Service was fantastic! No doubt about that. But when I was driving home, I noticed several scratches on my windshield that I know had not been there prior to having my car serviced. I know it was probably accidental and really can t be proven that they weren t there before, but nonetheless very frustrating to see. And yes, I used a microfiber cloth to see if maybe it was just residue before I made a post. But no matter where I rubbed, the inside and outside, it did not come off. I also noticed on my multi-point inspection and it was told to me that my windshield wipers were coming apart and might need attention later. I had just recently replaced the wipers this month, so unsure about why I would need to have them replaced when I had kept the wipers they came with the car for around 1.5 years.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Got the car 6 months ago and I ve already had a few problems with it. At this point every two months I ve had to come in for something different. The battery is dead now & they re telling me it s $370 for a new one and apparently it s not covered in the warranty. Perfect Christmas gift.

They were unable to get a new part my <10yo car needed and were unwilling to even try to fix it with a used one. It's an EV and there are no alternative repair shops. We would have had to ship it to Mass. to be fixed. I would have been perfectly willing to accept the risk of a used part if they'd have fixed it but it's against policy. We sold the car and bought a Hyundai w/a 100k mile warranty included and will never buy a Nissan again.

Few months ago, I had another pleasurable service experience with Warren Gregory & his team. This is my 3rd vehicle that I ve purchased from Michael Jordan Nissan. Also, this is the second time I was blessed to work with Warren Gregory. Both times, he actually listened and heard my vehicle wants & needs. Both times, he picked vehicles beyond my expectations. I ll definitely be back for my fourth vehicle in the near future.Lastly, there Service department is awesome as well. Always great vehicle servicing experiences.

I am a very unhappy and disappointed customer on how about this whole situation that has unfolded within this poor-run service and parts department at this dealership. I own a 2015 Nissan Sentra, on June 07, 2023, I had a scheduled appointment with the Nissan Dealership in Burlington NC to have a diagnostic test performed, to see what was causing the car to have problems. They said that the transmission needed to be placed. I purchased a transmission from Michael Jordan Nissan in Durham NC, on Aug 3. We had the transmission installed by a certified mechanic at his shop and were notified that the transmission was bad and that it is still putting out the transmission code. He called MJ Nissan Service and Part department for the process of getting a replacement transmission. He was told that an Authorized Nissan Dealership had to diagnose it as a bad transmission. We had the car towed to the MJ Nissan and waited for an update that never came. We called MJ Nissan after receiving an email (they didn t know why we got the email) stating that our parts had been ordered. The service department stated that they had to get authorization from Nissan to replace it. We called each week for updates because no one would call us back to fix this issue and told us that we could not get a new transmission because of the check engine light. I was never contacted by the service manager or general manager about the whole situation and I ve been only contacted by a service advisor. So if anyone is buying parts from this dealership you might as well forget about a warranty because they don t stand by anything they sell. This dealership is a true stealership. The way the process has been just to return a faulty part is ridiculous. I m very disappointed and hope no one comes here for business because they are not worth the time or effort.

Coming from Georgia, I had what I thought was a nail in my tire. The staff was extremely, extremely kind and engaging, from the service advisor to the mechanic who removed what turned out to be a screw wedged in the tread. Very kind and professional.

I had my 6 month maintenance visit performed earlier this week. Not sure why i had to tell them i had a recall on my vehicle that is outstanding. It was not mentioned even during my last maintenance visit either. At the end of my service visit i once again had to search for my vehicle in the parking lot. This continues to happen after mentioning it on several reviews. When i get my vehicle the mat is dirty. Does not look like they covered it while checking my car. That's why i gave a 3 star rating.Service: Oil change

Went for a diagnostic b/c my check engine light was on.was fixed that day.within 24 hrs it came back on. Called and made another appointment told them what the issue was. Couldn't go up there at the time the representative Julie told me .So I had my mother go.While there my Mother told me they had a new employee try to tell her something that was not even wrong with my car.she then Had to tell that employee what I was here for.rhen Julie informs her that they did another diagnostic but don't know what the issue is but gives her an invoice for 1500.00. I then text the representative Rick whom maybe over Julie and informs him.yet to receive a response from him or Nissan.

Excellent service. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. They checked my car and found I needed wipers front and back of the car. They even did a battery check. Friendly and helpful staff. Even the shuttle service man is friendly and helpful.

Charged for a diagnosis test on a manual hatch. Quoted one price ended up charging $29.00 more. Senior citizens do not get a break here. Need a oil change not willing to pay $ 45 when i can save
