After 4 long Months!! I finally got my car today, I m not a happy customer, the service I received was horrible , I took my car there on January 8, 2024. Poor communication, and the person who hit my car paid out of pocket that was never an issue. And I stillDid get my steering wheel fixed bc of Teddy poor communication.I can t express enough how unhappy I am about this situation but I m happy that after four Months I have my car .Unfortunately I mNot one of those customers that experiences a great service.I normally don t do this but I hope this msg helps other people. Bc I still don t understand why I was thread it the way I was treated.

The best for Mercedes Benz! Relentless Collision is the best auto body repair company I have ever had the experience to work with. My Mercedes Benz is my baby and was concerned if they would do a good job. Well, they were above and beyond all of my expectations. This is a certified company and they should give customer service classes to other body shops in Durham. They gave me updates on the progress and I felt so special. Teddy was amazing! It was a long journey with the fight we had to put up with the insurance but Teddy ensured it was going to get done and how to make sure it happened. I appreciate his patience throughout the 1-2 month process and always answering my calls/questions in times of uncertainty

BEST OF THE BEST! If you want repairs to be done properly this is THE ONLY place to go. AMAZING TEAM of professionals - special thanks to Relentless Collision. They will keep you informed and explain every aspect of the auto body repairs, dents, paint, etc. They do the entire thing including deal with the insurance for you and won't cause any headache through the process. It's the place where you can actually trust people and be sure that your car is in the right hands.I am the most peaky customer you would find and my Tesla had some major damages that required new doors, mirror, windows, and the list goes on.The process took a little longer than I was expecting but it was completely due to the absence of some parts in the US and they had to be shipped from Europe.When I picked up a car it was like brand new, no way someone would tell the door was cut open lol. I just found out this body shop is near me in Durham. There techs at the shop are certified collision techs for Tesla, Mercedes, BMW, and other exotic cars. Most of these guys have working in paint and body repair for 20+ years. It means a lot. Thank you for everything guys.

I have brought my truck to Relentless Collision twice. Once after I hit a deer and then a second time when I got re-ended. Came back a second time because their crew did such a great job putting my BMW back together after the deer strike. Was always kept in the loop which eased my mind. Never have to worry about poor quality. Very thorough and felt that they treated my BMW as if it was their own. Highly recommend this companyServices: Painting, Body & Trim

10/10 I was excitied to go to my first certified Tesla collision shop. The car was done in about a month. That's faster than they said it could be and significantly faster than a lot of the other body shops quoted me at.They worked directly with USAA and I didn't have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses other than my deductible. After I got the car back, I noticed some minor issues that I wanted addressed. My service advisor, just said to come on by and they'll take care of them while I wait, which is what I did! The car is pretty perfect now. Super happy with how everything went and there's no question that I would use them again and refer them to anyone else with a Tesla and needed a body repair service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic experience. I drove all the way from Atlanta to have Relentless repair rear end damage to my vehicle. Randell kept me in the loop with frequent updates and had my car back to me in no time. Top of the line equipment and the shop is so clean you could eat off the floor. Completely satisfied and will absolutely make the drive from Atlanta again when the need arises.
