I had a great experience here for an oil change, tire rotation, filter replacement, and headlight cleaning (they look so much clearer and brighter)! The service was quick and the techs were friendly and communicative. I felt no pressure to add anything they recommended or pointed out which isn t always true in other shops. I recommend coming the morning as it was quiet when I arrived - even when others arrived, the shop was moving without an issue.

The folks here did a great job with our oil change for our Mercedes! They made sure to double check everything as we brought in our own oil and oil filter for the change. My wife really loves this car and so I put extra care into the oil changes as it s a car her mother handed down to her. I appreciated the way they handled all of my questions and even when I came back with my wife because I had doubts everything was done correctly (my doubt really were not the staffs fault by any means, I m really just learning how to take care of this car!) they were AMAZING at accommodating us. One of the reps even taught me how to check the oil properly at home. The manager checked over everything twice for us too. They are a warm and friendly crew who all care about doing their jobs the best they can. I will be going here for all my fluid change needs in the future!

I always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, and it s always quick and easy. The technician who helped me out today was awesome, and even gave me some good recommendations for some other work I need to get done on my car. Definitely recommend coming here.

While completing a state inspection, the employees at this location lost my registration card. They did not feel responsible to disclose this information to me, and only when I asked them about it before driving my car away did they tell me it blew away in the wind and not to worry because I d get a new one soon enough. Absolutely horrible customer service and poor care for their customer s property. I will not be returning to this location again.

When I arrived, the attendant did not greet me or say anything at all. I told him what I was there for - an inspection and oil change. This was done pretty quickly. They recommended a new cabin filter, but I replaced it myself later. When replacing it, I found they had jammed it into the holder, causing it to bend and not work properly. They did not check the air in my tires because the low pressure light was on before and after I left. I needed new tires to pass the inspection, but before I purchased them elsewhere I received an email about which services were needed soon. Tires were listed as not needing service. The cashier (Asia) was courteous. I will not return to this location. It used to be very efficient and anyone I interacted with was always friendly, but this last time most of the employees seemed to be pained to be there.

I was there for a tire rotation. They had an issue with getting 1 of my tires off of my suv. They worked at it and didn't give up. They got it done, and I had no issues driving after I left. I was surprised and thankful. Great team.

I have regularly had all three of my cars serviced here for oil and inspections. I've never had a problem until I went in for a NC inspection for my 2015 e-Golf last week. The service woman called me out to the bay and said I needed new wipers. I told her I'd changed the wipers myself about 10 days ago. She said they were "flat". She also said I needed new brake pads, though she couldn't tell me the measurement on them. I left immediately and had the NC inspection done at Midas down the road. Passed with no repairs at all. Stay away from this place, they're on the take.

*** It's now been four emails to the address they provide as a response to this review and more than a month since my first email and still not a single reply ***Buyer beware. The technicians 1. Reeked of marijuana; 2. Stripped two of my wheel studs (on the same wheel) by using the impact gun to fasten the lug nuts before ensuring the lug nuts were twisting cleanly; and 3. forgot to reset the oil change light. They're either too high to know what they're doing or they've not been trained correctly. I drove 1,000 miles unaware of those stripped lug nuts; had they failed, my wheel may have spun off while driving. And 4. It cost me $125 to fix that. Consider yourself warned.

Went to this place on Saturday to get a car inspection. Other places were busy and the first place I stopped said 3 hour wait. Went to this jiffy lube and was in and out under an hour. Great staff

The Durham Chapel Hill location is an efficient and professional location. I trust them with my oil changes and just recently had them do an inspection on my auto. I have mentioned my satisfaction with their services with other family members.

Went there a few weeks ago during the work day to get an inspection - around 2:30-3ish. I pulled around the back and there weren t any cars in any bays so I thought it would be quick. I waited a couple minutes and no one came to my car so I got out and walked into the shop and the guy says that they were on lunch break. What in the world. They were literally just not working.

They told me it would be 20 minutes. Was still therer an hour later. They pulled my car out of the stall before it was finished, and it took 30 minutes for someone to finaish a one-minute task. $125 for a full synthetic oil change? That is insane. The oil only costs $27 retail, Jiffy lube probably pays less then 20. Corporate greed is unreal these days.

Be very careful! Manager and technicians are dishonest and incompetent. They are trying to oversell massively.I came in for a State Inspection, but they tried to push me to have my cabin air filter replaced (replaced 1 month ago). More than that, they re-installed the filter upside down. Also, they said that I needed a tire rotation (I just had had a free one at Discount Tire!).In sum, I will not visit this location of Jiffy Lube ever again and would not award any star if I could.

I ve come here a couple times to get general work done (oil change, inspection, etc) and they ve done wonderfully. Today my car broke down and they let me hang out with my car in their lot while I waited for a tow and all the staff were super kind and supportive.

Make sure you ask the prices for oil and air filter when the workers don t tell you. If you know how to replace one or both it s way cheaper to replace yourself versus paying $40-50 for each - on top of the cost of an oil change, even for a $100 premium service.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. If I could give no stars, I would.I came here back in June for a simple oil change before going out of town. My car had no warning lights on or showed any signs of anything being off. Sitting in the waiting area, I got called back into the shop where I was told by the mechanic that my brakes were worn down to less than 20% and would need replacing soon. She told me to replace would be $950. She also gave me the option to do a brake flush which would buy me some time before I would have to get them replaced. I was not given any other options and since I hadn t noticed anything wrong prior to the visit I decided to go with the over $100 brake flush and deal with replacing at a later date. I left with my car now showing the brake light indicator on the dash and being told that if I hadn t done the flush I would need to get them replaced with in 2 weeks, but since the flush was done I could get up to a month out of it.I took my car to another mechanic to get a second opinion and not only did they tell me that my brakes were in great shape (still had at least 80% usage out of them) they told me that a brake flush had clearly not been done even showing me with the meter that the fluid level was at 4% when at most it would be at 1% if they had truly done the flush. Not only this, when the mechanic tried to turn off my warning light, he couldn t get it to turn off, so it s clear that Jiffy Lube messed up something in the electrical system.So not only did they try to trick me out of $950+, when I tried to call to speak to someone, I was told they were too busy right now. Too busy stealing from people with unnecessary services I imagine.So now not only am I out the $100+ I spent on a NON-EXISTENT brake flush, I will also be out the money it will cost to have a legitimate mechanic fix the electrical damage they did with the brake light indicator that is still on.Do yourself a favor and skip this Jiffy Lube. The coupons aren t worth it.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Got my inspection here. Fast and efficient, and showed me where there was backup behind my air filter, even though I wasn't getting it replaced there. Customer service oriented!

My sensor was been on for about a week, however I just moved down to the area and was in need of getting my oil changed. I found this location as it s not far from where I live. I was pleasantly greeted, I was thoroughly informed of what needed to be done and the severity of it. I was even given a discount and it just felt like a family like atmosphere! I ll definitely be returning. I encourage this location for all your car needs. The young lady (I didn t get her name) she was very sweet, informative and quick)! Everyone was super chill and laid back.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Took my husband's car to be inspected. I was promptly greeted and escorted to the waiting room. The waiting area was clean and had a TV. After a 15-minute wait, the inspection was complete. I paid and was escorted to the vehicle. I like this Jiffy Lube.

Wasn't asked about oil preference, didn't receive sticker with reservicing info, was told that the coupon on the JL website was not valid. Fast service but not confident in it
