I will continue to go to jiffy lube for service to my vehicle due to the fact they were very professional and patient with me and all of my questions. The service was quick. The atmosphere was very pleasant. If your looking for quickness but professional at the same time, jiffy lube is it. Great crew at the one I chose.

The men working at this location were helpful, attentive, fast working & sincere. If I lived in Durham I would come to this location for my regular oil changes. Great experience.

Skip it!!! $140 for the "signature oil change" vacuum included? Nope. Window wash included? Nope? Multi fluid level checks? Nope. Washer fluid is still empty. At this point I'm not even sure they actually changed the oil. Terrible. Stay away.

I had to get an oil change and have an engine diagnostic run during my 30-minute lunch break. I initially told them that I would come back later for the car. However, they assured me that they could get it done during my lunch break. 15 minutes later, they were done and helped me efficiently check out and confirm services. Relatively affordable services compared to other fast oil change places. Highly recommend!

I told them I wanted a state inspection, the signature service oil change and tire rotation. I've been to this location several times before for the same thing and on past visits they always wanted me to come in to ask about what kind of oil I wanted, and go over pricing. This time I went in and no one was at the desk. I waited and waited. Finally someone came in and asked if I needed something. I told them what I expected. The guy said if I'd been there before I didn't need to talk to them before the service they would just look at my history and do the same. This was not how it was done before, but I said okay. A couple trucks were in front of me in line so I said I was going across the street to grab a quick lunch. They did not take my number to get in touch with me if needed. When I came back the charge was more than expected. I questioned it. They had put on new wiper blade assemblies saying mine didn't pass inspection. Now, I changed my wipers less than 2 years ago and we are in central NC where weather is not severe. I have not had trouble with my wipers leaving streaks or gaps in the removal of rain from my windshield. I have my doubts that there was anything wrong with my wipers. The cost of the wipers was more than I wanted to pay, $56 for two wipers on a small car. There were two auto parts stores less than 1/10 of a mile away. I could see them from the front of the Jiffy Lube. I said I had never had anyone at that or any other Jiffy Lube add parts or charges to my service without asking me first. They threatened to fail my car inspection. I said I could just walk up the street and get wiper blades and come back and put them on myself. They continued to say they didn't think I wanted them to fail my inspection and since I was not there and they didn't know when I'd come back, they thought I'd want the wiper blades instead of a failed inspection. I told them I was just grabbing a quick lunch at Waffle House and I told that to the other guy before I left. How long did they think that would take? Seriously? Finally the guy said he was "already planning to" give me a discount in the same amount as the wipers. Sure he was. The first guy at the cash register was ready with the credit card machine to take my money for the full amount before I protested and the second guy came in to argue with me. I accepted the discount, paid and went home. The discount was $45 which did not fully offset the cost of the wiper blades. Also, my low tire pressure light came on while I was on my way home. Filling the tires is supposed to be part of that signature service. Obviously they didn't do that and may have even done something to make my tire pressure drop. It really wasn't cold enough today to blame a drop in pressure on a temperature change. I have not checked my windshield cleaning fluid, which should also have been topped off as part of the service.I'll check it tomorrow, but if they didn't do the one thing, I bet they didn't do the second. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for years because it is close to my house but I won't be back. (unless it is just to get them to do the services I already paid for but they didn't actually do)12/13/23Edit to add that the first time I had to use my wipers it became clear that the one on the driver s side is incorrect. The blade sticks out well beyond the frame. While driving in the hard rain on the highway, the blade started flopping then it tore away from the frame. The exposed frame then etched my windshield.

I stopped by on my lunch break to get an oil change, and after about 15-20min they took my truck off of the ramp. I thought something was wrong with it to where they could not do the oil change, but the guy said they were already done. Lightning fast!

This Jiffy Lube is the best in the area. They are quick, give reasonable recommendations on service and are as nice as anyone could ever want. Excellent customer service all the way around.

One word to describe a simple oil change - sloppy.By the time I got my car back, oil was scattered all over. Under the hood, on the bumper, on the hood, on the door handle. No care was taken when removing the old oil filter and the used oil leaked on my alternator, belt, and other places that will likely cost me a fair share to replace.Spent 30 minutes just cleaning up the mess, meanwhile getting used oil all over my clothes due to it being on the outside of the vehicle too.I will not be returning here and request to be issued a partial refund for the improper handling of oil.

