This is a great tire shop! Recently had them put a patch on an SUV tire that was leaking. A guy comes up in the parking lot, asks what you want, he signals to another guy who took the old tire out of my trunk, did the patch carefully, thoroughly, while I wait, puts the tire back in my trunk. In and out quickly, professional service, no hassles or sales pitch like I've experienced elsewhere. I only went inside to pay, price is super reasonable.

Excellent service! One time my tire went flat and I searched and searched for an available 18 tire and was very unsuccessful. I called Thrifty and they took care of me in no time. I needed a few tires a year later and I stopped by. They didn t have what I needed on site but had them delivered in under 20 minutes and my service was complete!

Absolutely the best customer service. Everyone here was pleasant, professional, and skillful. If I had a question and someone didn't know the answer, one was found quickly! I felt like I had family looking out for me in the most caring way. 10 STARS!!!

Thrifty Tires is one of the best places to get reasonable prices!!! Great customer service!!! They are very professional, very knowledgeable, very great customer service!!! They are awesome!! I have used them for many and I mean many times!!! Awesome people!! I highly recommend them

Was in need of a tire change asap and fast service, I was near by @ hospital and was avoiding a flat tire while in the ER with my husband they took less then 15 mins (wait& tire installation)I was so surprised how professional, fast, easy that was and affordable. Was abke to bring them a rim and ture and get it patched (not plugged!) within 20 minutes. Very reasonable prices and nice staff. Highly recommend.

I have always received good service here. The prices are good as well. Those guys always take their time to explain and make sure I understand what they have to do to my car and the bill. As a female I always feel comfortable coming here.Visitedon 2/14/2024Thanks to Marco he has great customer service and my car was taken care of and I was out in a reasonable time!

I needed a flat spare replaced. I didn t even get the tire out of the trunk when one of the employees took it out and asked new or used? I said a good used one. Less than 10 minutes later I was on my way. They are always the quickest and friendliest compared to the big franchises. They ve earned all my business!

On our way to the lake the boat trailer tire blew out and I had no spare. I rode in on the rim and they immediately assessed the damage and advised I get a new rim. I got 2 new rims and tires and they even took my good old rim and mounted a new tire so I would have a spare. Several of the crew jumped right on the job and got us back on the road quickly to save our day! I am very thankful for the extra effort they put in and the consideration they showed for our safety as well as preparing us for the next time. Thank you very much!!!!

Very honest i received two great condition used tires with quick installation. I asked them about motor mount work he honestly said the mechanics were not experienced for that type of work. I will definitely go back for my new set of tires. A very sweet lady approached me as soon as I pulled up. The shop is clean . Don t believe me try them for yourself. P.S.I got this service about a week ago and tires are fine.

I consider myself fortunate to find a place that specializes in everything dealing with front and rear suspension. There tires are practically brand new, but used, and they also balance their tires which I've noticed a lot of tire places along the way, and they don't balance at all. Replace tire studs, alignments, brake work, new tires, and so much more. The guys are friendly and reliable and all work is done in a timely fashion. I have never had to wait over 40 mins, while having 4 or 5 car's in front of me. Like I said, I'm fortunate to have found a place that I can trust to work on my Acura.Jim

I left Washington, DC @ 6:30am on my way to a funeral in Greensboro, NC today when I stopped in Butner, NC to get something to eat and discovered a nail in my rear, driver's side tire. There was NOTHING open to assist me. A very nice gentlemen was getting off work and offered to follow me to Durham, NC where I could get my tire fixed. Once I advised the guys at THRIFTY TIRES of my dilemma, they took care of me in about 10 minutes tops!! I didn't get to change my clothes, but I did make the funeral and hugged my beloved friends' children to reassure them!! Great Looking Out!!
