Just got a new car here and couldn t be happier with the service provided! Chance was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we get the deal we were looking for! He also provided an amazing customer service after I signed all the documents, keeping true to his word on many occasions!I highly recommend working with Chance!

Twice I ve attempted to purchase a car here and twice I ve had my time wasted. In 2021 I was left waiting in the lobby for over an hour with no concern from the staff, but I foolishly thought it worth giving them a second chance. I asked for a price on a car and was told I d get one, I got a call back with an alternate car I was willing to look at so I drove an hour only to be lead on again and finally talked to a sales manager who had no clue I ever asked for numbers. Disorganized and very unappreciative of others time.

This review rating is for my experience with salesmen on pre-owned vehicles. I do not have any other experience with Sport Durst and this should not reflect the overall business. Be cautious of what the sales person says, ensure whatever is promised verbally is translated in writing. I was misled multiple times during a potential transaction and when it came down to getting agreed upon terms in writing, the price ultimately increased.

Great place to purchase your next quality used vehicle. I m more than happy with my recent purchase. Sales Professional Hikeem ensured I had a great experience. The only downside is I wish the service department would had swapped the old battery out as the one that s currently in it is aged and possibly on its way out sooner rather than later. At least as a courtesy and especially me putting $600 towards the initial vehicle service fee. I felt the service dept could had at least done that. I m hopeful that they will make it right eventually. Asides from that it was a great experience and I highly recommend getting your next vehicle from here. Go see Hikeem (Mazda building) for your next purchase.

Dame was a great salesman. He gave us a great overview of how the trade in process is and tips on what to do next on our vehicle. I am impressed with his professionalism and diligence. Great customer service! Clean dealership as well as nice snack and coffee area while we waited. Had a great experience overall.

Our salesperson was SO amazing. Mike was nicer than nice, and I loved it. We went in with a really tight budget, and he made things happen. Unfortunately, Sports Durst kind of dropped us on our butts once the ink dried, and that left us feeling some kind of way. It was a bittersweet experience for us. Would I frequent their business again? At this point, I'm not sure. If I did, I would always ask for Mike. Thanks, Mike, for your kind, friendly, and professional service.

Absolute worst post-sales support.If you are owed anything by Sport Durst post sale they will lie, tell stories, anything to get out of their obligation.When you call them out for lying they respond that you're being rude.Don't bother leaving phone messages. They won't be returned.Only way to get action is to show up in person and have your facts straight. They can't be trusted to give you the truth.Don't waste your time to ask to speak to the general manager, he will be out of the office.

Sleazy car dealership - avoid! They had plenty of time to sell us a service contract on the car we bought from them but not so happy to give us back our money when the car was totalled in an accident. Don't answer their phone, lots of runaround, and when we went to the office in person the finance manager flat out lied to us about how the refund worked. We called the service contract EZ Care directly to confirm, then went back to the office to correct them on how the process works. No apology and no acknowledgment that he had misrepresented the situation. When we came back to the office a FOURTH time to get the refund, they re-stated the lie how the refund process works! We had called both the service contract EZ Care and our auto loan servicer to confirm the process, so there is no question they misrepresented the situation. Lots of honest car dealerships in the area. This just is not one of them. Move on!

I purchased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio last April 2023 and I also purchased a 2023 Audi Q3 on the same day. The Audi had a issue with the trunk and they finally sent it to the Audi dealership to get fixed. The Alfa Romeo Stelvio had issues with it and Sport's Durst made an appointment at the Alfa Romeo dealership, and 2 weeks later they towed it from the Alfa Romeo dealership and they have had my Alfa Romeo sitting in Sport's Durst Chrysler Service Center every since, and still have not handled servicing my vehicle. I'm a currently paying $800/month for my vehicle that's been sitting on Sport's Durst Chrysler Service Center and it's been 10 months since I purchased it! When will I get my car back, and why do Sport's Durst advertise, "WHERE YOU(The Customer) Comes First!"? I am still waiting for my car, and I'm currently paying $800/month for my vehicle that's still been sitting for nearly a year! I have been patiently waiting and I have been trying desperately to get them to comply and fix my car that I bought from them! This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever endured.RS

