My company had to take our flatbed in for an air leak a few days ago. Within a few hours we got a call that the problem was found and already fixed, and it was ready to be picked up the same day.The young woman with the blue hair they have up front has been so warm and helpful the past couple times I've went, i actually don't mind bringing in our trucks for repairs! And to the Tech who did the job, Will, thank you so much for the quick turnaround. You're awesome dude!

If there is -10 stars i would ve given this stupid company, I took my truck here 3-4 days ago for coolant reservoir flush-out due to the injector cups i replaced on my truck... this national fleet management did not used detergent or reliable cleaning materials to get it properly cleaned. It was ready at night so i couldn't see or verified the cleanliness at that moment of time, so the next day early morning i left NC. On my way to Atlanta GA, it was in the evening time so i noticed my engine temperature was risen after driven some miles so i stopped at the next truckstop closer to me to check and found out that the coolant was very low then i topped it up to full level... guess what, it was still oily and greasy even the water seperator filter was not a good one because it looked like a used filter and i had to replaced it immediately. Wish i was still in NC to return back their bad unprofessional work for proper flushing. If a customer pay you for a job then get it done the proper way, dont add to their problems, you dont scam people that patronizes you because it might hit you a huge lawsuit and i hope you see or get one soon!.

My company brings our trucks here all the time and in the past the service has been a little spotty, but since Rick took over things have turned around a lot.We brought a truck in for a serious alignment issue (drivers side wheel on the middle line, passenger side rear wheel on the shoulder) and a check engine light about a week ago. Upon picking it up, the truck rides smoother and straighter than it ever has and the engine is running better.Michael, you did an AMAZING job, man. Please keep it up! And a special shout out to Brandy up front who is an absolute sweetheart and seems to go above and beyond for everyone.

National Fleet is always trying to make sure my needs as a truck driver are met. I m greeted with a smile and treated as priority because they value my time. I see them as a conduit for solving my truck issues when they arise rather an obstacle. I m glad to have them in my back pocket when I need that ace of spades.

These folks went above and beyond for me in my desperate time of need. I needed an oil change for my car. Now I own a jeep, and not one of them big trucks they work on! I came here because everywhere I went was busy! So I randomly popped in and asked them if they could service my jeep for me, I was way way over the millage. Rick and his crew hopped right on my jeep and not only did they do the oil change , they rotated my tires!! I am beyond grateful to these folks at National Fleet Management! I ll definitely be back for my next oil change!! And to the lady Brandy at the front, you are the SWEETEST! Thanks again for everything!

* Day one show up with EGR Temp sensor as recommended by Volvo, truck is won't begin, dash looks like a Christmas tree. I'll own it for trusting satellite tech support. Worked before got me this time*That night they did their own Diag, so now they own it. EGR valve and Knox sensor and $5474.44 later and TRUCK IS STILL NOT COMPLETING A REGIN.* Put driver in a hotel, do tech support with three of my mechanics and one of which works at a Volvo Dealer, and their techs. Truck is in D rate mode, can't chance making it home, and their last ditch effort is to run a TERA Clean, promised it would be started at 7:30am and should be no more than $500. Trucks not done till 5, I'm on the line with the office assistant and the mechanic that worked on it that day and I specifically asked, did it pass a reign, did you get the soot level to reset, do I have any lights on my dash. No, No, No sir you are good to go. Driver gets to the truck and the truck is sitting in the parking lot asking for a Parked Regin! $6700 later I loos it and when I get a hold of the tech that just lied to me he literally starts to tell me about the number of codes I have and my truck has issues. "Sir I didn't fix all your issues" ECM showed me 0 soot level maybe the dash has not caught up yet! " I told you when we were on speaker Phone". "We reduced your bills". Every thing under the sun! DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE OR YOU WILL BE TAKEN. I have had some people over charge me in Trucking, But since 2018 this is the worse experience I have ever had in business or my personal life! The best thing I can say is the office assistant was nice, but now that I think about it it felt like she hated to see me go through what she has obviously seen happen to many before.Update* the GM of the shop called me and we had a log conversation about what was laid out above. He agreed that he was also not satisfied with the overall outcome that transpired. He agreed to refund a portion of my money and did in a timely manner. I was able to limp my truck home to have it repaired and the refund did help cover a portion of the additional bill.

Called in to replace a alternator belt and tensioner. They agreed fixing me without wait in line, It was already evening. Tony the mechanic guy did quick and excellent job! Thank U!

