The manager Maury and his team are the most friendliest and hard working crew I have ever met. They were very good at what they did. The manager explained to me everything that they found faulty and needed attention with my car and gave me the chance to make choices. I have definitely found the right garage that i will call a home now. Everyone was nice and they all worked as a team.

The service guy who helped me was very nice and the wait was less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, some of the other employees were not being very professional: cursing, fussing about other employees taking a break, and one was outside smoking in the front of entrance to drive your car in to be inspected. I may go to the other Jiffy lube the next time by Jordan high school.

It's been very pleasant to visiting this location. Dale has been very kind and friendly to every customers. Hope I've got his name right cause I overheard his name while he was taking care of other customer. Even the customers was very nice, we were all having a little conversation while we were waiting and none of us waited long. Maybe 15-20 minutes. Thanks Dale! See you next visit!

I keep going back to this specific location in Durham off Roxboro Road because everyone there is so nice and pleasant and I never have to wait long at all. They always take care of everything I need and it's nice to get everything done in one place. :) I highly recommend this location specifically.

I feel like I remember a time when an oil change cost like $30, and I miss those days. But there's a lot to be said for quick, quality service, and I don't mind paying for that--and that's precisely what I was given by the staff here. Will definitely return to this location.

I had an excellent experience at jiffy lube on the intersection of North Duke Street and North Roxboro Road in Durham it was very convenient and efficient and not costly at all to get my inspection done at this location they made it so easy for me to get in and out quickly considering I have my children with me that was a big plus they also have a nice little waiting area with complimentary Waters and a bathroom which is very helpful.

You folks just sent me an email that I didn t have services done on my vehicle that should be done. The point you have missed here is that your people never said anything about any other services. Honestly your people asked why I was there, I said for an oil change, your guy said okay. That is all that was said to me, until a different guy said my car is ready. Nobody offered anything else to me. So next time please talk to your own staff about what they should be doing instead of writing to me wanting to know why I didn t get more things done on my vehicle.

Came in for an oil change with my 1 year old and every single person was so kind and helpful. I was able to get my oil change and my headlights restored quickly but the quality of the work was still amazing. My headlights have not been so clear since 2010 and it has had such an impact on the overall quality of my car. I really appreciate the service at this jiffy lube and will be coming in for any further workService: Oil change

Do not leave anything in the car it won't be there when you get back in it. My girlfriend brought her car up there to get inspection done left her Galaxy earbuds in there, came home they are gone, manager won't call back, we have heard numerous times they would have someone call , nope . And we know for a fact they were in there because she put them in the car right before she left the house and went to take the car for just an inspection and she came straight home she went no where elseAnd also to add the car was completely cleaned out because we were going to trade that car in and then decide not to so there was nothing in the car besides those earbuds

I have been to many jiffy lubes for oil and other services. When I arrived and i was greeted by Dale. They washed my windows and vacuum my car. I was surprised because all of the other locations didn't. The service at North Duke Street is superior . I recommend this location to everyone.

Went for car emission/inspection. 4 others were there for the same thing. Employees told us ALL that we needed extra services to pass inspection. Most were that headlights would not pass due to being cloudy and they needed cleaning for $60. They said it must illuminate 200 ft at night. I asked what method they used to determine good vs bad headlights. I was told they just "looked" at them and could tell. I disagreed and told them without a definitive test they could not tell. Eyeballing it, is not sufficient. When I gave pushback, they said they were mistaken on which car was mine and that mine were fine.I feel that because it was the end of the month and people have to get tags renewed immediately, Jiffy Lube is creating profit by saying cars won't pass with paying for additional services.

Very nice and respectful. Did not force purchases or over charge me. Just recommended what was needed and was able to get me in and out. I would definitely recommend and return for service.

I had the best experience at Jiffy Lube getting my inspection. They were a million times better than Firestone. I was in and out quickly with no problems or lengthy delays. Don t waste your time at Firestone. They re a joke and a rip off.

Not a long wait for oil change and tire rotation. However, they don't clean the car and vacuum like they use to. That courtesy going a lo g way.

Priced way to high. Not competitive. I ve never been charged $109 for a synthetic oil Change. And it no longer has prices posted. Also, I thought signature services came with things like topping off your fluids, vacuuming, checking and filling tires etc. None of that was done and do I had to go back and ask. I ve been satisfied at this location in the past but I will not return.

I was overcharged for State Inspection. They claimed that my 3 year old car required emissions and tinted windows inspection. I decided it was NOT worth my time to argue. Never again will I go to Jiffy lube.

The work of the technicians was great. The gentleman in the office at the desk was sitting with both feet propped up on table above his waist leaned Back. Then went out to chat with someone not even getting work done that I waited 12 min after oil changed for him to stop talking to come check me out. Horrible impression of the business for the guys working hard in the bays. First bad experience in all the years I ve been going to that one. No excuse for the unprofessional manner of the man working the customer service /check out desk.Service: Oil change

Great experience. Randall and his coworkers worked hard so I was in and out quickly. They accommodated my cars needs and after trying multiple other places, they were able to help. I m grateful for them and will definitely be coming back.

Got an oil change at the start of the year. Afterward, my car dripped oil in my garage, so I took it back to Jiffy Lube. They said there was no problem, and after that it didn't drip, so I figured they just tightened the valve plug. When I got my next oil change at the mechanic, they said (without knowing about the prior dripping problem Jiffy Lube) that something like clear silicone had been added to the oil plug to stop a leak and that the oil pan was warped, probably because the oil plug had been over-tightened or tightened with a wrong-sized wrench. I had to pay $300 to get the oil pan replaced. I contacted Jiff Lube's customer service office, and they just gave me the run-around: they said they tried to contact the local franchise, but the local franchise never responded, and there was nothing they could do about it. What I took away is: nobody is standing behind the work you get done at Jiffy Lube. I won't ever take a vehicle to this or any other Jiffy Lube ever again.

Changed oil but never checked tire pressure and charged 95 dollars receipt said the checked tire pressure but didn't because there was a warning for low tire pressure on dashboard, I ended up putting air in my own tire but I will avoid going next time because if they didn't check tire pressure only God know what else they missed. Maybe I should have gone to the one down the street I went to last time