Everything you don't want in a service department! They do not honor online service prices, that are on their website, stating that Hyundai USA sets those prices, not them and they are independently owned, and not obligated to give that pricing. I swore I would never return, but unfortunately I had an issue with my car and my insurance wouldn't pay to tow it to Cary, so here it went. (I should have paid the difference in distance). They di a quick look at the car (then charge me for full diagnostics). They then call and say just the part foe the car is around $2000, plus the labor will make it over $4500 to fix, and that it "looks like the issue was caused by poor maintenance" The tech checked the oil and said it is 3� quarts low. They told me that had I continued to get service there the would have told me I should be getting my FULL SYNTHETIC oil changes every 3000 miles. I told her that there is service schedule in my owners guide, THAT I FOLLOW. She then tried to tell me that the "7500 mile service schedule applies to the NEWER models 2022 and up" my car is a 2017, it has 114,000 miles on it. It has gotten EVERY RECOMMENDED SERVICE.Car was towed to Cary, they really looked at the car A SENSOR behind the timing cover went bad, somehow that was preventing the oil from getting up to the top half of the motor, and caused the motor to CONSUME the oil. Cary said the whole fix will cost about what this place said the major part would cost.Valuable lessons were learned!! PAY FOR THE TOW TO CARY!!

The way Cousin Kera (exceptional and successful car broker) has been treated by this "establishment" is TRULY despicable! BUT THERE ISN'T BUT ONE Cousin Kera and she is the REAL DEAL! To try and take her business from her and still try to extract business from the BLACK COMMUNITY speaks to the low this company has been willing to go! If you listen to 103.9 The Light, among other platforms, you know the NAME! Looking forward to the Community BACKLASH! COUSIN KERA has been a blessing to so many and it will be felt! Sad.

My wife and I purchased a new Jeep and had one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had! This is a first class dealership and everyone was super helpful and friendly. Negotiation was painless and we were offered a fair price for our trade in. In return, we got a fantastic deal and couldn't be happier. The owner David, even took time out of his busy day to make sure we were completely happy and satisfied. Everyone here is super down to earth and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family! A big thank you to our salesman, David and Mark the internet manager!

BE AWARE! Deeply disappointed and will NOT do business with again. Early May 2023 I leased my 3rd Subaru from the same local dealer in my area. As of today July 2023 my lease deal is still not completed correctly. I ve reached out numerous times over the last two months and no one has returned my calls!! My next steps will be contacting the NC State Attorney General and the FTC.9/13 UPDATE- I have called the number provided which goes to a voicemail box and I have left messages requesting a return call. No response. Pitiful!

Fantastic experience with Sport Durst after a terrible time (high pressure, bad-mouthing other local dealerships and calling them liars) with another VW dealership sales dept that's half the distance from us. Juan was a pleasure to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Sport Durst, even though they're much farther away. Highly recommended.

recently purchased a 23 Ram TRX to find out that it had a faulty infotainment system. Upon return the vehicle to the dealership for repair I was giving misinformation about how to proceed on getting it fixed. After we squared that away through my constant attempts to get a clear answer, I was given a vehicle to drive while my truck was there to get repaired.(IT WAS DISGUSTING AND HAD TO RETURN IT) THEY NEGLECTFULLY LEFT MY VEHICLE OUTSIDE BEHIND THE BUILDING AND IT GOT BROKEN INTO. They are now requesting that I go through my insurance to get the truck fixed, which will make my insurance go up and lower the value of my truck for their neglectful unprofessional behavior. No resolve in sight horrible place to do business.

Don t come here! I dropped my jeep off here twice every-time i got my Jeep back the problem wasn t fixed or they mess up something else on my vehicle! Shady place!

Gave them asking price on a used car Monday night, sent license and insurance information, planned delivery for Tuesday, they took my cash deposit. Then they call me Tuesday and tell me the car was sold and no longer available, but they were very sorry and would give me $1000 off any car on the lot if I still wanted to proceed. I picked another car (new one of same model) Tuesday night and they said they'd work with the manager first thing the next morning on the best deal possible. They send me a "best deal" pricing sheet with MSRP - $1000 when their own website said "$2000 discount" available below the MSRP number. they came back later and offered a lower price ($500 off, not $1000), I ask for the pricing sheet and waited almost 4 hours before I told them not to bother.DO NOT BUY from these people...

