I love this car wash. I ve been a premium member since it opened. Staff is great and the lot is usually very clean compared to most car washes in this town. Also, I love the chill music playing outside by the vacuums. Only issue I have is that when I first started going, the tire shine was awesome. Now- I feel as if my tires have barely even been cleaned. (Attaching a picture - this is fresh out of the car wash after 2 minute drive home.) Not sure if someone is forgetting to refill the tire shine in the car wash or what- but it was way better in the past. If someone could look into that, it would be awesome and back to being a 5 star place. Thank you :)

Green Clean is where it s at. They are WAY better than Tidal Wave. Their wash machine is more advanced and has softer brushes so your car won t get scratched. The employees are super friendly and helpful and their inside store is clean and convenient. The vacuums are free and really powerful, and they have a regular nozzle, a crevice nozzle and a blow nozzle so you can pretty much detail your slab. Slide in here you won t be disappointed. Plus their unlimited plan is truly unlimited - you can go through as many times as you have time for (unlike Tidal Wave)

Green Clean is so nice! My car smelled and looked really clean. I love being about to walk in an actual lobby and purchase additional car wash items like air freshers and nice microfiber towels.

Great price, did a great job. Only complaint is that they didn't provide towels to dry your car off, like other car washes if this same design

First time customer. Had some bugs and dirt remaining on vehicle after the wash. Spoke with an associate and they sent the vehicle back through for another wash and everything was clean.

Fast automatic car wash. Pay one price ($5 basic, $15 deluxe or $20 "ultimate" package), vacuums and air dryer guns are included after the wash. Liked the fragrances of the different soaps they used. After I ran thru on the Deluxe wash, I noticed that the front and side of my truck still had a lot of bugs and the tonneau cover and tail gate didn't get washed at all. Big shoutout to Megan who came out and looked at my truck, wiped the entire front end with bug and tar remover (!) and explained why it didn't get cleaned so I could fix it. Ran it through a 2nd time at no charge, which turned out so much better!All the employees were super friendly and professional. This was a great example of how customer service should be. I really like this place, and I will be back!

Have used both drive thru car washes in E-City and I like this one better. Got the $20 wash and donated to the food bank which comes with an air freshener, pumpkin spice smells way better then I thought it would. Attendant was friendly and explained which washes did what. Going back next week to get the membership.

This is a gentler car wash if your car is lined up on the truck. They have an air hose that really helps to push the excess water off your vehicle that the blowers don't reach. The vacuum has the strongest suction that I have ever felt. The associates are always nice. I purchased the promotional $1 membership for the month.

Great car wash. Living in the OBX I stop by the one in Chesapeake VA everytime I go by. This new one in EC lives up to the standards. I went when first opened so not busy yet, but smaller lot so I can see being packed on a nice day.

The free wash cost me a lot to repair my Tahoe. The car wash took off the back upper window piece that included my upper brake light and damaged the piece. The company refused to pay for the damages saying the piece was loose yet it literally tore the piece off broke it off. So disappointed in a company that does not and will not stand behind their product and that treats their customer with such disrespect. Essentially they are saying that we are lying about it being loose. Why would I lie about it? It damaged my vehicle Joe and inconveniences no one but me. I don t appreciate my character being questioned and I do not appreciate a business that treats customers in this way. My business will go elsewhere and I suggest all of yours does as well!

Nice place with good people not trying to upsell a monthly subscription, I m looking at you Tidal Wave. Quiet brushes, strong vacuums and compressed air to blow off rims and door frames. The wash stalled while we were inside and they insisted we go through again, free. They also have a $5 wash and dry!!Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

This is the best car wash ever .I utilize the $5 basic wash and it washes my car like a $20 wash with a free vaccum and they let us stay and detail our cars ourselves if we want too.Just the Best!!
