Great experience getting my Kona Electric reduction gear fluid serviced today! I called about a week ago to make the appointment. Was told they were pretty busy, but they were able to squeeze me in this week for a 10AM appointment.When I arrived things looked pretty busy, but I still got a friendly greeting the moment I walked in. They told me to sit tight for a minute or two until someone could help me.Seconds later Dakota entered the room and we immediately got things rolling. We confirmed the work to be done, got the vehicle into their system, and they got my contact info. I asked how long it would take because if it's quick I'll stick around but if it's most of the day then I'd rather head back home. She said 1.5 or maybe 2 hours so I decided to stick around.The waiting room is lovely. No loud TVs, plenty of comfy places to sit with wifi and desks, and the tea + snack station was an welcome surprise.After 2 hours of relaxing and walking around in the sunshine, I got a call that the vehicle was ready. Within 5 minutes payment was done and I was back on my way with a happier car. We even had a fun conversation about drinking fancy tea while the paperwork was being sorted out.I appreciate the good communication, the estimated time of completion being accurate, and the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Price was also fair based on my research for this procedure.

Never bring your car to be serviced at Sport Worst. They will damage your car and refuse to accept responsibility. I spent almost $5,000 in repairs, my family has purchased 4 brand new cars from this dealership, and they will treat you like garbage with a smile on their face. My engine had to be replaced, and they damaged and warped the hood of my car. They had to remove the windshield wiper assembly to replace the engine, but they did not replace the pins to keep the assembly in place. They perform shoddy work and are extremely rude and unprofessional when you bring the car back to fix what they messed up.Sport Durst is a crooked and dishonest company. Lemon service.

I m brought my vehicle in to get fixed . I did have insurance through third party . Sport Durst said they would have to order the part, so I had to get a rental car . Well the gentleman that was helping me didn t put it in right, and I had to end up keeping the rental car another two days because their Master mechanic wasn t there . I tried to get reimbursed for their mistake but it didn t happen. DO NOT COME HERE . Not to mention they messed up my handle on my door while fixing it . Go elsewhere unless you want to be scammed . Poor business. And Cameron was the one helping me .

This was an easy and deserved five-star review! We would give them ten stars. Sports Durst Hyundai offered us excellent customer care from the beginning to the end of the sale. Our company purchased two cars from another Hyundai dealership with the opposite experience we received at Sports Durst. We wish we had gone here first. We are a local cleaning company, and we know firsthand how being proactive, responsive, and available to answer questions is to the overall customer experience. We highly recommend that you request Zach Therrien, although we hope every product specialist is kind, easy to work with, thorough and detail-oriented. Zach took time, followed up on every question, and was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the feature differences. He listened to what we needed and wanted and was able to make suggestions to make the best purchase with the highest value. We recommend Sports Durst Hyundai to anyone who drives! They offer weather tech style mats and window tinting complimentary. Location is neat, service waiting area is awesome and the staff is very friendly. Only complaints are that parking is limited and accessibility in and out of the dealership is a challenge. Service time did not meet estimate, but the service waiting area makes it bearable, as you can do work, have snacks, drinks/coffee, clean bathrooms. Overall positive experience!

Professional, thorough, and timely service provided by a great team. Cameron my service advisor was as pleasant and attentive/communicative as can be throughout the entire process. Probably the best overalls service experience I've had at any car dealership/service center, including for other non-Hyundai vehicles I've had in the past.

Michael Silberman made my car shopping experience easy and comfortable.He had a wealth of knowledge about the vehicles we were looking at and did a great job of explaining the various functions of the car.When it came down to making a decision, he didn't put on any aggressive sales tactics that can be common at other dealerships. He was just very straightforward and honest with how he conducted his business, and I greatly appreciated that.Whenever I'm in the market for another car, I'll definitely consider working with Michael again.

I went Sport Durst Hyundai not expecting to walk out with my first brand new car I was just seeking information, but Miana Chambers my sales lady said let s just go test drive the car, she showed me all the features and I was sold. She really took her time with me. She helped me set up my radio. My Apple play and she also showed me how to use my navigation. I just love my 2023 Sanata Fe

I went in for service on a car I purchased from Sports Durst 4 years ago. They warned me in advance that diagnostic work could take 3 days (!). While glad it only took a bit less than a day for them to figure out, they quoted me parts, labor and diagnosis fee. The part was marked up almost double what it sells for on official dealerships that list OEM parts for sale online ($290 vs $150). On top of this, they recommended a bunch of extraneous services that were completely unnecessary including a brake fluid change (which I d had done elsewhere one month ago) and new front tires when all of mine had been replaced less than a year ago. I ll never go back now that my car is out of warranty.

