Made an appointment for car(scheduled for 3/11) between 7:30am and 11:30am. Dropped car off on 3/10 at 2:30. Went by Mr Tire at 11:15am on 3/11 and car hadn't been started on. Was told that they were busy. I said "but we had an appointment". He said it was dropped off last night(was actually mid-day) and we had all these other appointments. Maybe it's me, but a phone call seems like common courtesy when a person is thinking their vehicle is being taken care of during the time slot they made an appointment for.

We needed a new tire and were quoted a $186 price including labor. My wife and I sat in the waiting room while our car was serviced. After about an hour the cashier told us it was ready. He said our payment was $46. Instead of charging us for a new tire, they fixed the puncture in our current tire. They could've easily charged us for a new tire instead of fixing the old tire which was still in good shape. We were so appreciative of their honesty. Treating customers with respect and honesty goes a long way.

I made an appointment yesterday, on Friday, and Mr. Tire on Miami Blvd. got my car in the following day. My car needed break pads and rotors, an oil change, and brake fluid changed. Brad was very informative and helpful, and called to give me updates. When the technician started working on the car, he noticed that all of the tires had cracks in the tread. Brad called, and I chose to replace the tires, and they also did an alignment. Shout out to Dylan and Jimmy, through impressive team work they completed all of the work within a couple of hours. I'm very impressed with the work and the exceptional customer service of this team. Thank you, Mr. Tire!

We had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. and I had my child with me. The man that was up front was very welcoming and asked if I needed my tire checked before they needed to replace it. I said sure and he came in with a quote 5 minutes later of the balance it would be to change the tire. There is a gas station nearby so instead of waiting I walked to and from the gas station; When I got back they were just finishing the tire, they replaced the tire, checked the alignment and tire pressure all within 45 minutes, that was awesome I was thinking It would be more than an hour. The man I spoke with up front was very thorough with his job and very kind. Keep up the great work guys!

It was great. They explained everything in detail, were very patient with my questions, and showed me the actual parts that needed to be replaced. They kept me informed at all stages and would call me when things got delayed. Everyone seems very trustworthy and friendly, they remembered about a date I mentioned and asked about it and were encouraging, haha. The prices were clear and fair, no hidden fees or anything. It was a great experience here and I recommend this location to all of my friends.

I just stopped by this location and had a chance to interact with Eric in the shop. Even though the weekend is typically a busy time he still took the time to answer a few questions about an odd situation with my vehicle. He was very personable funny and also took time to get to know me and my family as that's the most important part of making sure my car is operating properly. If I ever get a chance to go back I hope to interact with him and I hope they reward him for how good a job he's doing both on the vehicles and with the actual people.

Quality of the works seems to be above par, very good; the pricing schedule also seems to be in the upper range. It's a small matter but a recent replacement of a radiator hose, which entailed disconnecting the battery, led to an insufficiently tightened battery post contact on the positive terminal, resulting in a car that would not start the morning after I picked it up; also required me to diagnose the issue and remedy it, which is rather simple once I figured it out but a matter that is worthy of customer service attention before the fact.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend Mr. Tire for anything. Went there to get a diagnostic for my car and needed a part replaced. They gave me a quote of $150.99. $70.99 for the part and $80 for labor. When I went to pick up my vehicle the price drastically jumped to $324.50. When I asked why it was so different from the quote they gave me, the gentleman I spoke to had a disgusting attitude and said the quote they gave me didn t include labor, well guess what? I got the proof. (see photos attached) Do not go here. Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers are the biggest scammers I have come across in my lifetime. Not to mention the check engine light turned back on as soon as I left this no-good garage.

Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful about the questions I had. They were very quick as well despite how busy they were and the time estimate they gave me. They finished up so quick. I definitely will be back if I need anything else.

Please do not bring your vehicle here. These people are crooks. I wanted to replace one tire with still 50% tread depth for an equal tire and they wanted me to get all 4 new tires. Just because im a woman im not stupid. My tires were assessed by the BMW dealership to be good for another 7000 miles and these guys want to rip me off and telling me to pay over $2300 when it wasnt time yet

My wife took her car in for an oil change and to get new tires. We had an appointment for the oil change, but the tires were a bit more worn then we thought they were, unfortunately. After trying to upsell her on every little thing (road hazard protection for the tires, new tire pressure gauges, etc.), they took 2.5 hours to finish working on her car. They then told her the tires were out of alignment and that she should spend another $150 for an alignment (and wait who knows how long for them to do it), but they wouldn't give her any sort of report to show that there actually was a problem. Hadn't had problems with this place in the past, but we won't be going back.

The repair (brakes) was timely. My issue is that the service brakes soon light came back on yesterday morning. I think that the brake sensor wasn t reset and it won t allow me to do it, myself. I will need to take the vehicle back to them. Otherwise, I was mostly pleased with the service.

I was so grateful to them for checking my tires. They gave me the confidence that I needed to get on the road safely. I am so glad that I found someone that I can trust with my car. The man was so understanding when I told him what I needed. I will be going back again and again.

No staff so even if you set up an appointment to wait you won't be waiting, completely understand but also seems a bit ridiculous for a chain of automotive repair stores. Instead of wasting the customers time, turn off appointments for the day. Also tell your writer the proper thing to do is stand to greet your customer, not sit all hunched over in your chair like a slob.

