Love love love. We had our car towed here and the service department was absolutely wonderful. We were kept up to date by text message with the progress. They even sent a video of the mechanics inspection and showing us exactly what was wrong. Everyone was absolutely great.

Jennifer R was extra helpful and accommodating while we were dealing with an extremely stressful situation with the engine of our family vehicle. I ve always been happy with the service here. Friendly, capable, meh on the fast. Always got the Lyft service when the service took a little longer than usual. Today, service will take 2-2.5 hours and no transport/Lyft/shuttle. Wow. Not happy.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

This place is absolutely TRASH. I have had a terrible experience every time I ve had to bring my van here. The first time I needed a oil change and they told me they couldn t do it because my oil pan was stripped however I took my van somewhere else and they showed me the pan. It was in perfect condition. I took it again because they are the only person who could fix my door. I went to pick up my van with no answers. They said it would be $400 for a full diagnostic for THE DOOR. The door cable just needs to be replaced. I m done with Mazda.

I was taking my Hyundai Tucson for a regular maintenance, the lady at the front desk was nice and informative, but they overpriced everything, and gave the impression that their technician is not professional enough to preform a simple task like switching canister valve without the need to harm the canister itself. I was very dissatisfied and declined most of their suggested services. I will take my business somewhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I purchased a CPO '17 Mazda CX-5 in January. I reached out to the service dept.(got voice mail) last month b/c I had a few questions regarding the CPO warranty.. no call back. A few days ago, I submitted interest in a service special via website.. crickets. Not impressed.

Hakeem is the best salesperson with whom I've ever had the pleasure of working. He cares, is professional, and knows his product. Additionally, Alex, the Sales Manager, will bend over backwards to bring you a price that is good for all concerned. I highly recommend Sport Durst Mazda!

Horrendous and racist behavior I have a warranty they damaged my window while my car was in there shop refuse to repair. Took them 2 months to fix my transmission problem yet they are mazda dealer. If u have a warranty with them switch to another dealership not worth the headache. Racism and thinking one doesnt know any better will be the service desk downfall

The woman spoken at calling center of the customer service is a very rude person! As a victim of a car accident, my heart was deeply broken by what she told me in the phone call. After 7 days of repairing, today at 4pm when she called me to inform me that my car was repaired and ready to pick up, she said : " I will charge you because you owe me money". I said I can't pick up my car today, because I am busy. She impatiently told me that: "our shop is open until 9pm" (she wants me to pay the bill as soon as possible). I said:"of course I will pay the bill, but not today, I will pay the bill tomorrow when I pick up my car!".Every customer should be respected, but the customer service in Sports Durst Durham spoken to me in an arrogant and rude manner which no one would accept. I don't know whether that woman is underpaid by her boss or not, or whether her income of this month depends on my payment of the bill.

Only place I take my car to get oil change. The people are always friendly and the wait time isnt bad and the waiting area is always clean
