Brian was literally the nicest person we have EVER met! We used AAA for a flat tire and after the first person from another company canceled with no heads up, Brian arrived within 10 minutes of calling us. He had the nicest manners, helped us rearrange the car that had luggage piled high so he could get our spare, and was just overall an excellent guy. What was at first a not so fun experience turned into the highlight of our day!

Brian came to my rescue this weekend via a AAA call. Truly one of the kindest individuals I've ever met. He was knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly which helped turn a frustrating experience into a better afternoon. Kudos to him - this planet needs more people like that!

We had to have my husband's Jeep towed to the dealership. AAA arranged for LDA Towing to send a flatbed tow truck to our house. LDA called me to confirm the request. Jonathan showed up less than an hour after I called AAA and was extremely nice!! He took great care of the car. When Jonathan arrived at the dealership, he called me to confirm arrival and key transfer to our service advisor. Best towing experience ever!!! Service: Car towing

We called AAA to have our Tahoe towed to our mechanic for a flat tire at 7:05am. Our tow guy called to confirm within 5 minutes of my AAA request and was at my house by 7:25am!!! I know this isn t always possible but it meant a lot at that moment. Our tow driver this morning was AMAZING! He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We really appreciated his help. I forgot to ask his name but my caller ID said Jose. I will be using this company again!!! Thank you

Juan came out on a cold night, identified the battery issue I was having, replaced it and got me going again. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Juan at LDA

Had help from Richard last night dude saved my tail. Very professional and was super cool. Dude needs a raise, I have dealt with many road side assistance folks and Richard has been the best. Great guy from Uraguay. Thumbs up

Horrible experience..AAA has outsourced their services to this company.. had battery dead outside a mall..Call placed at 5:32 pm with AAA and they said LDA is coming..didn't show up at all even after 5 calls and escalations with manager .. After 9:27 pm, got uber who helped to get booster cable from gas station as most stores were closed and then kind uber guy helped boost battery and made home around 10:15 pm.. going to cancel AAA and would never ever get any service form LDA

I would NEVER recommend this guy to anyone. He passes the location 3 times and once he got here he begin yelling saying I provided the incorrect address. I shared the location and he couldn't follow directions. He stated I was the one in need of help and he refused to change my tire. He stated call Triple A and place another service order. I have been waiting over an hour, missed an appointment because of a rude driver. His name is Carlos. I ask Triple AAA not to send him or them back out. Within 5 minutes another driver was here, very pleasant and changed my tire. Thank you Triple A and J&T Towing for your professionalism.

Writing this on behalf of Richard Dario. He came to the rescue today and, though there were a few challenges, he was determined to do the job and he did it!!!! Very professional, pleasant, determined, knowledgeable (and what he didn t know or understand, he diligently and quickly researched & found a solution!!). I am so furious with this company, poor customer service, and inability to just change a tire. This company was called to change my tire yesterday as I sat on the side of the road for 2 hours. After the tech arrived he went to changed the tire and told me the spare wouldn't fit. I took the tire to discount today and they put it on with no problem. How does a tow/tire tech not know how to change a freaking tire? I am in disbelief and would not advise anyone to use this company to service anything on their car.

Be careful of their drivers!!! I would not trust them with a vehicle after they almost just ran me off the road on S College in Wilmington. Imagine how they handle your EXPENSIVE vehicles! After honking the horn the driver decided to throw the middle finger up. I imagine they treat their customers the same way. Miguel is an absolute life saver, my car wasn t starting at all and I called a tow. Upon arriving at my car he went out of his way to check out the issue himself and ending up fixing on the spot for no cost. Car runs fine now and no tow was needed. Don't use Lda! Would leave 0 star if available. AAA sent Lda for a simple tow. The young guy didn't know what he was doing , tried to call phone number on side of the tow truck several times to question what was going on , no one answered. The guy could not figure out how to tow car, lifted it up once and placed it back down with right front tire on curb, kept trying to pull while rear tire scraping against curb. Owner of tow company finally arrived and was rude.I had to call AAA to send anther tow truck. L & G arrived and they were great. After explaining the first attempt to tow, the second tow driver told me Lda was also trying to tow as if car was front wheel drive which could have damaged my transmission since car all wheel drive. I wasn't sure if car was AWD or front wheel, the second guy knew by just looking under car. Beware!

Extracted a heavy duty f350 pickup truck with large camper in rear bed from a very challenging site to access. These guys were outstanding. Took three different trucks over 4 hr period and 3 different guys including the owner of the company. So tough it broke one of their truck s lift. They were extremely careful, patient, competent and courteous. Can t imagine a better group of fellows.Service: Car towing

This towing company is by far THE BEST people I ve ever worked with. In all the years hauling cars around the country, I ve not worked with someone so quick, proficient and professional. The response time and care they had for moving my equipment was absolutely top notch!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I wish I had read the negative reviews here before I allowed this company to touch my car. I had a dead key fob and could not get my car to start so I called AAA. The technician insisted it was the battery even though I showed him that the key warning light was clearly showing on my dash. He tried to jump it but it would not start and later had to be towed to the dealer. The service tech said that my battery, ECM & BCM had all been blown out most likely due to a "backward polarity jump start" meaning the technician hooked up the jumper cables the wrong way. I now have a $3500+ service bill on a vehicle that has only ~20,000 miles on it. I have filed a claim with AAA but they will not do anything without "indisputable proof" meaning I essentially would have to have a video showing the technician jumping the car the wrong way. If you call AAA and they send this company CANCEL. And if you do decide to use this company make sure you VIDEO everything they do. I will be dropping AAA immediately and l will never use this towing company again. You can see the quality of their customer service in their responses to the negative reviews posted here. They are not going to take accountability, but there are too many similar reviews here for this to be a coincidence.

LDA showed up after calling AAA. They towed my daughter s car to their repair shop. Her front passenger tire came off due to lug nuts being loose. They repaired the lugs and replaced the nuts. Great. But they also replaced all the lugs on the driver side front tire also. Which didn t need replacing only tightening if that. I asked why they replaced them he said because one was broke. Then why not just replace the one lug. He said that my daughter told him too, which she told them to check the other tires to make sure they were tight since the other was loose. He refused to refund the money for the second tire repair which was not requested or needed. AAA needs to drop this company from their services.Service: Car towing

He towed my Mercedes bouncing the front so much that the front bottom grill popped out of position and then he tried to tell me he didn t do it even though we took before pictures and the grill was fine.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I was in a medical parking lot starting to back into a parking spot and this driver pulled up, blocked me honked his horn demanding i move. He yelled at me to move. i refused and continued to back in. He called me many verbal names and told me to throw the first punch. Seriously? He's a real piece of work. Unprofessional. He continued to threatin me and call me names so I told him ide finish it. He knew I was serious so he walked away. He's a bully and is all bark, no bite. What a great company representative. He should be fired.

The young guy that helped me yesterday was amazing! I had a nightmare with a rental car and we ended up having to take the car to multiple Enterprise locations to get everything straightened out. He was super professional and so patient considering the circumstances. 10/10 he deserves a raise! His towing and customer service skills were on point!Service: Car towing

This towing company was great! They came in reasonable time, very helpful knew there job and I was back on the road in 20 min. I highly recommend them and that is something I never do. I will recommend them and use them again

I am writing this review on behalf of David. This morning David was stuck on the side of the road in Durham on 540 highway. Carlos Belliard came to tow his car to the designated location. David stated that Carlos was awesome! His customer service was on point and he was very pleasant. Carlos towed his car, got it to the designated located for repairs timely, and was on point with everything he said concerning towing. Carlos Belliard your services was much appreciated today.
