My rating is based off this morning and Michael Smith helping me replace my car battery and the kind workers who offered me a warm space for my daughter and I to wait. I was suppose to have my battery replaced from the business across the street from them, but they were late opening. I walked in and Michael said he would take a look and try to help. He replaced my battery and I was able to get to work on time! The next time I need an oil change I will check out Snappy Lube! He was friendly and so was his staff. Thank you!

New management rocks!! I've been going to this place for years and it was always... okay honestly. But going in there today for an inspection; they were super nice and I got my inspection done in about 5 minutes tops. The manager even personally took the time to say hello and explain he recently is looking to improve the business. Honestly, the best experience I've had at a mechanic ever the change was already dramatic. Glad I kept coming back because the new change is stellar.

I came in on Tuesday to get an oil change like I usually do. The newer gentleman who greeted me was kind and respectful. I have a 2006 Corolla that is at least 22 or more years old. I was very disappointed when my car door was left open and my car was running when my service was complete. Someone could have stolen my vehicle. Kudos to the newer worker for being nice and concerned. I am really sorry I forgot his name. I really enjoy going to Snappy Lube. The service is quick but this really bothered me.

Deeply concerning practice. Went for an inspection, told I failed due to brake lights not working and would pass if I pay for replacements. I ask the guy to show me and he blankly pointed to working brake lights and said they weren't working and needed to be replaced. Made me pay for failure. Went to aws and got the pass (of course). Please avoid. Also place complaints at certifying bodies if this happened to you with them.

The people working here are undefeated. They re super helpful, honest, and will give you the best deal you can get. I came in with a punctured tire, they showed me a few more things they noticed and got it patched up all for free and I was happy to tip a bit for their service

Lost my patience at another place waiting for a state inspection (3rd in line and after 20mins, neither of the 2 cars ahead of me had been tended to) and remembered this shop was just down the road. Professional, friendly, quick service - the whole thing took less than 10mins. I'll be back next year!

Horrible upselling and bad attitude by the technician. Stopped in for a routine oil change and ran into horrible customer service. My oil was dark so the technician TOLD me they'd "clean it" for me....for $302 dollars, plus the oil change, plus filters. If I was foolish enough it would had cost over $500? for an oil change! It's not about the upsell, it's about the outright lies and that people trust the swindle. I let the technician that seemed to be in charge know and he said the other guys has stuff going on at home....join the club! Got home and my washer fluid is empty, my driver's side wiper is broken (can't say how)...I will NEVER use this business again. (The photo of the new filter he threw on the ground when I refused it...the bucket he kicked went in the pit).

DO NOT USE SNAPPY LUBE SERVICES, ESPECIALLY WOMEN!!!I called Snappy Lube to inquire about an oil change. I was told the wait time was less than 5 minutes. Once I arrived, the technician immediately started working on my car. The technician walked out of the bay and asked if wanted the package which comes with AC filters, tires rotation and a few other things. I stated no, I do not want the package, however I will take the AC filter which was an additional $30. No problem. He then told me the oil change was $100 because all they had was synthetic oil. fancy that I had no choice but to accept the oil change price because I was headed out of town.The technician quoted me a price and asked if I was ok with the price. The price was $100 for the oil change and $29 for the AC filter.. I said yes to the AC Filter and oil change ONLY. Once he finished with my car, a different technician proceeded to walk out and asked if I was ready to check out. The technician read off my total of $186. (that total may be off by a dollar or two) once he gave me the total, I asked what services other than the AC Filer and oil changed was performed on my vehicle.. He basically gave me the tire rotation and a few other things I DID NOT ASK FOR. He tried to argue with me about the UNWANTED services they performed. I continued to remind the technician, I agreed to the oil change and filter ONLY. He was very rude and just walked alway without trying to resolve the issue. Once the other technician realized I was NOT paying for services that were not agreed upon, which by the way is illegal, the technician removed the other charges. I paid for my services and walked out. Question, when receiving an oil change are they not supposed to check ALL your fluids and replenish if needed? My washer fluid was empty when I arrived and still empty when I left. I should ve read the reviews before going there or notice the Red Flag .. What s the red flag? They were the only business open with NO WAIT TIME and NO CUSTOMERS waiting to be served or being served for that matter. FYI after the illegal tire rotation was completed and I left the premises, I noticed my tire air pressure light was on and it was NOT on when I arrived for the oil change. I refused to turn around and allow them to touch my car again. Snappy Lube needs to do better and hire qualified technicians with customer service skills.. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, it s a money pit.The customer service was very POOR. What happened to integrity? They tried to scam me but NOT TODAY!I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.Service: Oil change