This was a a staff of unprofessional men. First they attempted to talk me out of doing the service saying that my fleet company wouldn't pay for it or approve it. Then they came and asked me what I thought was wrong with it and how I thought they should fix it. Then the manager was having an inappropriate conversation in the lobby with me with some girl on the phone. None of our Allied vehicles will return to this property.

I ve been to two (2) other oil change companies, got the same oil ( Synthetic Blend), your prices was $35.00 and $45.00 higher than either of these places, this is not counting the little extras that they do, won t be coming back.

Always five-star service! I spend no more than 15 minutes, and the staff is always cordial with smiles. This location has been top notch for the past five years, and I will continue to patron for my car needs.

These guys are awesome. I went for a state inspection and I'm not sure I was there even 10 minutes. Further their price was much more affordable than some of their competitors. I'll certainly be going back.

Went for emission test. The servicemen were quick and efficient. Surprisingly there was no line that day but I think that s more luck. It was a beautiful warm day so I watched them work. Great service received that day.

Such wonderful staff!! Greeted me right as soon as I stepped out of my car. The mechanics are so friendly and accommodating. They were also very timely and didn t take forever was great! A good experience prices are about the same as other places maybe cheaper. Definitely recommend this location will be coming back to this one!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to get an inspection. Told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. I ended up being there almost 2 hours without an update as to what was taking so long. I happened to overhear that there was a computer issue and they couldn't print the forms.I got to check out and was told my car failed due to window tint. I've had my car inspected several times before and have always passed so of course I am inquiring for more information. B. Cameron(tall, heavy set man) begins to yell at me(short woman) about how my car has aftermarket tint and that it's too dark for NC law. This was intimidating and scary. Even other customers in the lobby agreed the tint wasn't too dark and he was rude and aggressive.How have I been driving in this state for 7 years and this is the first I've heard of it. He refused to show me the details or offer assistance. Police have never ticketed me nor have other agencies failed me due to tint.Have a little compassion next time - a little customer service goes a long way.

Oh my God this place is so awful! They charged me for a new air filter that I clearly told them I didn't want (got refund but they acted like I was lying) and when they rotated my tires they put one of the wheel covers on so that it covers the stem to inflate the tire!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My experience was great until I got I'm my car and my Oil Light was on. Apparently the techs were so interested in selling me a Air Filter than to refill my car with oil. To make matters worse when they pulled my car back in to inspect the work they did they discovered that the Oil Cap was not even on. Some of the employees smelled like Weed! Some smelled like Alcohol. Service: Oil change

Had ok service. Usually Jiffy Lube vacuums your car , tap off all your fluids. Well this time they didn't do this and when I spoke on it I was given attitude and told they would have to charge me for that. I told him I have been bringing my car there for years that I'm a repeat customer. So after some conversation he went back and check something and charged me for filing up the coolant. Was not happy this time. Have always taken my cars here and have been happy except for this time.Service: Oil change

I did not understand how I could receive an inspection with every category marked "passed" when they did not touch my car or look at anything. When I asked it said my 2002 truck only required a safety inspection of wipers and brakes. Only 15.00 for 5 min. But I think inspections are required to protect me and the public from a faulty car. It's a good thing I have regular service appts and maintain my car.

I pulled up at 5:38 for an inspection and they said they were closed. I came from Creedmoor so it was a bit of an inconvenience. All of the lights were on and at least 5 guys standing in the building and carport area. I wish they had told me when I called in earlier that day that they were closing earlier.

Jiffy is Iffy..... inconvenient.Update: After the failed inspection paid for, I ended up going to another mechanic shop the next morning to address failed issue. Second inspection was done and paid for. Turns out all I needed was fuel injector cleaner. Not sure if Jiffy offered that service. Anyhow, Problem now fixed. Inspection passed. Check engine light now off. Was no need to return to Jiffy Lube for the simple fix you could have offered. It's unnecessary to have two mechanics when the second was a one stop shop to fix all issues w/ a no nonsense approach. I don't see the need to ever return to any Jiffy locations. I did however receive great customer service and an oil change while there. I love that it was under new management. Everybody was kind. I'd still recommend service to others. And for that I'd like to give additional stars. But the inconvenience still makes it a not so great fit for me. My apologies for not emailing. I'd rather let the people know my experience so that their aware of possible issues they may or may not face. Best of luck!
