I brought my truck in to have the back window replaced. The window is not in stright and they scratch my paint in multiple places. Service manager lied to me multiple times. I have had to go thru ram customer care to get anything done. they had to clean my carpet and in doing so broke multiple clips and did not put the carpet back right. When I take my truck back to get the window fixed again and have the paint fixed that will be the 3rd time I have had to leave my truck there. The place is a joke and if I had it my way my truck would never go back. Once my repairs are done they have lost a customer.

To say that I traded in a better Jeep then what I received is an understatement. I should not have been sold a rust bucket with a defect in the paint that has caused corrosion all under the paint. It took me months after I bought it to even get it looked at, then after the body shop said that I needed 4 new doors and a new hood, they didn't file my paperwork to warranty and have dragged this out a year, meanwhile, where else has my Jeep rusted, while I waited? I bought this vehicle and it was supposed to be an upgrade, what a down grade. I will be bringing all business to Hall in Va Beach to buy future Jeeps. Disappointed would be an understatement. ( would love to have the 16 grand from my trade back that they got 32 grand for. end of rant. I will next be reporting to the better business bureau. It won't let me give a 0!

Excellent customer service from Preston (service technician) and team! Preston gave me a comprehensive overview of my Jeep Grand Cherokee and clearly explained each issue requiring immediate attention. He also informed me of the minor problems that could be fixed later. It's a good feeling to have a service center that you can trust to keep you on the road. Knowing the current working condition of my vehicle helps to maintain my vehicle long-term, saving me both time and money. Great Job!

This dealership provides by far the best purchase experience. They are honest and make sure you are taken care of while also selling top notch vehicles both new and used. Between my husband and I, we have purchased SEVEN vehicles from them. My two most recent purchases were handled by Chris N who provided exceptional service and is very knowledgeable. He worked delingently with his entire team to make sure we were within my budget and that my wants were met. They make the entire process easy and painless and I appreciate their honesty. Would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used Jeep Cherokee and it was Certified Pre owned vehicle and had low miles on it. I traded my Jeep Renagade in as part of the deal. Lorenzo and John made the whole experience as if I was buying a new car. They ran the numbers on other Suv's and I got the best value for my budget. I got a warranty on the Cherokee in my budget. They also made sure the Cherokee was ready and looked like a brand new vehicle for me to go to work in the next day. Any question or concern were taken care of. They both listened and took care of me as if I were buying a new vehicle. Thank you both for your help. There was other staff at Carolina Chrystler that helped me as well. Thank you all for the great experience and my Jeep Cherokee.

I took my 2021 Jeep JK into this service department on Wednesday afternoon and left the Jeep there until Saturday afternoon. I asked to have an inspection done on it to renew tags. I also noticed when I washed our Jeep that the rear fender was loose. I asked the service department to fix that as well. I called the service department on Friday to let them know I would need to pick it up on Saturday. On Saturday I go into the service department to pick up the Jeep. When I arrived, I was told that the fender was not repaired and 3 clips were broken. I was also told that apparently someone had hit the Jeep and they would not cover the clips under warranty. I got very upset and asked why no one called me in the 3 days that they had it to discuss it with me. My Jeep gets driven maybe once a month. The Jeep was not hit! They handed me an estimate for $288.00 to replace 3 clips. I m sorry, but this is not acceptable! I think it s time to go to another Jeep dealership that takes the time to communicate with customers.

This dealership has had my company truck for over two weeks and I keep getting told that they will have it ready and when I call the service department I get the voice message thanks for calling, someone will be with soon, then it goes to voice mail.

My nieces went to this business to purchase a vehicle, salesman didn't take any information but immediately asked how old they were and told them he had a friend at another "USED" car dealership in another county and recommended they go there; didn't even know that they are young but educated, professional black women! Well I guess the dealership lost that sale because they went to Southern Jeep in Chesapeake VA and purchased a "NEW" not used 2023 Jeep hassle-free. People need to watch who they put on their staff because it could cost you.

UPDATE: Thanks for your response. However, why did it take you 6 months to come to that conclusion? Why did I have to drive to your dealership to get someone to respond after months of no response? And when I get there you tell me you don t want to do warranty work any more ...on cars that you sell? Customer service is clearly not your forte. You left me hanging for 6 months all the while my car was getting older and closer to being out of warranty. I wouldn t take a free car from you guys much less buy one if this is how you take care of your customers.What a train wreck this place is. I went in today to check on a warranty work submission and to buy my son a new Wrangler. After dealing with the service department s indifference and incompetence I decided to buy my new Wrangler elsewhere. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else for your car business. Zero stars if I could.

I recently bought a 2022 Gladiator from Carolina Jeep and had a great experience. The dealership personnel, in every respect, were professional and eager to make my buying experience positive. I took my VW here(on a Saturday, April 22nd) for issues in the drivetrain, not engine work. I was told the problem and was informed they could fix it, it'd be expensive, and I'd get a quote the following Monday. I waited until the following Friday (April 28th) to call, as I know places get busy. I spoke with a Preston (different than the first day I took it in) and was informed by him he would call me back that day, before COB. It's now the following Wednesday (May 3) and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak with someone about the quote for work that needs done on a diagnostic I paid for already.

Seriously worse dealership I have ever experienced, sales reps with no jeep knowledge Mr Davies the manager requiring bank checks not wire transfers, pushy reps texting numerous times a day Chris was beyond awful just wanted the sale! Made an official complaint to jeep and am aware of multiple ones against the dealership and service departments! Also they made statements like no deals as they built a new jeep building and how is that my problem? Jeep said the more complaints to corporate the better, so definitely if you had a bad experience take the time to let jeep know and please buyer be aware and don't support this dealership!

Doing the right thing is often not a natural thought in the turmoil of a busy day, but I got the impression John is practiced at making sure that is what happens with each interaction.I could give you the technical details for my visit but it is enough to say I expected nothing from the dealership because we were tourists who would likely never return (in their eyes).The service staff went beyond the normal by getting us in when a sensor failure created a safety issue for an 8 hour trip home from OBX.I want to say thank you to them. And the best way to do that is to share with you why this is the dealership to go to, even when there are closer options!Thank you John, Preston, and the whole crew who fixed us up good enough for the trip home!

Visiting the dealership can be a little aggravating sometimes depending on the reason for your visit. Every time I've had to go to Chrysler, I haven't had a negative experience. I've always dealt with Chris Northrop in sales and he's always been able to assist and answer any questions I've had. He's very knowledgable and personable. Dealing with him during the truck buying process made for a pretty smooth transaction. Would definitely go to him again for my next vehicle purchase.

I thought I needed a water pump. I made appointment at Carolina jeep Dodge for diagnosis. That cost me over $150. Dollars and expected the repair of over a grand The tech concurred the problem and I set appointment. In the time I had to between service to get it done Come to find out I didn t a water pump it was a crack in the plastic reservoir. They were gonna bring hit me for a water pump, gasket , antifreeze change.and thermostat. Won t go their anymore! Stick it to the customer should be their new Motto

By far one of top knowledgeable dealerships I ve been too. I ve been in the market for a new vehicle and James really paid attention to what I currently drive so I could have a similar experience to what I m used to. He really prioritized ME over the vehicle which I really appreciated.

My Jeep Commander was misdiagnosed with a transmission issue. Cost over $1200 for a part that didn't need to be changed and after that they said i needed a $6000 transmission. Now I have a transmission pan gasket leak. I figured out that the PCM was the issue and ordered a reman from a different company. Jeep works perfectly now.