I had my spouses car in for a tire rotation, inspection, and an oil change. Simple enough so I thought. Day after it was completed, there was oil dripping on my driveway. I drove the car back and they put it on the lift, and said there was some dirt around the seal and they cleaned out off and said it should be fine. Then the tire pressure light came on so I took it back and I put air in the tires which she would think wouldn t be needed when a rotation and balancing was just done.A couple more days later oil was again leaking very slowly onto my driveway. I took the car back to Mr Tire and they said the gasket around the plug look like it was damaged. So they replaced the plug. I did with Avery and Andy. Avery was much nicer and more accommodating than Andy.A few more days later, and the tire light came back on. The left front seemed low, but I took back. They found two nails in the rear tires. One in each tire I found that all that otters it s kind of uncommon unless you run through a box of nails that you would have two.Another four days went by in the tire light came back on. I took the car back up, and Avery was kind enough to call me and show that there a nail in the left front tire, which is the one that was originally low and pointed out. It was in the sidewall near the wheel well. That tire had to be replaced as it couldn t be plugged. That point I was hoping for an end of my three week or deal back-and-forth.But no, a day later I get two warnings that pop on the car. One said TPMS inspection required, which would be dealing with the tire pressure. The second morning was SCBS inspection required. That has to do with traction control. Although my car is a 2014 it only has 70,000 miles on it has been kept in very good shape. I have never had so many things go wrong at once and having to go back-and-forth to the same shop.So I called this morning and spoke to Andy who said that there was nothing they could ve done at the light wasn t on. I completely understand that however, it makes me wonder how many times people are having to come back for additional repairs after a simple oil change and tire rotation. I don t feel comfortable, bringing it back to the shop based on my experience and wanted to share so others can be aware.

Hopefully their technicians can remember to put the top back so no one else can have oil splattered inside their hood like mine and didn t offer a full refund or to top off my oil. They only cleaned the oil out of the hood and didn t even apologize for the inconvenience.

My tire was fixed as it was pretty much flat as I drove it in. But....it was a LONG wait that seemed to take forever. I arrived there between 8 and 8:30 AM and waited. It really took several hours for a flat tire.

Went for an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, and tire repair. Was not able to get the tire repaired because it was "too close to the tire wall." Went to another tire repair shop and they were able to take the screw out that was right in the middle of the tire threads. I was able to tell that the tire rotation was done incorrectly because of the repair tire not being rotated to the correct spot. Shop didn't seem too busy as the mechanics were in the bay chatting with no cars in service bays. To me it seem like the mechanics didn't feel like doing the repair and not sure if they are not trained properly on tire rotation placement.

Had to settle for generic brand tires at the same price, which is not what I ordered. Generics had a much lower mileage warranty, but I needed tires ASAP. Call to make sure the tires are IN STOCK when ordering and booking appointments online. All tires offered ARE NOT in stock at every store! They can take several days to be at the store. One tire put on and left with only 18 PSI. I had to add correct amount of tire pressure. Only way I'll return is the same reason I went this time.... They were the only place that had any of my tire size in stock that day.

Took my son's car to Mr. Tire on Miami Blvd. My OBD diagnostic was ignition failure on cylinder 2 (2012 Nissan Altima, yesterday, 10/16/2023). They confirmed it. And here starts the unbelievable story. They identified the ignition coil as the culprit. Their offer was approximately $500, consisting of the price for the coil ($240 !) and the rest worktime. I said "no". Went to the part store nearby Mr. Tire, and bought the coil for $70. Then went to pick up the car (was running on 3 cylinders). Asking the manager at Mr. Tire how they decided about the $500 quote, I told him that I just bought the coil for $70 from the next door part store. He replied that he called them and the store told him they do not have the coil (obviously a lie). But still could not justify the quoted $240 for the part and the $260 for the labor. At home, it took 10 minutes for my son to change the coil. I strongly DO NOT recommend the facility - huge scam. Anecdotaly, when exiting their door, we intersected with a Mr. Tire worker who whispered to us: "God, I hate working for this guy!" (aka the manager). Avoid this location. I wonder how this can continue to do business. It should be closed and restructured.

I honestly was surprised when they came and told me my car was ready. They were swift and I felt the pricing was appropriate, especially in this time of inflation.

I won't be patronizing this Mr. Tire again. I intended to replace four tires and found myself paying nearly 1.5x my expected cost. The lack of an initial estimate or even an approximate labor cost from the service team was disappointing. I believe in the importance of upfront clarity on expected expenses before any work commences. Sadly, this experience has irreparably damaged what was once a commendable relationship with Mr. Tire.

Went here to get a tire for my brother that had a blow out on the highway. Said they had the tire in-stock. They did not. Charged for the tire installation and balancing that came with new tire valve stem and thats understandable(30$). But then charged 20$ for the valve stem and labor that was already part of the package. Then when we checked out about 2 hours later. Didn't inform of any road hazard that was available and declined us and sent us out the door. Never again Mr. Tired

Have not been impressed recently with this place. Most recent visit I just wanted a simple state inspection done. They quoted me it would take an hour. Dropped it off at 9:30am and didn't get it back till 2pm. With another vehicle we got replacement/new tires within a day the tire pressure light was on because one of the tires had 60psi, basically double of what it should have been. They released the air and sent us on our way. Staff is usually friendly but they often forget to call to tell you your car is ready and the service desk can sometimes have a line because only one person works it. The prices are arguably not the best either, at least from what I have seen but I have also just recently moved to the area.

Made an appointment on line to get a 4 wherl alignment and balance my tires. That part was easy. Damaged all 4 of my wheels. Chipped paint off of them all. 3 hours to align and balance only. Charged me 1/2 labor($76) to "adjust" suspension height.