Lord have mercy on me...They kept my car for weeks talking about they didn't know what's wrong until they "wash" the oily motor and then run a diagnostic on it... for weeks my family was without a car to take kids to school and go to work and I live 50 min away from the shop and had to play phone tag and finally had to come to the building several afternoons because I could get no answer to my questions.No mechanic to explain what happened to my car. Only office personnel.No bill produced, no diagnostic tests and the motor was still filthy.I had to pay nearly 4 hundred dollars to get my car back plus towing fees, but i was told I could pay 4500 for a new motor...not for putting it in. Oh that was gonna be extra.I finally got fed up, and paid for the fake service so i could take my car home. So disappointed with this shop... I have been a good customer for years... even after they dented my car in a shop accident.

I made an appointment for my oil changes last Wednesday at 4:30pm. I got there 15mins early. I left there 5:55pm with only oil changed not tire rotations. I had to pick up my child at 6pm and ended up getting there late for pick up. Staff were friendly and inform me that they have a lot of cars to look. I totally understand, however do not over booking with customers if you re short staffing or anything. Now I made another appointment for just tire rotation.

This is really really sad!! I have been calling this company for 2 days, left VM s also! I have called morning, made calls afternoon for Service Dept and can t get anyone to answer except the pleasantly nice Honda operator Edwina. Who has felt my dissatisfaction in all of this. I have yet to get a call back or even an acknowledgment of my calls on VM. I now see why the rating to do low. My first experience with this company was great 3 or 4 years ago and I m shocked to that it s gone to this. Can someone call me!!!! Can I get a service manager on the phone please!

Everyone is kind, but organization is poor, and I can't judge the workmanship.I brought my car in for a Hyundai recall repair. After two visits it was completed, but the work caused the check engine light to be on. I was told no one had time to check it, and I should drive it home 20 miles and bring it back another day. After 8 days, 8 phone calls, 4 messages, and twice being promised a call back, I have not been able to get a time to get this checked. So at best, a sensor was tripped and not checked before returning the car to me, and I'm out a 3 or 4 more hours to return the car plus time to coordinate. Worse, doing this recall caused damage elsewhere. But I can't even find out.I will edit this if and when I ever get this resolved.

EDIT**Bought a new Hyundai Elantra 2023 from Sport Durst Hyundai in Durham. The car is excellent and I'm happy with it. There were a few cosmetic issues- improper tint, and calcified water spots on the paint. Tanner was my sales rep and he's a nice guy. The water spots were corrected, mostly. I got an appointment to fix the tint and was told the appointment would take an hour. It took 4 hours and upon arriving home I found my trunk was flooded with pink fluid. My cloth backseats were stained with this liquid. I immediately called back and Sport durst offered to fill up my gas tank, give me a loaner car, and, obviously, clean the mess. My trunk was mostly cleaned, but the back seat was still full of stains. Even today (3 days later) there is still moisture behind the seat. I had seat covers on my backseat and somehow this pink liquid stained the back of my seat covers as well. The sales manager was nice, but this whole situation was bad. The first few pictures were before they cleaned up. The picture of the back of the seat cover was after my car was detailed. There are still stains on the cloth and I'm really frustrated. The tint was also not done well and there are big splotches of white liquid on the back windshield. It's one of those situations were I don't really want to go back to the dealership and spend another day waiting around. On top of the fact that I don't trust them to clean my car.

I booked an appointment for a recall for my car two weeks ahead of time. I showed up, they took my car, and then I waited and waited. No one told me anything. Not to mention that this is during a week day and I had to work. Finally, after 2 hours of waiting I went back in and asked about my car as I had to attend a meeting. They told me that they were out of stock for that part and told me to call them back later. And the guy phrased the recall as if he is doing me a favor indicating that service would be free. If you guys are calling my vehicle back I know for sure that it will be free, so please don't treat me like an idiot. I had to leave right away, so once I was available I called them back and asked to talk to the manager. The manager didn't pick up my call, but I don't think it would change anything as in most cases the management is the problem.I have been going here ever since I bought my car in 2017. They were "nice", but always trying to upsell a new thing such as filter change. You don't have to change the filter of a car in three months that did only 2000 miles!Anyways, this last incident is the last drop in the bucket. I escalated this situation to Hyundai USA and won't be coming here ever again.

