I was very disappointed in the service I received. I learned that I had not been getting services done that I came in for which led to me not being told I needed brakes until they were almost completely worn. They were responsible for a broken lug nut and they didn t take responsibility but wanted to charge me over $1000 to fix. I have been a loyal customer since 2012 and this is the worst service I have personally experienced. When I asked Brad the service manager why no one bothered to mention to me in September that my brakes were getting low his response was they don t sale a service unless it is needed then I ask for compensation for the inconvenience his response was, it wouldn t have matter if I was told I. September or not I would have had to pay. I told him they didn t tell me because my tires were not getting rotated.

How to articulate what has happened over the past two months with Sport Durst Jeep service department.I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler fromthem end of November. During the test drive the engine light came on and the saleswomen had it inspected and said it was a false indication. A week after purchase the service light came back on. I took it to Autozone and they attached their diagnostic computer and determined it was the radiator fan. I dropped it off at Sport Durst on a Sunday with the keys and a copy of the engine diagnostic. I called the service manager daily asking for an update, on several occasions he acted like he didn t know who I was and actually lost the vehicle per his own words. Was told the part was coming in, then it wasn t. Then part was blamed on Chrysler for strike. Finally was fixed three weeks later. When I picked up my Jeep after only driving it for a total of a week there was a puddle of water in the drivers side foot area. I notified the service advisor and he came out and cleaned it up. Once home I sprayed the vehicle with my garden hose and once again water flowed freely from the hard top post into the vehicle. I used a bit of weather stripping as a short term fix then took it to a car wash to test. My fix held but then soapy water began pouring out of the dash on the passenger side. I came back to Sport Durst service and explained the problem. I left it with them AGAIN and after not hearing back after almost a week I called the service manager. Once again had no idea who I was or that my vehicle was there. Actually admitted we lost your vehicle again and had I not called to check they never would have known it was there. I will be calling their general manager and Chrysler Corporate tomorrow.

We were out of town for my husband's surgery at Duke and our check engine light turned on. We had been to sport durst's service center before with another vehicle issue while out of town, so took contacted them. They were SO accommodating, scheduling is the same day at the service center and finding someone to shuttle me back and forth to the hospital! They ran the diagnostic on the car and could not find fault with any parts that day, so charged less than typical diagnostic fee and let me know to return if the issue returned. I cannot say enough good things about the service team here!

I was very pleased with the help I received! I met with Aeris and she was amazing! She had a smile on her face and made my time very enjoyable! Everything got taken care of in a timely manner and I was on my way home! Would definitely recommend my fellow peers to come to Sport Durst.

I took my Wrangler 4xE in because the engine light was on and the screen said Service charging system. They had it for over a month, and told me that they needed to order a new battery pack but that Chrysler needed to put in the order and that s why it was taking so long. I finally got in touch with the service manager, who called Chrysler to try to move things along and told me that my battery pack was on the way and would take 48 hours to arrive; 48 hours later they called and told me my car was ready to go. Great! I picked it up and the case manager told me my battery pack had been replaced , and I took it home. The next morning I got in it to go to work and it wouldn t start. Same issue: Service charging system. Called the dealership and they told me to have it towed to them (which cost me $15). Turns out they never replaced the battery pack. Chrysler told them to reset the computer system to see if that would fix the problem (it obviously didn t). I have no idea if the battery pack they said had been shipped was ever actually sent or not, and now my car is in their shop and no one will return my messages. If I could give zero stars, I would! Terrible customer service, and at this point I ve been without a vehicle for over a month with no end in sight.

After being scammed by a trashy local shop in Durham, I came here to have Sport Durst fix what was destroyed. My Grand Cherokee was leaking oil for 7 MONTHS and the SCAMMERS (who have 4.4 stars on google remarkably) let me drive off with EXTREMELY dangerous safety hazards. I am so grateful to Tabitha, Ariel, Chris and Kurt for being understanding, kind, helpful and supportive during this whole ordeal. I will NOT go anywhere else in Durham for my repairs EVER again.

