The best!! If you need very good reliable work on a higher end sport car, especially Porche or BMW, this is an awesome specialty place! Amazingly knowledgeable. (FYI- This place specializes only in luxury cars).

I live in the Burlington area, and my usual mechanic was backed up 3 weeks, so I went hunting throughout the Triangle area for a mechanic that is good at working on older model BMW's and other European cars. I found the right shop! These guys love what they do and are enthusiastic about their work. The first thing I saw when I arrived was a 1972 2002 BMW being lifted, and Mercedes, Porches and BMW's in the parking area, an impressive sight! The manager/owner Brad was easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable immediately. He is also a very nice guy. In my case, my 31 year old BMW had an intermittent check engine light which was getting worse, and starting getting worse each day. The mechanic who worked on my car replaced the cam shaft motion sensor which made my car run like a race car! I will be back as long as I have this car!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Brad and his team are masters of their trade. I had a set of JDM wheels that did not allow for TPMS to be mounted through the valve stem hole. He was able to machine the hole and get the TPMS mounted without issue. Now I've got a set of SSR Professor SP1s that don't have a TPMS sensor banded on the barrel.They were also able to get a new front lower control arm installed. This allowed them to properly adjust the camber on the front of the car. After performing their alignment magic, the car now drives like a dream.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I had my car aligned at Digital Chassis after being referred to them by a trusted mechanic. I wanted specific camber and toe specs to get the most out of my car and Brad did a great job aligning my wheels to those specs. Now my car drives as straight as an arrow at highway speeds and handles great! I was charged a fair and reasonable amount for his quality work. I will definitely get my car aligned here in the future.Service: Wheel alignment

Brought my car in to have a track inspection and an alignment done. As the owner was very nice there were a few things of concern like couldn t find the dates on my harnesses which took my girlfriend less than 10 seconds to find. So would say clearly that was never even looked at. Regarding the alignment it was set to approximately what I wanted. I told him of parts I installed to help with getting the alignment correct but he told me they weren t there when I installed them myself. Then proceeded to make it sound like it was going to be a big pain when it s just undoing one bolt and then re adjusting. Which then brings me to biggest issue which was price. This place is way overpriced and to charge someone for 2hrs to do an alignment and then make excuses as to why they couldn t do it the way you asked is just unprofessional. If you have money to just throw away and like excuses then you ll enjoy it but if you want honest work done on your car, especially one you take to a track than you might want to find a different spot.Services: Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment

This place is absolutely fantastic.I first discovered Brad after moving to NC. I'm extremely picky about alignments; prior to moving here I have had cars aligned at almost ten different shops. Of those, I have been completely satisfied with the work of probably one shop.With that context in place, let me just say that I was floored at the work Brad did. Not only was his alignment absolutely flawless, he also took it under his own initiative to recheck the balance of the wheels I had ordered from Tirerack and fixed the balance of two of them.His shop is spotless and beautiful (it is also constantly full of gorgeous Porches). Brad himself is insanely friendly and great to do business with. I know I'm going a little over the top with superlatives here, but having dealt with as many automotive places as I have, it's a breath of fresh air to encounter excellence across the board (fair prices, amazing work quality, and friendly and communicative).If you live in the Durham area, just come here. If you don't... it still might be worth the drive. This is the go to place for suspension and alignment work, not to mention general repairs on German cars.

Its truly difficult to find anything to nitpick with this shop, the owner is very friendly, the techs are some of the most knowledgeable and skilled on the east coast, and the facility is shockingly clean if you're used to lesser shops.Brad may take a while to answer the phone, if at all, but I promise its worth showing up. I've taken everything from a Ferrari 400i to 70s Alfa Spiders and a Lancia Fulvia Zagato in for alignments with nary a strange look or implication they couldn't get it perfect.Last time I was in they had 2 Porsche 928s with the dashes out, a true sign this shop isn't afraid of anything.

Brad at "The Digital Chassis" aligned my muscle car perfect. It nows drives straight as an arrow and handles excellent. He is the expert for front end alignment. "The Digital Chassis" is the best kept secret in Durham and now I know for sure. Brad has the best looking and cleanest shop I've ever seen. My appointment was right on time which prevented me from having to wait. A very pleasant experience.

Extremely impressed with Brad and The Digital Chassis. Everyone told me the only place to take my car for an alignment was Digital, and I'm glad I did. They set my car up perfectly and got a good street alignment on it. My 98 TA is part of our family and he took great care of it and even helped me load it on the trailer after they were done. Quality work and service, best in the area!

I've known the owner since he opened twenty years ago. the most thorough tire installer in Durham and likely anywhere in a fifty mile radius. He's ridiculously busy so if you're impatient he's not your guy. If you love your vehicle he is your new tire installation guy.

I have a vintage car that needed alignment. I originally took it to a chain tire & wheel shop & they were unable to do it, so they recommended Digital Chassis. These guys are great. Did a 4 wheel alignment & the car drives & handles so much better. All was done at a very reasonable price.

Brad's service is top notch. I started going to Digital Chassis years ago when he had a single bay. Now he has several. I had a MKIV Supra TT back then and was super picky about who I'd let touch it. Brad had my full confidence. He's honest and knowledgeable. I recently purchased an E36 M3 convertible and took it to Brad to mount new tires and get an alignment. Brad identified a worn bushing that needed to be replaced, suggested that I could do it on my own and said I didn't need an alignment. Also, I was having handling issues with my one owner 185K mile G35. Brad replaced the shocks and it drives like new now.

Amazing shop! I got an alignment done on my 2002 Porsche Boxster, the car now drives like a absolute dream. Hands down the best alignment I ve ever had on this car. There attention to detail and care is top notch.

Bought a 750i didn't know how I would like it. Drove it around town and thought way to nice of a car for me to drive in Durham on all of the pot-holes. Took it for service with Brad, he encouraged me to keep the car. He told me to drive it on the road somewhere and I would fall in love with it.Off to Tennessee I went. I LOVE THIS CAR NOW! Having the car perform perfectly is what Brad and his team do well. The primary difference between this shop and other shops like the dealer is you can trust your car will be done right and serviced quickly.

There is no match for Digital Chassis in the Triangle. Brad has the latest technology, a clean facility and excellent help. Digital Chassis has been taking care of our daily drivers and our special interest cars for years. I have come to depend on Brad's expertise on all things automotive. Friends I have recommended to this facility have all shared the same view....truly first rate.

I run a shop that deals with Alfa's and Jaguar's, but I let Brad do all my alignment work. I try to model my shop and business practices after Brad's as he does top notch work. If you own a German car his shop is the place to go.

Watch out for this shop...he will try to take advantage of you and your wallet. There are honest shops who do equal/better work where you won't have to worry about getting ripped off.
