Honest and knowledgeable people. I took one of our fleet trucks in because the brakes were squeaking really bad. I asked Tire Solutions for new brakes. It turns out the squeeking wasn't due to needing new brakes, but due to the breaks being "glossed over". They could have replaced the brakes and charged me, instead they returned the truck to me without charging.

After been unprofessional treated from KEKES tires, the best happened, TIRE SOLUTION. THEY TREATED ME AND OTHERS THE WAY CLIENTS NEED TO BE TREATED. RESPECT, PROFESSIONALISM, FRIENDLY , COURTEOUS , AND WITH A DISCOUNT WITHOUT ASKING. TOP RECOMMENDED. You guys are definitely the best. GOD BLESS YOU GUYS. KEEP IT UP

This is a tire place for big trucks (ie, dump trucks, towing trucks, etc) mostly. If you need tires for a regular car, you may not be able to get serviced here immediately. Also, the lines are quite long. I waited over 2 hours for a flat tire repair. The shop doesn t have a wifi password posted for customers (wifi network says there is a guest network), the bathroom has no soap or paper towels, and it s hard to get an estimate of time that will be spent on site.That being said, they re very friendly and the work is done quickly once it begins. However, the long wait and lack of customer amenities in the waiting area are big detractors.

Had a terrific experience at this location for a tire repair on my Mazda 2022. I recently moved to Durham and had low tire pressure; likely ran over something on the long drive. I walked in (without appointment) and was immediately greeted and my vehicle was inside the shop within 10 minutes. Total time for identifying (screw was stuck in tire) and fixing the issue was under an hour, about 45 minutes total. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and price of repair.

Ordered tires a few days ahead of time and arrived at the shop for installation. Since they do not accept appointments, I waited 2 hours before they had an open bay available. Work was completed expeditiously once started.

I've made two visits to Tire Solutions. Both times, Robert, the shop manager, and his employees went over and beyond to make repairs within my tight schedule. I have received great, quality work at Tire Solutions. I am recommending my friends in the area to stop in to do business. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.

Fantastic group of guys. Got my tires installed in a very timely and professional fashion. I was in and out within an hour. Much better than places like discount tire where I always end up waiting 2 hours or more.

I broke down about 10pm in Raleigh NC. I gave them a call and they were very professional. I am from New Jersey do I am not use to such such a rapid response. Elliot The mechanic was very great. He knows what he's doing and is a very honest guy. The manager Robert Michael was great to. Thanks guys!!

I called Robert (shop's supervisor) this morning, even though they were extremely busy, he still managed to get me into the shop in a timely fashion. Not to mention the staff are friendly and most importantly knowledgeable, they are no strangers to heavy duty trucks. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!! Very pleasant experience....Thanks!!!

I have never seen such a good company, my father in law took his Bobcat to them and they took care of him. He was very impressed. They sale RubberTracks for Bobcats and they do all the repair work on bobcats plus heavy trucks. Thanks guys. I think I will take my truck for a oil change.

I just had my DPF cleaned on a 2014 Freightliner van at Tire Solutions. Robert, the Mechanical Supervisor was very informative about the process and result. The pricing was good & straight forward and the overall service was fantastic. I will definitely be servicing all my trucks & vans here. Had a great experience. I strongly recommend using Tire Solutions.

Came to the road side assistance with a flat tire. The mechanic plugged the tire and left. 40 min later its flat again. Said he didn't have water to check to ensure it was not still leaking and no air chuck.

They charged me over $200 to change a tire that took less than 15 minutes. I Literally had experienced Highway Robbery on 147 in Durham. I wasn t told that it would cost so much upfront, had I known I would have found a different service

Our trailer broke down on the way to Michigan and it was late Friday night, I called Robert and he had his guy there in no time. The parts were not in stock so I left my trailer and bobcat with them, when I came back a couple days later they had gotten the job done, above and beyond expectations!!!! Awesome work and awesome guys!!! Thanks Robert.

These guys r awesome they have fixed and done repairs on several trucks that I've driven for different companies........the work they did on a Freightliner Classic XL transmission was great......it was done in a timely manner and the price was awesome........no matter who I drive for if the truck needs any type of repairs I'm definitely sending them to these guys......Josh and Robert r great
