Highly recommended! I requested to change the broken side mirror of my car, kinda small work compared to other problems of the most cars. Although they were in busy workload, the owner of the shop was really nice and kind, walked me through about the process. On top of that, the price is so reasonable! Hopefully I don t want to have any more issues with my car but if I have some, I definitely check this shop out again!

Great shop! Took a vehicle in here to get a pre-purchase inspection done and their advice/findings saved me a huge headache! These guys were extremely thorough with their inspection and honest with their findings. Great bunch of guys with a genuine owner. Would defenitely reccomend to others and will continue to do business at Perfection.

You ve got to love the knowledgeable and friendly staff over at perfection motors.I ve had all 3 of my vehicles serviced here for everything from brakes to engine repair. The service is efficient and the prices are more than fair. I ve been serviced by these guys at least 15 times and I ve never been disappointed, definitely my go to repair shop. I have known the owner of Perfection Motors for more than 17 years. I have always been skeptical of getting honest and fair answers from mechanics as to the repair that my cars needed and what the repair cost would be.I can absolutely say that the owner of Perfection Motors has always gone beyond the call of duty to give me fair, honest precise answers to all of my vehicle needs. They have a good heart and are always willing to work with you to assure you are completely satisfied with the service they have to offer.If you are looking for a vehicle repair shop that will cater to your needs and assure your complete satisfaction please look no further and give them a call. You will not be disappointed. I would also like to inform the public that Perfection Motors also sells good quality used cars. I have been through a lot of cars in my lifetime and I have had to have a lot of service done to each car and I have never had customer service as good and as honest as these guys thank you. I would give more stars if I could

They tell you they can fix something, waste your money and then pretend confusion and actually can't fix it. Don't have people tow their cars there if you really don't know what you're doing. The staff doesn't communicate with each other.

Perfection Motors has always done great work! And because I love the work at Perfection Motors, I referred my friend. We are always pleased and always return whenever we need auto work done. This time I decided to give myself an early birthday gift and get new tires, an alignment, and some other work done. Let me say this, I feel like I have a brand new car. My 2007 Ford Focus drives and sounds like a 2021 Hybrid Model.Thank you so very much Perfection Motors!!!!!! You all are a God sent!!!!

Well done Highly recommend!!! I took my car in for an unknown coolant leak on my 2013 Mercedes S550, on a Thursday. Friday was Thanksgiving and it was repaired by the following Monday!!! I was informed of every need and cost prior to any work being done. The fee was fair and the service, professionalism and courtesy that was displayed was most excellent and welcomed. I humbly recommend that you take your repair needs here. No one can beat the prices for the most excellent quality of work done here. Mr. Muhammad, I am very pleased! Perfection Motors is a complete care facility!! the Staff is knowledgeable, highly skilled, and attentive!! Cost of services is extremely reasonable and they correct the issue on the initial repair. I am a NC licensed automobile dealer, Perfection Motors is my primary source for repairs and state inspections!! Muhammad is the kindest and most honest mechanic I'd ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He makes you feel welcomed and important. His work is swift and his prices are so fair! My car was serviced and ready within hours! I'm new to Durham, but I'm glad I found my mechanic! Definitely going to be a returning costumer! I bought a Nissan 2007 with them. Pretty nice costumer service. They helped me with everything, get the new title and plate. They fixed small problems that i found in the car. Mr. Mohamed is a pretty nice person. I recommend them.

Perfection Motors was a lifesaver! On the way to taking my daughter to school, my truck was almost unsteer able. I was on the phone with a good friend that suggested I stop at Perfection and I am so glad I did. The customer service was superb, and the mechanic explained everything he had to do and why. I left feeling smarter and will only let Perfection Motors service my vehicles from here on. The prices are fair and I didn't leave feeling like I had been taken advantage of like with most auto shops. Thank you so much gentlemen. Let's start from the call to seek service, I spoke to Muhammad, a most pleasant man. I told him that I needed the starter replaced and that I would also like to have the electrical system checked, he gave me an estimate he received the car at 2pm and at 3pm called to let me know the car was ready to be picked up and the total cost was less than the estimate, was the cherry on top of a great experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

I went to get the heat fix and the price went up 3 times when I finally got my car back it was knocking very loud and the only thing they could say is they don't know what happened. The mechanic even admitted it wasn't knocking when it came. I will never go back they are crooks. Now I need a new engine.

This place really needs to put their customers first. I would not recommend them to anybody for services. I simply asked them to contact my extended warranty service in an effort to get them to pay for my repair and they refused. The lady who works at the desk told me that this was not her job to call the warranty company, even though I advised her that this was their policy. I ended up having to pay out of pocket. Please shop around before using this place!!!Service: Air conditioning

I wouldn't give them any stars but one star is the lowest rating you're allowed to give. I took my Son's car to them because it was stalling out. They told me they knew what was wrong. So, I paid almost $500.00 to have it repaired. A week or so goes by and the same problem. I take it back to them and they keep his car 2 or 3 days and they say it's something else and want me to pay $1200.00. Now, they misdiagnosed the problem and on top of that you aren't even going to offer to deduct what I already paid in. Please don't ever take your car to them for repairs. I wouldn't even push my car on their lot if it broke down. They are nothing more than thieves in my opinion.

Great Service in General, Good customer service, awesome follow ups and follow through (with past service done by them or someone else), current service (explaining what was done and how to maintain the services that was provided) and future service (explains what need to be done next, explains why, and provides an estimated cost.) (WITH GREAT OVERALL QUALITY SERVICE...I DON'T MINE PAYING A LITTLE MORE WITHIN REASON!!)
