Horrible place of business. I set an appointment and dropped my pick up truck hoping to get my steering wheel column installed, I need the to do the electrical component. They had my truck for a month and still nothing. Throughout the process I check in and the would tell me a few days or next week. After a month I went up there my part was all broken up and the lost some of my part. Told me I brought in a broken part and then tried to kick me out of their shop. Both parties even called the police. They were very disgusting people. And they were saying racial slurs to me. I hope that place close down.

The new location looks like a junk yard and really trashes up the whole parking lot . Feel sorry for Drivers Network don t even want to leave car there now .

One day before I was to travel to Wilmington, NC, I visited Wallace's for an electrical problem I was having with my son's 1986 Chevy Monte Carlo. My wife and I live in Phoenix, AZ. So, the Monte Carlo was our transportation. The car's headlights were low, the windows were slow, etc. I explained my situation to the owner and his first response was that he had a parking lot full of cars ahead of me. After I told him details about my son's wedding etc., he said he'd have a tech look at it immediately but he made no promises about repair. Needless to say, they identified the issue and made the repair within 10 minutes. I was so grateful. He didn't want to charge me anything but I needed to pay something. He grudgingly accepted my offer and I was on my way. They do excellent and thorough work. If there were stars above 5, I would give that rating.Service: Electrical

This business has the worst communication I have ever dealt with. I dropped my car off March 14th and I had to call for a whole month to get a update on the progress of my car. Then every time I went up there receptionist had no clue what was going on or who I was even after I made 3 different trips in person to the shop. Never again am I taking any car I have there for service.Service: Steering & suspension repair

So far they are very polite. I have not received my car back yet due to the issue is very unique but they are still working on it and seem very confident then can fix it by Tuesday morning fingers crossed wiring harness burned up and I liked the fact they have explained to me what's going on.

Fair pricing and hardworking staff! They go above and beyond to make you feel like family. They take very good care of my car. I really do appreciate them. Words can not express my gratitude for such a wonderful group of people. They are truly a blessing! They have even stayed passed closing to get me on the road to check on my mother in the hospital!

I truly wish I had something positive to say about my recent experience; unfortunately, that s not the case. I dropped my car off on a Thursday afternoon after work. I discovered that I had a dead battery after a fan continued to run even after the engine was completely shut off. A coworker jumped my battery and I drove it directly to Wallace Auto Electric. I told them about the problem and that it was probably the blower motor resistor. By Monday I had not heard anything from them so I gave them a call to check on my car. They said they ordered the part and it would be arriving Tuesday. I asked for an estimate, was told he had no idea. Interesting that you ve ordered parts but can t say how much they cost. On Wednesday I still had not heard from them. I called again only to be told that half of the part had arrived, but not the other half. They were expecting it Monday. This is over a week after I ve dropped the car off. Monday comes and goes and still no communication whatsoever from Wallace. I call on Tuesday and finally they have the part and are working on my car. I get a call, the first one since I dropped my car off, later on Tuesday to be told my car is ready, but the bill isn t ready so I still have no clue what this is going to cost me, and the work has been done. Come in Wednesday morning to pick up my car and they can t find the key at first. Then they tell me the bill and I m floored! I ask how much of that is for the part. I m told that most of the bill is for the part. That was a blatant lie, most of the cost was for the labor. Granted, I drive a Volvo and they can be tricky to work on, but don t lie to my face about the cost of parts. After having my car in the shop for nearly two weeks waiting for parts, the least they could do it discount the labor. The worst part of all of this is the fact that I was kept completely in the dark about the price of parts/labor, and no one ever bothered to pick up the phone and call me. I had to call them every single time. Needless to say, I will never trust them for auto work again. They won t burn me twice!

