I called ahead, and I asked the lady on the phone if they had a tire in my size. They told me yes, they have my tire in my size so I came to their store. After arriving to the store, they they apologized, and they informed me that they do not in fact have my tire in my size. Waste of time. One out of five stars

I came here last Friday to get a used tire. The next day the tire was flat and now today the tire has completely come off the rim. Never in my life have I seen anything like this. I was on the highway when this happened. Luckily I was able to get to a safe destination. I m highly disappointed because all of the workers were so nice and seemed like they knew what they were doing. I guess I should ve known since the tire was only $30. That said, I would have gladly paid another $30 for a more quality tire and attention to detail. Again, highly disappointed!

I went to them last year and they charged me 10 dollars a tire to mount and balance but I went back today and they wanted 30 per. Last time I will go to them

Was great took less than 10 minutes. Explain everything to me. They called someone to make sure I understood what they was saying DUE to their English was not great to them. I understood everything. Only charged me $10.00 for my tire plug. Will recommend them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called ahead and asked to see if they had a tire for me. They said yes. I said I would be there in an hour. WHEN I got there the doors were locked and they wouldn't answer the phone. Lots of cars in the parking lot. but even the voicemail was full.Luckily Google found KeKe's Tires right down the road. They took great care of me!

I am so grateful for this place! My tire blew on the highway today. I had a lot to do tomorrow so I needed my car fixed today. I had to wait forever for towing because of course I didn't have a spare. I absolutely love this business. They had me fixed within 20 minutes of being towed into the parking lot. They are so nice and so professional. I will never go anywhere else for tires. Fantastic experience and I cannot recommend them enough

Do not trust this shop. Do not trust Carol. Anything from here is a waste of time and money.This place lied about the condition of a used vehicle they were selling. They put it at 110,000 miles. I drove over an hour to see the vehicle.Really it was 260,000 miles. The speedometer was broken. The windshield was broken. The exhaust was not muffled, it was unbearably loud at 10mph. There was a serious and consistent backfire. I would not have taken this vehicle for free if they offered.When I asked why they misrepresented the state of the vehicle and the mileage, they told me it was because they wrote 110,000 miles... without explaining why. Save your time and energy, do not go here. They are not to be trusted.

Driving through in North Carolina what to Mr. Tires customer service was not what I expected very rude..so I decided to leave..went to H&R Tire customer service was excellent got done in 5 to 10 minutes... I know where to spend my money these guys have great integrity.

This is the best place for anyone in need of tires new or used. They were open on Sunday as I was traveling back to Georgia through North Carolina in Durham with a sudden tire issue. I found this place, got the tire replaced quickly and efficiently. The sweet lady who runs the place is just the nicest person I have ever dealt with . She even even offered my wife and I drinks (not alcohol)She chatted with us while we waited and the employees were very quick and orderly and the prices were excellent. Be sure to tip them off you can afford it , I did bc they deserved it I my eyes. Especially on a Sunday while traveling home.

Worst experience and customer service. I changed my winter tires from here for $67. Now I can hear huge sound from all tires. When I approached back this shop. They told they can t help and rude behaviour. If you ve time please go somewhere else. Worst shop in london

As a single mom I appreciate nothing more than affordable prices and amazing energy from the mechanics. I can maintenance my car, eat tacos and enjoy a ice cold water After calling around NC they didn't over charge for used tired and now they have a customer for life.

Best tire patch application I have ever had. The young man working sure knew what he was doing. This place is a little out of the way (GPS sure is handy), but if you get the service I got, you will be happy you found it.

I went there on Saturday and had a wonderful experience but today I went back and received less than poor effort. I truly believe that this is the type business that you shouldn t spend one PENNY, I wouldn t give then a piece of lent. The lady at the office was rude beyond measures. Trust me great price but not worth it!

If you re not Hispanic, don t bother. There s a rude Hispanic lady that refused to assist us as welll as another customer that was there, but immediately helped the Hispanic customers that arrived after us. Terrible.
