Can't say enough good things about Keke's Tires and their staff. The manager, Enrique, was very helpful and accommodating. Our teenage son bought larger rims for his car but they were from another model vehicle and required an adapter. Enrique jacked up the car, removed a wheel, and test fit a rim, using an adapter provided by our son, and found that they were too tight. He did his own search and gave us a recommendation for the correct adapter. We returned five days later with the correct adapter rings and the rims fit perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased or thankful. Thank you, Enrique!

Be mindful that if you do go here for rotation and balance they will not notify you if your tires or a tire is bad... Went here for rotation and balance a week ago... went for inspection today failed due to 1 tire being no good.... returned to this location with the replacement tire that I purchased elsewhere and when I inquired about the issue the females working the register got nasty and stated not to talk to her talk to someone else! I wasn't even upset i initially I wanted to bring awareness and make sure the manager was having the workers tell people if this happens....Smh they thought I wanted a discount and gave attitude very weird I've been coming here for a while but will not return... photo attached is so that whoever responds cannot say that it was not this location

I come here every single time I have something tire related. I m never here longer than 15 minutes! They are AMAZING. Love them and how nice they treat customers!

I ve been at this shop many times over the years and the service has been getting worse and worse. The girl at the front has a horrible attitude as well.Told me 30$ per tire mounting and tpms install on the phone and when I went in person they wanted to charge me 60$ per tire. Crooks.Look elsewhere.Reply to the shop:I asked for exactly the same thing in person as I did for on the phone. You guys saw that I had nicer rims, so changed your mind to charge someone who can afford to get scammed by you guys and not say anything. The girl in question has been talked about in the previous reviews as well by other reviewers. And I ve had to deal with her before as well.I got a way better service and nice attitude from pep boys in Durham and they did everything( mounting, balancing, and tpms install) all for 92.35$ inclusive. These guys said 30$ per tire and changed their tone when they saw that I brought in nicer rims. Mind you I did not even want them to install on my car and I brought them separately. I can provide the pep boys receipts if you want.

This tire shop is freaking awesome! I stopped by to get a tire repaired and left with a set of Michelin in less than a half hour.The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.I'm certainly going to tell my friends about my experience at this location.

Recently, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I showed up to the shop at 4:37pm for a tire change! When I showed up, the gate was shut and I was met at the door by a young lady with ATTITUDE basically saying she wouldn't service us because they "want to go home to their families." We then stated that their closing time says 5PM. She said it didn't matter because they had to do inventory. Still trying to reason as we had been sitting on the side of the road with a flat tire FOR HOURS, I asked if I could speak to someone else due to this ladies poor attitude. She went to get another gentleman and this gentleman greeted me with the SAME POOR ATTITUDE. He wouldn't even speak to us. He gave us the "throat cut" non verbal with his hand. I have used there services often and referred my family and friends as well so I was very disappointed. I will no longer be using their services. In the pictures you will see I had to come back to pay for a patch for the same tires they sold me previously.

I been living in this area for 5 years and found this place 1 year ago. I can not believe last 4 years i lost so many hours waiting at mr.tire for an easy flat tire and spending so much money.This place is the fast food of tire shops. U go without a n appointment, change/fix your tire in 10 minutes and u continue your life.Also prices are very affordable

Amazing experience. Professional, clean, no hassle, and no upsell. One of the best tire experiences I've had. Came in with a leak, they patched it in 20 minutes (would have been faster, but I used that temp sealer that requires some sleuthing).Highly recommend if you need a patch or new tires!

In and out in no time, just like all Keke tire locations I've been to. Very affordable service, $50 for an almost new tire. Keke is where I get all my tires now.

I had a leaking tire on my 2500HD truck. I was able to drive right in and was seen immediately. I spoke with a tech who promptly removed the wheel and located the leak. They patched it, balanced it, and I paid. Start to finish was 30 minutes max. Price was great too. I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

I was quoted a price to mount 4 new tires that were inspected by the salesman before I wax given the quote. I arrived to get tires mounted and instantly, the price increased. I told the alleged "manager" that was not the price quoted to me by his employee - point him out. He went and talked to him and somehow, it was my fault that he quoted the wrong. There was no attempt to make it right. No attempt to honor what was quoted. Just that is our price and "if you don't want to pay it to go somewhere else? You didn't even buy the tires here." Really! You will not be in business long with that kind of scheming. You are not the only business that can install tires. If you want to experience a poor customer service and a "I don't care" attitude, this is your place!Don't rely on an initial price quote here- it may be higher when you get back. I will NEVER go there again, and I will ensure anyone who mentions this place not to go either. BTW, I went down the street and was able to get a fair price and smile in exchange for my dollar.

The worst place to shop. No respect for clients, unprofessional, dirty talk, and just to ask for the best price. SEND A CLIENT TO HELL AND JUST TO ASK FOR A BETTER PRICE. IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. LEARN HOW TO RESPECT JUST AS THEY RESPECT YO�. MONEY IS WHAT WE ALL WORK FOR. SINCE YOU DONT NEED MONEY HOPE YOU DONT RUN OUT OUT AS CLIENTS AS WE'LL. SONT RECOMMEND

I was referred because of a screw in my tire. The guy that helped me, gave me options and explained everything. I stayed in my car while the work was done and was more than pleased with my treatment while there. I definitely intend to return when I need more tires.

I ve been to this place about two times. I ve never had a bad experience until yesterday. I ve been driving my Mercedes for a couple of years. I ve never had problems I always get my car checked out etc. The third time I came here to get my tires changed they bent one of my rims and my car doesn t drive like how it used to it vibrates when you drive. They had the nerve to tell me that my car was already like that and that they didn t do no wrong. I literally can t believe these people just messed up my rim on my Mercedes and have the nerve to say my car was already like that. Please be careful with these people !!!!! If they mess up your car they will not own up to it and they will blame you!!!!!!

They wanted $25/tire and $15/rim to install a tire pressure sensor. Those prices are too high and have changed since I previously used them. They have lost what was a loyal customer.

Very professional tire shop with a huge selection of good condition tires to choose from. I was surprised they had my rare tire in stock. They got the tire taken care of fast and deliver great customer service. Highly recommended.

I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment due to issues with employee behavior, including potential racial insensitivity. It is my suggestion that they provide training for specific staff members to address these concerns. Furthermore, there have been instances of overcharging, which I intend to report. Additionally, I believe it is important for Keke's Tires to avoid disrespecting their clients, as they may not always be aware of their customers' backgrounds.***For reference look at Tanya Walser's video. Purchased 4 used tires off eBay and came here to have them put on. No one ahead of me so it was Done in 30 minutes at literally half the cost of anyone else in the area (many places wouldn't even put on byo used tires when I asked). So far so pleased. Just be sure to specify everything you want done because they don't seem to do complimentary balancing, alignment checks, or multipoint inspections like larger shops do. Luis is listed on the paperwork . He even showed me where my one rim was a little bent and made sure to put it on the back so I wouldn't feel it as much.

Got the brand I was looking for as mine is an AWD and I needed the same brand with approximately the same wear to match up, else I would have had to replace all 4 tires which is a very costly affair. Keyes. Was able to help and I was In/Out within 20 mins. Will definitely go to them for anything related to tires going forward and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone.

Excellent service! Called because I had a blowout on the side of the highway and didn t have a spare. They said they d be here in 40 minutes and he showed up earlier then that and got us back on the road quickly. Technician was extremely professional, polite, and respectful. Will be keeping their information for the future.
