Best experience when I ever had! I'm more then 6 years on the road. But first time I met soo professional and honest person like Jose. He pick u pthe phone on Saturday and went to my truck to diagnose also next day Sanday he come back to finish his job. He didn't overcharged me and also give some discount. The problem was with Def system

This business is fantastic. They responded the same day that I called them and actually came to my house to check on my trailer. They did a 20 minute check of my bearings and said that one might need changing, while the other was in great shape. The owner Jose came out with two assistants and I was so impressed with their professionalism and and their friendly interactions. I will go back to them with any future work that I have.Dan Clary

Jose and his son came to work on our distributor tack truck- that would not move . Parking Brake would disengage but would not move forward or backward. He told me he would be here at 1:30/2 pm and he was here on location at 1:29 pm .He did not waste time immediately started try to diagnose the problem. I would recommend him to anyone ! Very polite and professional and they fixed the truck ! His rate is very fair and reasonable and I will definitely use him in the future He will be my first call . If I could give more stars I would. Jose was awesome!Context: I thought that I had blew a hub on my trailer late afternoon. Knowing that I would be charged if he came out to fix it but I wanted to get home. After talking to Jose he asked for a few pictures so he could try and figure out what he would need to assisted me. He then stated that I was wrong and the actual issue was the trailer breaks had seized and was putting pressure on the rotor causing my issue. The then gave me two choices . He would walk me through how to quick fix the issue (for free) or if I wanted to pay for him to come out I chose the first choice. He was super helpful and such a good dude and very patient with explaining and then even stated if I got stuck call him.I would definitely recommend his company to anyone and if it in Durham I m gonna track Jose down and buy him a beer. Thank you again bro.

The best mechanics by far, I was in a accident over the weekend and when I tell u this guy is a lifesaver, that's putting it lightly. My whole radiator needed to be replaced, he drove around town, found one and got me home. Very efficient also. Great Job fellas. Yall will forever have my business.

On a Friday afternoon, my F250 7.3L diesel pickup truck had a -huge- diesel fuel leak. I called JWM and even though they were booked for 2-weeks, they took a look at my vehicle and solved the problem. In addition to solving this problem, they reviewed my entire vehicle and located a few other problems (like missing engine coolant). By Sunday morning I was on the road to start driving 19hours back home from NC. I was very pleased with the service (provided on a weekend) for a distressed traveler. The price was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend JWM especially if you have a car or truck with a diesel engine. They are excellent experienced diesel engine mechanics. They take pride in their work. I would use them again for service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I never felt the need to leave a review before, but this experience warranted a shout out. Great service! Really low price. I was nervous at first, but Jose got right to my electrical problem and solved it in no time. This is the third shop I brought it to, and I was scared of getting gouged again, but was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend. Thank you!

As a truck driver you want a mechanic to find and solve the problems. Went to google today to look for a reefer trailer repair and found the best mechanic in all of Durham. Not only did these group of great guys fix my trailer but also fix my air bags, shocks and chair control Assembly. I was in this Believe of the prices. They re now my go to mechanics. Was broke down in Mebane NC.Jose jump right on got me fixed and back on the road. He was able to diagnose the problem no problem when the previous mechanic told me truck would need to be towed to the shop for repair. Would use them again for sure.

My Ford F-450 air suspension started leaking, leaving a 6" ground clearence. I called Jose. Jose called me back with an E.T.A. of 30 minutes. Jose and Muhammad were respectful and professional. I watched this father and son team WORK HARD and in less than 10min. My bus was off its tires and in the air. Jose texted me 6 pictures of the faulty leveling valve and they somehow got it working again. Soon as i locate the part expect a call fellas.
