Sam was great! He was so very nice and did the work in the rain! He went out of his way to make certain he could to repair my mirror and at a very fair price. Would use him again and definitely will refer him to others.

The man who owns his body shop is a good friend of mine. Sam, I've known him for 20-plus years he's the nicest guy ever met in my life. If you want your car done and done right by a nice person, this is the man to go to. Don't pay those dealer prices.Quality Paint and Auto body across Brightleaf Square, beside Devines.

Sam is a great person bless his heart I m thankful to have him in our life after a tragic lost of my dear father. So my mom reached out to Sam and seen the reviews which was great and we gave him a chance he wowed us with my daddy Benz and I m so proud of the job the car was in a bad accident now it look brand new. Y all need a guy to take care your vehicle this is the place to be!

If you're looking for an auto body shop look no further! I got into an accident and all of the shop through my insurance were going to take 3 months to even get a quote started on my car. I called this shop and Sam was able to take it right away. Throughout the entire process he communicated the steps, and when there were delays due to a part back up he let me know. He got my car back to me in less than a month and it looks like new. I'm very appreciative! 10/10 highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I had the BEST experience with Sam. I came in to get an estimate for fixing my car that had a plethora of things wrong with it. The headlight was out, my door handle had been ripped off, the back fender had been bashed in pretty badly. When I came in for an estimate, Sam fixed my headlight on the spot for free and sent me the estimate within the hour! I brought my car in as soon as he was available and he had it fixed up in a few days! Then i noticed my other headlight had gone out, just my luck. Sam came out on a Saturday and fixed that light and another one that had gone out that i hadn t noticed. He did all of that didn t let me pay him for it! Sam is a really great guy. Being a women I m always worried about getting price gauged by car places, but Sam didn t do that, his pricing was super reasonable and he did a fantastic job.

Sam is wonderful. I had paint chipping from a previous repair paint job done by a caliber collision in Raleigh. When someone scratched it with their car, I took it to Sam to get fixed. Not only did he repaint my bumper, he also fixed a part of it that had been sagging before the accident, for free! The price of the repaint was extremely good and the quality of the work was 100000 times better than caliber collision or a big chain. I m writing this review over a year after the paint job, and I can gladly attest that it withstood the test of time and still looks great today!

I went to Sam because I had a shallow dent in my car that I wanted to get fixed. I called to get an estimate, and he was very flexible with my schedule. When I went to get the estimate, he fixed my dent on the spot! I don't know why, but he said he wasn't going to charge me this time. It was such a relief, and I am incredibly grateful!Sam is very caring, friendly, and honest man. I would definitely recommend him!!

I can't say enough about Sam. He was more than willing to go above an beyond for a customer. I was in an accident and had to have my vehicle checked out by a body shop before I could take it to a mechanic. It wasn't far from his shop and he went to the scene to took a look at my truck. He let me know his thoughts on it and gave me some really helpful advice. He even saved me money by not having me tow it to his shop. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have work done at an honest establishment.

I have taken two cars to have some repairs done and have had a wonderful experience at Quality Paint & Body Shop both times. The first time, my car had to have the front bumper replaced. Upon getting the car back, I noticed that a small dent on the side of the car had been fixed as well - and I was charged nothing at all for the fix. Sam, the man who runs this body shop, said to me "I didn't think you would mind... but I fixed that dent too." Did I mind? Goodness, it was the best Christmas present ever! The second time, I had to have a side mirror replaced on a very old car (1992 toyota). The car dealership was going to charge me $300 to replace it. I took it to Sam who was able to use my old mirror, put in new screws, and only charged me $10! Sam is the most hard-working, honest man I have encountered in the auto body shop business, and I would recommend his services to anyone in a heartbeat.

Sam is extremely professional and awesome. I got the car scratched and dented very severely. It only took him two working days to repair it and now it's like a brand new car. He is also very kind and honest. He provided me with an estimate which is only two thirds of other body shop's. He even helped repair other scratches which were not included in the estimate. I definitely would like to recommend Sam to everyone.

So glad I found this old school.body repair shop. Sam was happy to take on my small job. And when the original delivery date was missed he did a bit of extra work and discounted the originally agreed price a bit as well. I am a delighted customer and will return if I ever need similar services. Thanks Sam!

Sam was great for us! We had what we thought was paint damage after rubbing up against the side of the garage. We showed up at his shop and he immediately took a look at our vehicle and told us he thought the garage paint might all just rub off with a little bit of chemical. We brought the car around and he worked magic on our vehicle. To our shock, most of the white garage paint rubbed right off. He even showed us the right type of touch up paint to use to fix a couple of other minor spots he saw. Sam was amazing. Would highly recommend him for excellent customer service, knowledge, and expertise.

Amazing work! Sam was very honest and efficient in doing my paint job in just one day for a half the price of other body shops in Durham. I highly recommend him if your car needs a paint job!

Had to get my side mirror painted and replaced & they did a great job. Afterward it turned out that I needed my trim to be fixed& he was so nice and chill about it. I had to follow up with him, but I ended up getting a great deal on it! Totally worth it!

I can't say enough good things about Sam's work or his reasonable pricing. I don't know how he does it other than being the hardest working guy in Durham. I almost don't want to leave a review because it means more people will discover the secret that with Sam around you don't have to go to a dealer's body shop to get high quality work.

I took my truck by for an estimate on a small dent in the fender. Sam suggested that I give Rick's Paintless Dent Repair a shot at it. I did and saved money and a bunch of time. Thank you Sam for being such a nice guy and helping me out.

Called and came by this shop after talking with the owner to get a quote on car. He wasn't at the location once I arrived at the time he told me he would be back at the shop... Ok cool. I called to follow up with him letting him know I was there. He told me he would be at the shop within an hour, not sweating it I waited for him around the area. An hour goes by I called him, no answer.. even sent a text. I waited around the area, and felt stood up. I received no follow up. Wasted time, unfortunately...

I had a fist sized scratch on my bumper from someone who dinged my car in a parking lot and ran off. I took it to some other places and was quoted ~ $250, I took it to Sam and he buffed it out for $20. Excellent work.
