The only auto shop I will go to!I've been taking my car in for preventative maintenance for the past year, and more recently I have also gotten new tires installed and a tire sensor replaced. This business is so honest, courteous, and helpful. They don't invent issues and will actively tell you not to get things fixed unnecessarily. All the work they have done has been so efficient, as well. They have my trust, and it feels like my car is in good hands.They are 20 minutes away from me, but they are worth the drive. I scoured the triangle for auto shops, looking at online reviews, and I settled on this one. Let's just say, they live up to their good reviews, and more! You will not regret taking your business here.

It all started many years ago when I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked as the light on my dash had just come on when I left work one evening. Chris Noble was kind enough to help me and filled the tire that was low on air and when I asked him what I owed him he said Nothing. Just come back when something big happens. Well, my husband and I did just that the next time something came up, and we have never regretted it; they are fair and honest and their mechanics have many years of experience and know what they are doing. My husband and I never think twice about having our vehicles worked on there as we know we are in the best hands. I highly recommend them!

I have been taking my cars to Noble auto shop for many years. I do not and would not trust my vehicles to any other shop. They are very knowledgeable, professional, very friendly. I love those guys.

I am a first time car owner with a beeter car. a few days ago I broke down and got the car towed the only place that had availability that being noble auto repair. They were kind and clear the whole way threw and when they let me know that it would need a new engine and i would only be makeing a 5k gamble on this car I made the decision to scrap it. I asked about the labor pricing and he said that becuse I wasnt driving home in it he wasnt charging me i dont know if he can aford to do this to everyone but they were the best company i could have ever sent my car to even if it just ended up there by luck. Others will try to scam you, but he genuinely cares about his customers and deserves more than the 5 stars I can give him.

Outstanding, fabulous, wonderful and a million more accolades for this business. I have been taking our family car's there for over 10 years. They have the friendliest staff, who in addition are very knowledgeable, understanding, concerned and listen very carefully to your requests. Even being extremely busy when you have an emergency or something very minor like changing a light bulb they will try to fit you in immediately. I wouldn't know what to do if they retired. Highly recommend!!!! You can't go wrong.

Noble Auto Repair have a really differentiated service, in addition to really doing the best for your car they are honest when it's not worth spending money on a car. Their honesty makes customers look to them as a reference for their cars. Special thanks to Spencer who helped me solve my Trucks problem in the best way possible. They definitely gained a customer!

I've been in Durham 15 years and it was a few years before I found out about Noble. For 10 years or more more, I've been going to Noble for all my auto care and repair work. It's pretty simple. It's a great, family owned business. They're friendly. They're professional. They do great work. They don't overcharge you. They will always let you know what your car needs (and also let you know what it doesn't need), and they will tell you if it's urgent or if it can wait, but they will never pressure you to let them do work you're not ready for or that you can't afford. I've moved a few times in Durham since I first started going to Noble, but no matter where I live in the Durham area, I'm always taking my business to Noble Auto. It's just a great shop, with really good people, and that's not easy to find these days.

I had an excellent experience with Noble Auto Repair. A friend of mine suggested that I take my vehicle here. My a/c had went out in my vehicle. Chris Noble was able to get me in quickly. He shared with me the problem and explained that there were (2) options to fix it. He would try the least expensive option first. Fortunately, the first option worked. My car was ready to pick up by early afternoon. Both Chris and his son Spencer were friendly, professional and honest. I plan to use their services again and I am grateful that my friend referred me to their place.

The service was fabuluous from the first phone call, through the short process of getting my headlight bulb replaced. Spencer was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, and honest about the cost of repairs. I felt so at ease at Noble and came with a great recommendation already. Passing that along to anyone else who is seeking out the best auto mechanic in the area!

Top notch shop with excellent customer service! Spencer will take care of you. He saved me over $1k for an AC system repair that another shop told me the compressor was bad but it turned out to be a temperature sensor. Noble took the time to properly troubleshoot it. I'm a customer for life!

Best mechanic I have been to since moving to Durham, NC. They don't make unnecessary recommendations, and are quick to point you to the dealer for recalls or bulletins. The work they do is done on time, is high quality, and I have never had a significant deviation from the estimate. I highly recommend this team as your hometown mechanic.

As a military guy who moves around alot it is always a struggle to find a local mechanic I can trust. Coming across Noble Automotive has been a godsend. Spencer always differentiates between what repairs are "need to do" and "good to do" and never recommends unnecessary services. They don't up charge for basic courtesies. They are a model for how to build a local business. It provides me great peace of mind knowing I can trust Noble implicitly.

This shop is by far the best auto mechanic experience I ve ever had. Spencer is always kind and takes the time explain what needs explaining about repairs. Prices are always reasonable and fair and transparent.

Noble Auto Repair is CQC Home's go to, to have our fleet serviced and or repaired. They are not only reasonably priced, they also have staff full of integrity and provide great service with a smile! As a result, many of our staff, myself included, take our personal vehicles to be serviced or repaired there too. Ask for Spencer, he will take great care of you!!

Just spent 7 minutes on hold, listening to the person who I was supposed to be on the phone with make small talk with another customer. Giving them 2 stars because they seemed to really treat current customers kindly. However, they just lost this new business by seemingly forgetting I was on the phone.

What a wonderful experience all around! I would recommend them to anyone for automotive services. They will explain what is going wrong, what they propose to do, the known costs, the unknown costs and then do a good job on the repair.
