The service writers Brittany Brooks and Tiffany Williams were extremely professional, and very helpful. Travis and Rachel the delivery and pick up coordinators were fantastic. They took extremely good care of my vehicle. The pick up and delivery service that Ford is doing now for their customers is one of the best experiences I ve ever had. They did a pan down transmission service, coolant, flush, spark plugs, and drive belts.

Our Escape decided to escape from working and throw a check engine code and kill the battery. We had it towed here to fixed from Chesapeake, and what an excellent experience! The service department took great care of the car, kept us up to date on what was going on and was very responsive and friendly!! Highly recommend the service department here!!

I recently had my new F-150 serviced at Hall Elizabeth City. Great experience! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was surprised how quick they got me in, and out - ready to roll. Needed new tires and alignment for our 2020 Ford Ranger XLT 2wd w/ 6.5 ft bed that we purchased used from Hall Ford in 2021. Aamanda Connors has been handling our service needs for many years. She got the tires we needed in about 12 hours at a very reasonable price, and had the work completed by early afternoon the following day. The technician that did the work kept us informed throughout the entire process. Great experience. I have purchased six vehicles from Hall Ford/Hyundai in the last 10 years. They have always provided the highest level of excellence for my family in both sales and service.

If you look up professionalism up in the dictionary, there would be a picture of Lindale B. from Hall Ford of Elizabeth City. Courtesy, informative and very personable. Made me feel like he was just as interested and excited about the truck I was looking for. I never felt like I was being sold a vehicle, more like Lindale went above and beyond to help me get everything I was looking for. Lindale is a great asset to Hall Ford and should be recognized for his efforts.I will be back in the next few months for another vehicle for my wife. There is only one person I will ask to assist me in choosing the right one, Lindale B. from Hall Ford of Elizabeth City.

Called on a Monday morning told my appointment would be the following Monday , but I could drop off any time and they would try to work it in took it that morning and had my car back on Thursday. Amanda was very courtesy both at the site and on the phone. I was kept updated on what needed to be done and cost. Very satisfied with experience!

Received a good deal on a new 2023 F-250, including an excellent trade in value for my used truck. I have been shopping for a truck for a while, including in larger cities to the north; this dealership at Elizabeth City, NC beat the much larger Virginia dealerships.Thanks Hall Ford for a great deal and experience.

Service issue became a positive experience thanks to Amy!Previously:Truck makes a popping sound when turning the wheel. They said they couldn't hear it so I had someone come out while I turned and she could hear it but they sent me on my way and still didn't fix problem. I bought the truck from them and had them put on lift and new tires, now something they did is making the popping noise. (It doesn't sound good.) Why can't they fix what they did to my truck8/8/22 Update: Amy called me from the service group and was very helpful. We discussed the issues and she scheduled an appointment right away. We took the truck in and they worked on it to take care of the popping. Lifted trucks are known to be a little temperamental and after they lubed it, the popping went away. Amy discussed the proper steps to maintain this as preventative. Great job!!

I work for Ford for 20 years at the Norfolk assembly Plant I bought a 2021 F150 they Fix my transmission shifter once it lasted about six months now it broke again Factory warranty out so I have to use my extended warranty which I asked for a Ford warranty and they sold me a third-party warranty now they ve had my truck for almost 2 weeks telling me they can t get the part for another week so here I am trying to run a business. I bought a $60,000 truck to do run with and I m in a rental car that I only get to keep until tomorrow and I have no car. I would never buy another car from Hallford. Their communication is horrible. I had to text five times last week and the service advisor would not answer me back so I went there in person and girl literally broke into hives when we walked in the door they were only gonna give me a one day rental. They said the parts were four days out. It s way past that it s gonna be more like eight days out , poor communication they blame it on being shorthanded everybody is shorthanded, but we still get the job done buyer beware make sure you get a Ford warranty if you buy a car I asked for a Ford warranty. I guess I should have checked when we signed the papers, but I didn t really know what the Ford warranty was called , so here I sit with a broken $60,000 truck that I can t work with

Thank you for your prompt service in towing my car to your business. I am not sure and do not believe that your pricing was fair and reasonable. I did my research. I am disturbed by the pricing especially when the replacement parts were being purchased from salvage/junk yards/LKQ businesses. They were not even going to be genuine Acura parts being placed back on the car. Your labor fees, etc were almost more than the parts. I thought that was ridiculous and had a major impact on the final decisions made. The global impact of this world had no affect on my vehicle. I am sick and tired of people and businesses using that as an excuse to elevate prices!!!! I had another certified body shop look at the car and agree with me. What in the hell!!!

I am typically a person that doesnt go out of their way to write a review but I feel compelled due to how great of an experience we had. We took our truck which wasn't a Ford actually a Ram 1500 and I cannot say enough good things about the service we received. We had a different shop do repairs for an accident and they ended up putting a non oem cv axel on our truck which ended up failing due to being the wrong part all together. We took the truck on a Tuesday and got it back Friday. The service department specifically Amanda kept open communication during the whole process and we were never kept in the dark about anything. I would recommend this service dept to any friends and family in the area!! Even if it's not a ford you are in good hands. Job well done!!!