They are just plain thieves. My car need it a new A/C Compressor. First they said it was going to be $1200. Then $1525 and when I went to pick up my car they charged me $1778. They never called me to tell me that for some reason I was going to pay more. The very next day, my a/c was blowing hot air. Went back and they said it had too much Freon and they had to take some of it out. I would never ever will take my car nor recommend anyone to take their car to that place. They re just dishonest And unprofessional people and business.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!I don't even know where to start on this one. My car had electrical trouble. Between my dad and google, we figured out exactly what the issue was. When I tried to show the page to the people at Wallace's, they wouldn't even look at it. That should have been my cue to turn around and walk out the door. However, since they were the only auto electric place I could find, I took my chances. BIG mistake. I ended up bringing my car back 3 times and they never managed to fix the issue, only exchange it for other ones. Furthermore, they charged me for new parts when they clearly were using old ones from a salvage yard. And yet they maintained it was "fixed". I did manage to obtain a partial refund, but my car is still not fixed and they screwed up my electrical system so badly that other places who do electrical work now tell me that they can't figure out what these people did to my car. Now I'm stuck with a broken electrical system that no one can fix because these guys are what? Scared of computers? Don't want to listen to a female? I don't know and I don't care. I will NEVER go here again, nor will I allow a friend to bring a car there if I can help it.

We have not found nor will we continue to look for another auto care provider. Wallace's is the place for us. Pricing is great and customer service is outstanding. Owner Lester Watkins is as fine of a gentleman you will ever want to meet.

Terrible service. These guys had my truck for months. Never fixed it. I wasted so much time and money with these guys just to find out that it wasn t fixable. It got to the point that I would have to call in and hear their new excuse as to why it s not done every week or so. Once I finally picked up the truck the check engine light came back on right away. I took it to another shop to find out that a lot of the things that were supposed to be fixed were never done.DO NOT let these people touch your vehicle. I definitely will not be giving these guys any more of my money.

Crooks, charge for work that they don t do in order to steal parts and only reason they admitted they did is because I informed them that I recorded them. Kept my car for a month. Unprofessional remarks about my car being a lemon but in actuality it came back a lemon. If they tried to steal my new part than I know they ll take my old parts. Will discredit flagship one s programming or any module programmed else where so they can charge more for labor an so they can profit off parts. They have a personal relationship with dealers like Cadillac and L&K programming so they will vouch for them so be mindful and mark your parts. If you re a woman don t go and if you re a man don t go and if you do mark your parts and take pictures or they ll make somebody s collection run.

Lester Watkins has a great team of experts working on cars. They are especially good at solving tough electrical problems for a reasonable price.

Took my Miata that was giving me a huge headache trying to hunt down some electrical issues, these guys took care of me in 1 day. A lot of wiring had to be replaced, and their work was flawless. Cannot recommend enough.

Great customer service. That's about it for me at least. Took my car in, nothing solved and $160. If you can't diagnose a problem it's ok, but then why charge an arm and a leg? Now keeps beeping for no reason. Not worth it

Took my car to 2 other shops/mechanics for engine light problem; they couldn't fix it, but Wallace Auto Electric did!! Truly professional with the personal touch. I highly recommend them!!

We took our co. car to wallaces,and he fixed it (it was a mechanical electric problem).Other repair shops could not find the problem.My greatest thanks to LESTER WATKINS, he done a terrific job.We are highly recommending his services.

Problems with my cars front end for a while now. Had so many things done that were suggested, but the problem still existed. Took it toWallace, problem is NOW FIXED!!! They are honest with the assessment of the problem and don't try to rip you off. WOMEN ESPECIALLY this is the place to go.Thanks Mr. Lester!!

I was having a issue with my backup lights. I decided to call Wallaces to see if they could answer a couple questions and possably point me in right direction and they did. They didnt have exact answer without seeing the vehicle but helped alot. Thanks for you help

Let's be honest we want more service for $91 an hour shop we want the best service for the best price they offered a bit of goodness in the service yet not their best pretty good people the Watkins family and the testimony he has to offer is worth stopping by hearing yet we should work a little bit more on great prices for the service you provide and more experienced employees that actually do electrical not just one guy who seem to have it all together

they just throw parts on cars & waste your money i brought paid the price for an instrument cluster & they put an 40$ fuel gauge on my car then the owner blamed an employee for it not working but never took accountability but thanks for the paper weight clutter i guess

These folks are mechanics' mechanics. They solved problems on two 1950 Packards that stumped other garages. They take their time and stand behind the work.