I purchased a 2023 Miata from Norris and Ken this past Saturday. We were purchasing from Pennsylvania and Ken and Norris were both fantastic, offering us a great deal on the vehicle and helping get all the logistics arranged so we were ready to go as soon as we arrived. The transaction was great, but we also thoroughly enjoyed spending some time while there with Ken and Norris, who were both good, honest guys. I would happily and confidently recommend the dealership, Norris and Ken to anyone shopping for a Mazda. Our fly and drive transaction was seamless and a pleasure, and arriving to find our new vehicle detailed with a bow, and ready for our drive back from Durham, NC tp PA was icing on the cake!!

I had an awful experience! They were unresponsive and kept my Dodge Caravan for over a month only to tell me they could not locate any problem. Soon as I drove it from the shop, my van was back to misfiring and stalling as it was when I arrived.Once they replaced my torque converter (which is covered under warranty), they said they do not accept payments from warranty companies. After proving they told me they do accept payments from warranty companies they then accepted my payment. As I paid the remaining balance, Russell Self the office manager asked if I could not leave a review due to the poor service and lack of empathy as they took close to 2 months to handle my issue.I must say I was completely appalled that he would have the audacity to make such a request. After 2 months of piss poor service they wanted me to do them a favor. Anyone reading this, stay clear of Sport Durst Chrysler Jeep, they do not care about their customers. Don't waste your time or money. Now I have to go to another mechanic because my van is still stalling as it was before they repaired it.

Maria Boyzo deserves 10 stars if I could! She listened to everything that I said and made me feel heard and respected. She helped me get everything I wanted at price I was comfortable with. She made me feel comfortable and that I could trust her that day and for the days after I had leased the vehicle. As a young woman I had bad experiences with dealerships in the area so I am so lucky I found Maria! Go to her!

Bought a new used truck from sport durst, would NOT recommend doing any type of busy with this sketchy slimy dealership. They hound you and make you feel like you re stupid for not wanting to pay what they put in front of you. Then they do the whole run around my manager said I can get it lower and show you the fakest sympathy and understanding that you don t wanna pay what they re offering. Then when you get something you re willing to pay they ask what payment do you want. Never once heard you get a choice of a payment. Anyway finalized paperwork, got the state inspection sheet where it said everything passed, a day later I have a taillight out, I try calling and no answer and when I finally get through I get out on hold, so I just show up and walk in and tell the person what happened and they tell me I have to wait a whole month to replace a lightbulb. Yea a singular lightbulb. So I went to another repair shop across the street and they were able to take care of it in 15 minutes. Long story short, don t do business with sport durst. Sidenote Dan from finance was absolutely fantastic and a joy to work with

We purchased a Dodge Challenger RT from Durst. We love our brand new Challenger!!! We loved working with Mike he s awesome!!! Normally I would drive here there and everywhere trying to get the best deal and all that but Mike totally won us over he s so nice. We didn t want to deal with anyone else after we met him. We went to the dealership late about 9pm and he was working late and he came out to help us. We weren t expecting that as they were closed. The next day was the hottest day of the year so far. He was outside in the heat trying so hard to help us. He even helped us get our new car home. We are grateful for Mike and we will work with him again soon..The finance person was super nice and helpful as well. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I usually dread the paper work and titling but he actually made in enjoyable.

Purchased this beauty with Alex Morrison! I want to personally thank Alex for making our jeep buying experience the best! We had been to many dealerships around Raleigh and once I spoke with Alex I knew he was going to personalize our experience! The people here are too awesome. I met David Stinson, a salesman here that made my experience just smooth. It's not often that people enjoy the car buying process but, just working with them for a short period of time was cool, even when you don't buy a car at that time. If you go up here to get your car serviced, check out my girl Suzi, she is the awesome. I absolutely love her personality.

I recently visited sport Durst Jeep to get my Jeep Wrangler back window (soft top) fixed and had an excellent experience.Chris from the service department was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Explained the process clearly and ensured the job was done to perfection. Keep up the good work, and thanks Chris and Mike (from parts department ) for a job well done.

