I have purchased several car from this place and they are excellent. The owner (Karla) and her dad(Wilfredo) take great care of me every time I go to see them even for a oil change. I always recommend this car lot to all my friends and family. Karla and Wilfredo are excellent people and I love going to Quality 1 for my car care service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would . My bf purchased and 06 Mercedes back in January 2019. There was an issue with the car so he took it back to them to fix it . He gave Karla the money for the parts and she said she would let him know when it s finished . Fast-forward to 2 years later . Karla doesn t even reply to our text or calls anymore and when we drive up there the truck is not even there anymore . There are some new people who took over and says she only work on Saturdays. So what do we do every other Saturday we would go up there and she s not there . They need to be exposed for who they are . Con artist ! She took his down payment and his money for the parts which was about $4500 ! I ll NEVER recommend anyone to them!

This has been an amazing experience, so far they have treated me with up most respect and they are very informative. I ended up buying a ford F-150 for an amazing price. I recommend this dealerships not only on the high quality and professionalism but the actual vehicle speaks for itself.

The people that work here they are awesome i have purchased a few car from this place. They are honest and do awesome work they work in a fast paste. I recommend this place to all my family and friends and also my customers that are looking for a great place to purchase a car or get their car fix.

I have been looking for a car for my son for months. I saw the car on Auto Trader and decided to check it out. It was THE BEST decision I could've made! The people are FRIENDLY AND TRUSTWORTHY!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY LIFE EASIER!! I will be coming back to purchase another car!!

They reported my car stolen when I had paid for it and was making payments on it. They also repo'd it and have AWFUL service. They will scan you. Please don't go here. They are horrible and mean. They should be shut down.