Great Service From a General Manger I took my God Son to purchase a brand New Mitsubishi Sport from their company. Our organization sold the franchise to them in 2019. Angel Surell, The sales person greeted us soon as we stepped out of my vehicle. She listened to everything I told her we wanted. Ken M. The Sales Manger came outside to Greet us. Ken & I had worked together before. He did not get upset when I informed him, "My God Son, I already approved that we talked about it." Worked the deal together. He gave him a great deal on the vehicle. Everything was great. Stacy was the finance manager who even called me into the office to go over products and got him the payment he needed. They could have just treated me differently, but they did not. It was the best experience from Ken, Stacy, down to Angel. The process was quick & easy. I recommend anyone who wants a Brand New Mitsubishi to please go see Angel. Ken even explained how everything had changed from when our company ran Mitsubishi. Gave up the dealer cash due to no rebates anymore. Ken showed me the invoice of the vehicle as well, and he did not have to. I told them i wanted to make sure they made some money because it is hard these days in our Business to do. He gave my God Son a great did. The entire team was excellent.

Me and my partner went to get a jeep that we ve been looking at online. We got really lucky to meet Jack Holt, our car sales rep. We told him exactly what we wanted and he took us right to it. He didn t try to up sell us or pressure us on the sell in any way. We mentioned about the tag price being lower online and they honored it. We brought our trade-in and they gave us a greater value than what we thought they d give us. We didn t need to haggle the price to get a good deal. Jack and Mike worked as a team to give us the best deal they possibly could. It was the best experience ever buying a car where we felt we were cared for as people and not just a sell! So if you are looking to get a car ask for Jack Holt! Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for an inspection and a possible electrical issue with my dashboard, for 8:15am. After check-in her first words are, idk if we can look at the other issue today. That should have been mentioned upon making the appointment! I use to like coming here. Before you could pop in and they would fix multiple issues in one visit. Now you have to schedule a visit and they still refuse to look at issues with your car in a timely manner

This was hands down the best shopping experience I ve ever had in my life. From the moment I stepped out of my car, Jack Holt helped me out every step of the way. He wasn t trying to sell me something, he wanted to help me out. He cared about my situation, and made sure I left getting what I wanted, that met all my needs. I knew what car I wanted, and he didn t try to dissuade me or upsell me. They worked out a great deal for my trade in, and gave me more than what it was worth. Mike in financing worked his magic and the whole team really made it into the best shopping experience I ve ever had. This is the place to go if you need a car.

We've regretted buying our car from Sport Durst Chrysler in Durham pretty much since the day we bought it in 2018, when they kept us at the dealership for four hours because they couldn't get the paperwork done. In terms of service, I'm increasingly convinced that what seems initially like incompetence is actually a deflection technique. For months we've been trying to schedule a recall repair that we received notice about in the mail. The Chrysler service department said they didn't have the part and would call or text with updates within a week. We never heard, and when I've called I get bounced back and forth between parts and service, and then finally abandoned on hold. And to support my theory that they're intentionally trying to deflect, when you are on hold with them you have to hear the same 10-second advertisement play over and over on repeat, so that as you are getting more and more aggravated you are also being told to come buy another car from Sport Durst. I just gave up after 20 minutes, and honestly don't know how to get help with the fact that supposedly my Pacifica Hybrid MAY CATCH ON FIRE and my local dealership cannot handle customer service normally.

Sports durst by far the best dealer i have ever been too. The staff JESSY (salesman) GLENN(manager) and TAYLOR (assistant saleswoman) and last but not least HUNTER (finance). They all did an amazing job by making us comfortable and we controlled the entire process of making the decisions on everything no rush no pressure and every little detail was explained to us CLEARLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. Every thing was explained thoroughly and straight to the point. I would highly recommend sport durst to any family or friend who s looking to purchase a vehicle.GREAT JOB DURST TEAM

My husband purchased a car from Sports Durst. Rudy, our sales rep, was outstanding. He was very informed about the vehicle, the transaction and transport. Especially since cars are delayed due to post covid supply chain issues. All the paperwork was handled expeditiously and without problems. Everyone was very friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We highly recommend this auto dealership and please seek out Rudy for your next automobile purchase.

I am of course a Mazda girl. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sport Durst. They have been good to me over the years and have taken care of me by taking care of my car. This is a group of down-to-earth people that honestly loves what they do and that is placing people in awesome cars. PS: Mazda is my favorite.
