My van broke down on the way to church on Sunday morning, and I had to leave it in Elizabeth city. I live in Jarvisburg. After calling numerous tow companies and repair facilities on Monday, Ray was able to get my van shortly after I called him and had the repair done Tuesday.initially, he said he was about a week and a half out on work, but everyone else was two or three weeks out, so I rolled the dice. This was our only family vehicle and I have three daughters, and he made it a priority for us.I fully expected it to be a transmission problem and he could have tried to pull a fast one on this repair and it be very expensive. instead it ended up being a simple coil pack and thousands less than I was expecting. if I lived closer, this would be my go to mechanic for sure.Service: Electrical

My brother drove up from Florida in his GMC pickup. Towing a small camper. He had lost a gear just before arriving. Ray Ray not only repaired the transmission but after asking about the towing use of the vehicle was able to recommend improvements that would make the transmission even more durable for towing. And made the improvements. My brother was very satisfied with the work.Service: Transmission

My car cut off at a stoplight and wouldn t start so I needed it towed. Darla Eason from Ray Ray s came to get it. She was professional and very quick about loading my car on the flatbed.
