It s very rare that you find shops that honestly love what they do and show that through their services to the customer. Juan and his staff does just that. They have serviced both of my vehicles and I have not been dissatisfied. Juan communicates very good about your vehicle, and he proves fast and good services. I didn t have to wait weeks for my vehicle! They re the best and I thank you for always taking your time to provide excellent service! Gracias!

3 months and counting and my brother still has not got his car back. I guess when you're repairs are under warranty and not coming out of pocket then you're not considered a priority. Not to mention the total lack of communication from owner to the staff in regards to his vehicle. On numerous occasions they said it was ready and when we get there, its not. Unbelievable!

My car wouldn t start this morning, and when I called Los Primos to see if they could get me in, they were able to get me in the same day, and get what needed to be fixed, fixed. It was quick and easy, and everyone was super nice!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Los Primos has worked on several vehicles of ours thru the years. Repairs I can remember: AC fan replaced, clutch replaced, new brakes, and of course oil changes.... awesome mechanics and great customer service... THANKS Juan and crew!

Los Primos has provided a lot of great work for both of my families vehicles. I received a quote from a place and Los Primos did the same work plus some for less than half the quote. Keep in mind, your car won't get that final shine or anything when it leaves the shop and if you need an alignment after the work, you still need to get that done, but they're fair and honest. I was able to bring in my vehicle on a Saturday without an appointment and get the shocks done by the afternoon.

They fixed the brakes on my wife's car quickly and at a very reasonable price. The next week I thought something was wrong with the brakes on my car, but it turns out I was a dummy for not noticing the dial on my Tahoe was switched from Auto to 2L (albeit I blame my 22 month old son for making the actual switch). They informed me of this after some troubleshooting, at no charge. Great and honest business ethics here!

I ve paid well over $500 to have an issue fixed. The owner claimed it was solved after I already requested for all possible issues to be looked into or in this case a full diagnostic, just to be sure. He assured me everything was fine, unfortunately that same day my car stopped working and asked that I now pay double what I just paid that morning to go in and do the exact same job. I paid good money and on time and I had a deadline. They are money hungry LADIES if you know nothing about cars be sure to bring someone with that does or a lot of money to give away

These guys are great!!!! I've been coming to them for years, excellent service and quick. ( same day, depending on service I'm sure) I've cheated on them with others , lol... but had to bring it back to them to fix...sorry! You guys are #1 in book and I pray that never changes!! This place is a joke I purchased a Nissan murano and I purchased a warranty well three days later I noticed a leak coming from the axle so I called where I got the car from and they told me to take it here what a nightmare. First the warranty didn't cover the problem but I wanted it fixed so I came out of pocket 500$ for the repairs then I have to make three trips there only to find out they messed my muffler up so now that's more money and the check engine light was on and I asked and all he did was reset the computer. So now after all is said and done I'm having to spend 800$ to fix what they messed up I wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemyService: Auto engine diagnostic

Got my brakes and oil changed here and now my car sounds worse did before I got my brakes done I have a constant grinding of my rotors and now I have to take it to the dealership to get an expection done smh don't go here.