They really worked hard to get me a good deal. Braxton found the exact Ridgeline I was looking for at a price I wanted to pay. He followed up with me even after the purchase to follow through with some things they promised to take care of. Overall a great experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

My search for a all black Cadillac Coupe with low mileage and good price was completed online at Hall Ford Elizabeth. I sent a online request and Mr. Jonnie set the tone with his detailed and speedy communication. During my online chat I was able to ask questions and get direct answers that built trust. Because of my great first impression of this dealership, I drove 5 hours from Charlotte, North Carolina to Elizabeth City. Needless to say I am a new over of my dream car and Mr. Lindale the elite sales representative closed the deal! My experience with the closing financial department was spectacular. He also gave me solid advice and education about credit. My entire experience gets 5 . If you see a young guy driving a luxurious all black Cadillac with the sunroof open and a big smile on his face... that s just me being HAPPY!

Mike was the sales person and was super nice. We purchased a used superduty that was transferred from another store so not all blame is on them. I took the truck home and before leaving on a trip I checked all fluids and the oil was old. I was told the just changed it when the took it in but the oil filter was old and leaking oil. We ended up bringing back to get the oil changed just a week after purchasing it and the oil change was like $250. Not really happy about having to spend that right after purchasing and was hoping they would step up and cover some of the cost but they did not. Overall my experience was neutral. Would I purchase another vehicle from in the future...maybe...they had very competitive priced trucks at the time of this review. Would I recommend buying a used car from them....yes but with caution.

It has been a long time since I have purchased a new car. I went to "look" but ended up buying my dream truck. The sales team didn't rush me time I pulled up but gave me a chance to look around before coming to check on me. Beau was my salesman. He was knowledgeable about the truck and features that I could add on. He wasn't pushy but took time to answer all of my questions. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff, I really enjoyed doing business with, and talking to, Amanda Howell. The facility is so much cleaner than the dealers around Manteo, and the waiting area is very spacious, with a TV, vending machines, tablets (with games, I assume, I spent most of my waiting times with my own entertainment). She worked with me to make sure I got the detailing done (I had to come back as I was pressed for time), and made sure everything was good.My only complaint would be, when I called about seeing the car, I had said I was coming from Manteo, yet despite this, when I came, I still had to wait a rather frustratingly long time. So if you plan on coming over, make it on a day when you have no other obligations.

My co-worker and friend purchased a used vehicle from Hall Ford in Elizabeth City in December. Two months later the engine blew up because mechanic said there was no oil in it. The maintenance lights never came on to alert her. She was told by Hall that type of vehicle uses a lot oil. She was never told that when purchasing the vehicle. Over 12k she paid out of pocket for a vehicle to avoid having a car payment and now she's stuck with no vehicle. She was also told by someone in the service department she should have purchased a new vehicle with a warranty. Now is this a place you want to spend your hard earned money?? I've personally purchased four vehicles from Hall Honda but never again.Responding to Hall:When you pay almost $13k for a used vehicle and the oil is dry in it not even two months later with no lights or anything coming on. No signs of a leak. Did you even put oil back in it? So you want to offer her $7,000 for a used motor and then you come back and say we can do $6,000. Her mechanic said a new one would be 8k. Pretty sure you guys are still making a profit at that amount. Am I wrong?! Hall please look up the definition of integrity.

My recent experience at Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City was amazing. The sales representative, D.J. Gill, was very positive, helpful and made sure I got the vehicle of my choice. He was very friendly, patient, and honest from the start which made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend Hall Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The finance manager, Shannon, was also very cordial and made sure I was a satisfied customer. The team was real family-oriented and they worked together to guarantee my happiness. I enjoyed doing business with them and I love my Highlander!

I absolutely hate buying cars. Not because of the cost as much as the experience. I expect to walk in and deal with some obnoxious, overeager, pushy salesman, and the car sale waltz begins. This time, I was pleasantly surprised. Taylor was so easy to talk to, down to earth and had realistic mindset when it came to a person buying a car. We told him what we were looking for, and while it didnt work for us, he searched and found something in our description of what we wanted and it was actually better than what we had originally wanted. We were looking for used vehicles also, and he put us in a BRAND NEW ride. The whole process was easy and relaxed and never pushy at all. Not only would I buy another car from Taylor and Hall Automotive, I will be recommending anyone I know to come in to the dealership, and that is 90% because of Taylor Inge.

Hall of Elizabeth city took care of my needs and the process was not a grueling experience that many times car buying can be. Having bought several vehicles from dealers in NC and VA the biggest reason for my five star rating is that after the purchase of my used vehicle the general manager David Shope personally ensured a small problem I encountered was taken care of quickly and professionally, not something I can say I have experienced at other dealers after the sale is complete.