I would give zero if I could. Called to make an appointment to replace a cracked interior rear view mirror. Waited a week for an appointment and then get there and said will have to keep for two days to get part in. They had all details of the car including VIN. Such a huge waste of time. Ended up doing it myself since I had to order the part myself anyway. Wouldn t even do that. Such poor customer service.

I bought two cars here and should ve learned my lesson after buying my first one. Sport Durst is a slimy brand to say the least. If you do decide to buy a car from Sport Durst Dodge make sure you don t get scammed into the service package. The service department here is run by the most inapt humans in the state. I ve dealt with everything from trying to be charged twice for the same repair, waiting an average of 2HOURS for an express oil change, finding out what I paid for wasn t fixed after bringing the car to another dealer. Even the bottom plastic runner along the driver side on my new Challenger was popped out of place (I didn t realize that when buying the car) and service wouldn t deal with it and told me to go to a body shop. The funny thing is that at the end of a service appointment they chase you out to your car and ask for 5 star reviews because it impacts their compensation.

We took a Jeep Cherokee there for electronic problems. It drives fine, but all kinds of warning lights come on. We suspect water damage. Anyway, we brought it in on a Tuesday evening for a Wednesday morning appointment. Didn't hear anything back by Friday and called. They said our "advisor" (apparently this is college) must not have entered it into the system yet, and it hadn't been looked at yet, but they could call back later that day. No word, so we spent Saturday morning (Day 4 without the vehicle) repeatedly calling with no answer. After several "dept not available" messages and some repeat calling, we finally got a voicemail box, so we left a message saying we wanted to just come pick it up and have it serviced elsewhere. No call back about that, so a couple of hours later we finally just drove over to get it.This is where the only real positive (or not negative) experience happened: the woman who got us the key was very friendly and didn't seem to expect any payment (which at this point we obviously weren't planning to make), and we drove the Jeep away with no fix four days later.This was topped off by a torrential downpour on the way home. That's not their fault, but we wouldn't have been driving in it if we hadn't brought the car to them in the first place. Since we strongly suspect water leakage into the driver's side door to be related to the problem, this obviously didn't help things. So basically, after four days without our car, about an hour and a half of driving back and forth, and no apparent attempt at repair within several days of our appointment date, the problem was also probably exacerbated by another drive in heavy rain.Can't say we were impressed.

Absolute worst customer service possible. Brought our tow truck to get a new transmission installed. Trusted them as this is our way of making a living. Had transmission installed. Was told we had a warranty and if there were any issues to call them. Unfortunately we had to do that as the transmission was gone again. Come to find out we paid for a new transmission and a used one was installed. Now they want to tell us there is nothing they can do even though we paid for a new one. This business is as shady as they come. I will never recommend anyone to do business with them. I am now in the process of filing charges on them with the courts as they didn't do what they said they were. They thought it was over but this is just the beginning as I still don't have my truck running. They will now have to also pay me for all lost wages.What is number to text?

Steven was absolutely fantastic. Recently purchased a vehicle and he was the best finance manager I've ever dealt with. Didn't feel pressured. Explained everything clearly. Honestly, I did appreciate the work they did do. But their lack of communication is the reason I ll go out of my way to not bring my vehicle back there and why I m giving a negative review. They originally told me they could see my car next day. Then they couldn t. But I had to initiate all conversation other than when it was finally ready. They had my car for 3 days with zero communication and NEVER ONCE picked up the phone. I had to physically walk in to the service department to have someone talk to me. Charged me 200$ for a diagnosis for a dead battery my computer was freaking out so I thought it was something more. I don t get how overnight my battery could be so dead they can t diagnose my vehicle without a new battery. The only reason I didn t give a 1-star is because when I went in, a gentlemen who was not my service rep, took good care of me. I need my car for work and so it was very frustrating to have to borrow a car and PHYSICALLY go to the shop for an update when I should have been working. I highly recommend seeing any other dealership.