Went for an inspection on 6/29/23. They said my wiper blade was torn and needed replacement. Since I had already replacement blades at home I told them I would replace them and bring the car back in the morning. That evening, when replacing them I looked and looked for a tear. I finally found what is maybe is an 1/8 inch tear at the very bottom of one blade. There is plenty of life left in both of the blades that I still saved. Still, I went ahead and replaced them. Then I go in the next morning, 6/30, and their DMV terminal is down in their office (not at DMV). The gentleman tells me they have a technician coming out to fix it and for me to check back after lunch. I call back at 2 pm and now he says it will probably not be up today and I needed to come back tomorrow. I explained to him that now I would be late and suffer a DMV registration late penalty. I asked him what my options were. He says I could take it to another State Inspector but he would not refund the inspection fee which they have already collected. He says my only option was to wait and get them to finalize the inspection or go somewhere else and pay the inspection fee again. Again, I told him that was unfair since their computer issues at Snappy Lube was not my fault and I was suffering because of it. He still would not agree to refund my inspection fee which they keep (none of it goes to DMV). Paying for another inspection would cost me more than to just wait and pay the late fee. I have to make it through one more visit for them to pass the windshield wipers but that will be the last time I am in a Snappy Lube. Fool me once shame on me. . . . I should have read all the bad customer reviews before I ever took my car to them.

great place. super fast and always asked if I wanted extra things done like air filter replacement. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell or anything, just asked if I wanted it done. I went here for a car inspection the other day. The guy I talked with right from the jump was extremely rude. I waited maybe 15 minutes for them to do an inspection. And this guy comes to me and says 1. Your plate lights are out. I go ok that is easy to fix. I fixed them after work today. 2. My brake petal goes down to far. No it doesn t, I know this because I got inspected again at a new place and everything was fine. And finally 3. My tint was too dark THE LEGAL TINT IN NORTH CAROLINA IS 32(it is on the NCDMV website) he said my tint was 18. Do you know what 18 tint looks like? Because I don t have 18 I have maybe 31-48. I have inculcated a photo to show you what tint looks like because there is no way in hell I have 18 i promise you that much. And by the looks of the other reviews. I have not been the only one. DO NOT GO HERE. If you want an actual good inspection where they treat you like a valuable customer. Check out Rogers Garage or Durham Tire and Auto Center Tire Pros.

Unfriendly service. I came in with a Chevy Tahoe for a quick oil change and was denied service. Was told they didn t have that filter and it would take weeks to get one in. These guys are awesome!!! I came in today because I needed an oil change asap! I was way overdue and my car said low oil; I called other places and they gave me the run around; These guys were able to see me immediately and I was in and out under 30 minutes!! Everyone was super polite!! Trey and the other guy (I didn t get to catch his name) are awesome! His coworker even helped me with my grandmother s wheelchair because I was struggling with it. If you want quality, time efficient service this is definitely the place to go! This is my second time here and every time these guys come through!! Thank you so much!! Service: Oil change

Took my Land Rover in for an inspection. The car was in perfect condition. I go to pick it up and the break line was leaking break fluid. Could barely drive it back home. Don't go here.

I went in for an NC state inspection and it was the fastest service I have ever received for an inspection on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend this service, I was in and out with no wait, no hassle, no upsell. UPDATE.... seems I do not know how to drive my truck into a bay. I needed to back the "f" up. I backed my way to another place. way to go from a 5 to a 1!!! 5 yrs makes a big difference it seems.Had to get a last min inspection. They were very pleasant and very quick. No pressure to buy anything else. I have a restored 20 year old Jeep and they were very careful with my vehicle.. great job Gentlemen!

This place is the worst I wish I would have read the reviews before I stopped here they are nothing but a money racket when it comes to inspections I cannot believe how they just tried me on my inspection they are the worst ever and the technician actually scribbled some side notes on my registration. Please avoid this place at all cost! I should have known something was wrong when I didn't see anybody there for any kind of service in the middle of the day on a Monday!

Went in an hour before close when there was no queue, two of the sweetest workers still took me in for an oil change that day and even though they were unable to complete my oil change due to a stripped oil plug they showed me pictures as well as gave me all the info I needed to get it corrected for my next oil change. Definitely coming back once I get my plug fixed!Service: Oil change

I no longer use their services. They are condescending and not very flexible. You can find better service in the area. I asked the manager if he was aware of his bad ratings and he didn't care. Another reason to look elsewhere for services.Update: On 7/8, I had the rudest service. The manager lied and gaslighted me! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me to call corporate. He did not supply the number or anything. I asked him about 10 minutes later who the manager is and he raised his right hand and said I am. Then the manager (or self-elected manager) said I was angry when he in fact was the one raging and becoming hostile. He had raised his voice and become aggressive. The gaslighting was on full show. I kept my calm and simply asked questions. He did not like that I questioned him.

Tae is the man. I work nearby so decided to bring my car here for an oil change and to replace the cabin filter before work. Tae was the only person working and told me it would probably be an hour before he could start on my car, which was totally fine since I figured I'd come back on my lunch break anyway.When I got back, everything was taken care of, and Tae and I talked a bit while he wrapped up with the paperwork. Real nice guy, I do feel bad for him being the only person there, especially when they get busy. As a heads up to the district manager (or whoever makes the decisions), give my man a RAISE before you lose him. I'll be going back here as long as Tae is there but considering the prices are more or less the same as any other quick stop oil change place, if he leaves there's no reason to go here when compared to other places.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