I called this dealership a week in advance to schedule an appointment to address a recall on my vehicle. They confirmed the appointment date/time over the phone. I came in, waited for at least 30 minutes, to then be told that they don't have the part available to perform this recall repair as it's a very prevalent recall right now and told me to call back in about a week. So let's see... I sit in traffic, show up at your dealership for a confirmed appointment, and not only you can't do the repair, then I'm the one that's supposed to call you back. Very unprofessional. You had a week to call me and tell me there is no part available or to order the part. And you can also yourself call me and tell me when the part has come in, given that I'd already shown up at the appointed time and it wasn't there. Called the manager and left a message to discuss this. Didn't hear back.

Couldn t be happier with the decision to work with Sport Durst in Goldsboro. Very professional and courteous team. They offer great and very competitive pricing with a MASSIVE inventory. I worked primarily with Jeremy and he was patient, transparent, and did everything in his power to ensure we had the best experience possible and that we were happy with our decision. Secondly, Howard ensured we had the best deal possible and offered top dollar on our trade-in. Lastly, the finance process was quick, efficient and pressure-free. Now, I ve done business with over 15 different dealerships across the Northeast and the South and Sport Durst provided one of the best car buying experiences to-date. They will certainly be tops on my list to business with again when it comes to my next purchase of a car. Not a good experience. I was getting simple things done to my car and was told it will take about two days, and that and I should receive a call day 1 about a quote for the part, i did not receive a call. so at the end of day 2 after not hearing anything STILL I called personally and received word that they had not started my car yet and will call me first thing in the morning with updates Day 3 is here and still haven t heard anything. I call 4 times on day 3 and no answer.. On day 4 they did not call me back or attempt to reach out. I physically went to the service department at the end of Day 4 just to get word that they still did not start! I took my car home that day, NOT fixed then took it to CARMEDIX the next day and they finished everything in less than 6 hours

I called Sport Durst service in a panic because I could not get my car key out of my ignition. It was stuck and was not budging. I needed a new geer shifter and Alex Morrison went above and beyond to help out and get it replaced in the same day. Also I only waited for under 2 hours and they got a recall fixed while I was there as well. He was so helpful and greatly appreciated!! We need more people like him in customer service professions!!

We had a great experience at Sport Durst! There was no intention to purchase a car that day, and Michael made us feel like there was no pressure. We were able to weigh our options and make the best decision for ourselves. We've since gone back to have the window tint done, one of the windows re-tinted, and for a recall update. All visits have been super straightforward.

I took my vehicle here because of a recall, worst decision ever!! My first apt was in October 2023. They said the alternator would be in within two weeks & they would call me when it came in. I called several time for months. Finally in January after still not hearing anything I called again & it was in. First red flag because they didn t even bother to notify me. So a week later I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and was asked if I would be waiting or picking it up. I said picking it up. I called at 3:30 PM approximately EIGHT times before getting anyone on the phone to ask the status of my vehicle. When I finally reached someone, they said it would be ready by the FOLLOWING DAY by the end of business!!! I am completely disgusted by how unprofessional they are. I did not receive a courtesy call or any type of notification when I dropped my vehicle off that it would not be ready for TWO DAYS!! Now I am scrambling at the last minute to find someone to take me to work tomorrow! Meanwhile, I called and left a message for the service manager and he has completely ignored my calls & messages! I have not received a return call, apology or explanation for the delay with my vehicle. Now that I see how unprofessional & inconsiderate they are, they definitely will not be doing my tune-up!! They will NEVER touch my vehicle again when I FINALLY get it back!!

We purchased a new 2022 Volkswagen Jetta this week from VW Sport Durst Mazda of Goldsboro. We couldn't have been more happy with the entire experience! I have purchased a number of new vehicles in my lifetime. This time it was a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Hybrid. I was satisfied with the process of accepting the agreed upon purchase price and trade, and all the way through finance. I also purchased an accessory, and the Parts department associate was very helpful. Most importantly, I was extremely pleased with my salesperson, Nicholas "Nic" Dozier. Nic was/is professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond!I went to Sports Durst Hyundai knowing the vehicle I wanted, what I owed on my current vehicle, what my credit score was, how much my trade worth, and how much I was willing to spend.