If you are household, have a family, children, you are professional, you are polite, you care not only for people but for businesses, you are a hard worker, DO NOT work form them. Don t waste your time. Your family is going to be very sad when you receive your paycheck. You are a valuable worker, you deserve better than this place.

My bus is been at the shop for 2 weeks. They couldn't find the problem until I went up & got it to...turn over but not start. That's my issue. Jump under it then & in 5 mins. Said it was the fuel pump. If it sits for 5 days it starts again for some reason. They called the next day said it was 1000 bucks. I'm a small business & I realize I'm not as important as the big companies they service. But my income is dependent on the bus. I went by today to tell them I'm still working on getting the money. Missing sales at Xmas is really hard on me. I was told today that it will be 1600 to fix it. Manager didn't know why I was told 1000. He didn't know if the person working on the bus knew about the hatch over the tank & fuel pump. If I want to get it back without any repair it's 350. It's our actions not words that show intent. I have lost confidence in what I'm being told & mostly feel I'm just not very important to them. The bus is still there & this review will probably do very little outside of making things worse for me. After reading their mission statement again I just feel like that is mostly for show and big companies that have the funds & pull that demand respect, again I'm a small fish.

They changed a fuel filter and charge me $162.00 it literally took 5 minutes to pull off and replace. And I was the one that bought the filter SMH. I think if you are going to do a service like that and charge someone like that I think they should let the customers know up front

I never learn my lesson, I came back for an oil change regular delo oil 15w40, I got charged $851.00.... I changed the oil before at the Volvo dealer for $480 , at Speedco for $410 a month ago. Never again.

Stanley and his team have provided excellent service in fixing our work trucks. They are professional and always timely. They communicate with us to keep us posted on the status of repairs and we've enjoyed working with the entire team here.

Don't waist your time! I Went in for a weld on my tarp arm! Simple fix, but when I got the bill it was almost 200$! I looked at the bill they tried to charge me 160$ for 1hr labor, and 25$ for miscellaneous fee! I asked them what the miscellaneous fee was, and they told me it was for using the welder! Lmao... so u want to try and over charge me on labor and then charge me to use the welder! In other words... it's like a shop charging labor to change a tire and then charging you a miscellaneous fee for using the tools to change that tire! If u like to be ripped off... This is the shop for you!!!!!!!!!

I should of read the previous reviews before stopping here. I was charged $427 for a computer diagnostic. In and about in about 1 hour, problem not solved. I will definitely avoid this place next time. Thanks for nothing !!

2012 Volvo VNLAVOID THEM!!!!Be very careful with this company. They diagnosed that one of the injectors of my truck had to be changed. After changing the injector the problem continued. They charged me the full service as if they had fixed the problem. I took the truck to another workshop and the result was that one piston had to be replaced, and the injector had no problem. They haven t accepted their responsability for their wrong diagnosis. These people have no ethic and are very irresposable.

I was charged 668 dollars to fix an air leak. This is a 30 minute job. I was charged 4 hours of labor for something that takes less than an hour tops....I was told the part would be 95 dollars. I was charged 171. I also got a $770 pm from here. This place makes the dealer seem cheap. Avoid coming here. Very expensive.

Owner operators!!!beware this is not a stand up company mechanic shop they do not stand by they work...any diesel mechanic worth they saltShould know how to put a starter on yes a starter on!! I had my truck serviced by them to put a starter on...immediately started having issues check engine light came on engine shut off light came on truck started to deraight ...never crossed my mind that it was my starter I took it to many shops put it on computer that never solved my problem only showing lost of Power to ECM..then my battery cables caught on fire lucky was able to put the fire out in time still know one knew the problem still paying money at various shops to see what the issues was then the ECM harness caught on fire so I gave up and took it to the dealership and they asked who put your starter on and I told them fleet management...he said they put it on wrong and that was the issue with all the wires burning up it cost me over 2 grand!!I reached out to fleet management and they gave me the run around for months..Chris Helminiak is a crook and the Vice President of fleet management.... they said I should have brought it back to them ..for what!?... if you can t install starters correctlyThen they came up with its past 30 thousand miles we are not liable to much time has past so from August to December they said I ran out of time they are not honorable no integrity at allNothing good will happen for Chris HelminiakHe is a crook

Stopped by the Durham location with a truck in limp mode, and while they were unable to disable the derate, the manager Jeremy was extremely helpful and did not even charge any diag fees. Very nice people.
