!!

So happy to find a trustworthy place after our local Cartwrights closed. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to quickly fit me in for an oil change and a major brake job.

My wife's car picked up a nail in the sidewall on a tire in her Mercedes Benz. Because it couldn't be repaired, I had to purchase a new tire. I called TLC, and they informed me that they could install a new tire (including mounting, balancing etc.. the next day. I arrived for the appointment, and they were extremely professional. They fixed the car and had me on my way promptly. The facility, including the men's restroom, was very clean and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I recommend them highly.

Every time I come here I leave so happy and satisfied. I had to reschedule my oil change 3 times in one week and they never got aggravated with me and I still received my oil in time and in a timely manner. I truly love this place and would recommend them to anyone. Amazing staff with astounding service!

Easy, efficient appointment process and sign-in. Checked my brakes and told me nothing was wrong; brakes had plenty of life left. Not what I was expecting as there was a bit of a squeal on the first few brake taps or backing up. Explained why that happened, how to prevent fix it, and sent me out the door. Very satisfied.

Service was great and employees were very easy to communicate with. Only thing keeping me from leaving five stars is that my car was left unlocked while waiting for pickup.

I had an appointment at 1pm. My associate recognized me and took my keys. He showed me the waiting room. While waiting, another customer engaged me in conversation, which distracted me from my phone. It took about an hour to replace the AC filter. Unfortunately, they did not turn the light off. I will need to take the car back to have that done. Overall, it was an above average experience.

$69.96 in labor to change a filter (justified as the price you pay for"quality work") then they put the dash back together wrong lol. I had to come back (one hour round trip) to get it corrected. Beware of the upsale and be sure to check the "quality work" before you leave.

Very professional from start to finish. Tori checked me in very quickly with a positive and friendly attitude. The ones who worked on my vehicle were very fast and finished quickly. Will take my car there all the time.

I have my 5 vehicles serviced and repaired at TLC since my move to Elizabeth City, NC 6 years ago. Michael and crew are always top notch and true to their word. I can truly say they know their stuff. This is getting harder to find in our world today!

TLC was able to get me in very quickly and they rechecked all the components for the issue I was having and it ended up the less expensive option for the repair, instead of them changing out the more expensive part, which I really thought it would need to be. I m very thankful for their honesty and communication throughout the process!

Fast, friendly service. Got me in for an alignment the same day, no waiting weeks to get into the shop. I arrived on time for my appointment and my car was taken back immediately. Service like it used to be.

Very nice staff. Decent price for state inspection. I called at 2:30 and was able to get an appointment same day at 4. I went in for a state inspection. It only took about 20 minutes and they even added air to my tires which I didn't expect. I called the one closest to me since that is where I get my oul changed. I was told they only do first come first serve, which is difficult for people who work as much as I do. I will be using this one (Eliz City) from now on and keep my working hours!

My experience with tire lube and car care was amazing. Very friendly staff . Brought my car in on a Monday and was ready the very next day . The crew there played no games and I wanna thank everyone who played a part in getting my car back on the road

I came in to get a flat repaired and unfortunately an additional leak was missed causing me to have to come back the next day. The additional leak was not repairable and I needed a new tire. I appreciate TLC crediting the expense of the first repair toward the tired replacement. I'll be sure to come to you guys again in the future. Thanks Michael!

Best place in town, fast, efficient, respectful, amazing customer service, trustworthy, most importantly they do a very good job of explaining everything about cars to customers who have no idea about cars, they do give good advice about maintenance of the car, they don t just do on spot fixes but they do maintain the car after inspecting each visit and give suggestions. Also, they do have online platform and they are tech savvy! Thank you for everything you do to keep me safe on the road!

I m kinda upset because I wanted two hours for an oil change and then when I got the oil change the price came out to be $71 dollars and some change and then when I told the lady that they should offer discounts. She was like we do like it s not obvious that I m a college or the simple fact I don t have a whole college parking pass in my car. Then they tried to charge my card without putting the money back on my card trying to take off the new total. The whole experience was just horrible. My people in Georgia don t take this long to do an oil change and they make sure all my fluids are good while I m right there. I don t know what those people were doing with my car for a whole two hours and It made me uncomfy. Then the guy tried to get me to buy windshield wipers like something is wrong with the one s I got when I just bought the car. The whole TLC people don t know what they re doing in there.

Tire Lube and Car Care is hands down the best quality and customer service around. We were in town from out of state and our rental car had a tire leak on a Saturday morning. Michael was able to fit us in and get us out very quickly and back on our way. On top of the quick service their facility is one of the cleanest I ve ever seen and their entire staff was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We can not thank you guys enough for turning a not so great circumstance into no big deal.

My first visit and I was very impressed with the professional experience. The place was clean and comfortable. The service writer was friendly and helpful. I ll definitely be returning in the future and this will be my first call whenever I need service.

I first had my car at the dealership which they said they could look at it and fix by fitting me in, which meant forever. So my step-dad referred me to this garage and they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it in 2 days, along with changing my oil. I will go here from now on, very courteous and efficient work.11/3/23-Back again for an oil change, and they let me know and showed me the engine air filter that looked horrible, so we changed it at the same time my oil was changed today.
