This place is such a randome place in the middle of downtown Durham, but also a great place. They are the nicest car repair shop I have been in my life. I have lived in several other states.They are clear about the costs, they evaluate your car without extra costs, they treat you nicely and it almost feel like you have met them for many years. Definitely coming back for regular work.

Parrot's consistently provides affordable and reliable repairs. They also do inspections and general maintenance such as oil changes. Renee in the front office is always pleasant to do business with. Highly recommended!

I love this shop, I am only leaving this 1 star review to hopefully get someone's attention to let them know their phone line is not connected and hopefully someone will call me. I have tried calling over 20 times in the last 24 hours (1/12/23-1/13/23) and have not been able to get an answer. I think the phone line is disconnected. There is no email address or valid website contact for this place and I really need to speak with someone about the work I had done on my car. I am getting pretty frustrated at this pointService: Auto engine tuning

Don't take my money on an instant you know I'm not going to pass...Or at don't charge me full price for something you can figure out in 5 seconds (tint). It's like me itemizing all of the things I don't physically like about a person and demanding they pay for $35 to tell instead of, nope you're ugly, bye.Good to know my headlights work though and thanks for leaving my hood open

Honest, dependable, and high quality service! I would recommend this place to anyone!Not only do they treat you well, but they won't try and sell you on something you don't need.As a woman, I am used to being treated like an idiot and being lied to by mechanics. that is SO not the case here! I will be continuing to go to them for as long as I live in Durham!Thanks Parrot's!!!!

Honest and dependable and never try to fixed something they know nothing about. If they can t fix it they can recommend somewhere good that does. I take all my vehicles to them and have been doing so for years. And it s always great services and reliable.

I've been going to Parrott's for years. They are the best. Great work, great communication, just perfect. I know when I leave my car, or my mother's car, they're in the best hands.

I don't know where to start. *HORRIBLE* They quoted me one thing, then it was a different amount when I got there. Car over heated 3 times gave it back and said we don't do exhausts bring it somewhere else. ok refund my money that's fine. Nope didn't happen!!!Court will be in session ASAP. In my opinion they are thieves and should have never test drove my car a 3 time after I told them it over heated the 2nd time. They totally ruined my car and should have never charged me. DONT EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WARNING: THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY MAKE THEMSELVES OUT TO BE!!!Ms. Casabona

Greg and his staff knows what they're doing.. those guys are spot on. Dependable and knowledgeable I like to think of them as my personal mechanics. That's hard to come by.

$59.95 for a 2 wheel alignment and now my tires are so out of tow the steering wheel has to be held at two o' clock just to go straight. This place is run by arrogant old jerks that will nickel and dime you and talk to you like you're an invalid. Also racist (they don't like people of the latino variety).Avoid.
