I was down without my truck for almost 2 weeks! Nobody in the area had the time to tow it or even try to see what was the issue. One call to Horus mobile repair and my truck was fixed and running within the next hour. They also gave me the wrong part at the auto store so I had to go make a last minute exchange and he waited for me until I came back and finished the job. PHENOMENAL JOB AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really appreciate you and I will be sure to let everyone know just how great you are!!!!

I have had Mohamed service my 2015 MDX for a couple of times now. Over time, I had him replace the struts, brakes, one CV joint, control arm, and tie rods. He has done a great job. I intend to keep my MDX. I will definitely continue to use his services.

I recently had to have the suspension system replaced on my 2017 GMC and found Horus on line. He came to my home quickly and made the repairs. We ended up losing sunlight but he came back out the next day to ensure that everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Horus and will be using him for all my car needs. He is very pleasant and genuine. Thank you Horus you are FANTABULOUS!

During our trip from KY to the Outer banks, we drove through the Durham NC area, and of course our Ford Expedition decided it'd be a great time to throw a check engine light. We called Mohamed on a Saturday evening, and despite the weather conditions being dark and rainy, he came out to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. There was a misfire in one of the cylinders and we needed spark plugs and wires.Mohamed was highly professional, responsive, very reasonably priced and skilled with finding, fixing and explaining the issues. He gave us a pdf copy of the report, explained his thought process, and gave us instructions on preventative maintenance going forward. This alone gives him 5/5 stars.After paying Mohamed electronically, I accidently sent him another payment 1 month later (FYI, the auto pay feature on Zelle works!). Basically, I double payed. Mohamed quickly returned my payment, and thanked me again for my business.Simply put, I can't say enough great things about Mohamed. He's an amazing mechanic and human being!

WORST MECHANIC!!! Was extremely late scheduled 1230 didn t show up until 4:00. He came didn t know how to work on my car. Didn t even know what the part needed was or how to replace it on the car. Told me order the part I needed and he would pick it up I paid for the part he left and never came back never called or text. Also he tried to scam me out of $50 bucks

Horus was amazing! I needed my starter and alternator replaced and he came out that evening and got me back on the road! The service was fast, efficient, and hassle free! Will be using for future repairs.

He was fast he was nice then he kind of blocked me i had to call private then from another number when he told me he would send me more information about my car because it continued to run hot after he changed my thermostat now I m not gonna lie my Thermostat needed changing but it was not the reason my car was running hot and i think he knew it was something else because we both clearly could see it was the housing i don t know if that was a more challenging task i did see him on YouTube watching a video about the thermostat but i was desperate and the moral of the story is don t get sold a dream i paid 175 plus 50 for a part now I m about it kick out 280 at a shop to fix what should of been fixed when he pulled up on me it s convenient but ended up being a hassle and owner plz don t respond negatively this is MY review

Bad news - my car battery is fried. Good news - I got to return the alternator and serpentine belt because they are not needed thanks to Mohamed.I like his business model of a mobile mechanic coming to your house or elsewhere. Mohamed has previously performed 2 brake jobs for me, does good work with excellent communication, and a van full of tools and diagnostic equipment.Services: Electrical, Brakes

I called after my windows were stuck and wouldn't roll back up. Even though it was a holiday, he still showed up at my location and was able to fix it for me on the spot with some wires (instead of having to pay for my whole window regulator to get replaced). I genuinely felt like he wanted me to have good service with the least expensive and most long lasting fix possible! :)

I warned him that my lug nuts were hard to get off before him came. he changed 3 brakes/rotors except for one tire because he couldn t get them off. we agreed i d go get them loosened and he would finish and id pay him the remaining amount. he did not follow through and I have to find someone else to change only 1 brake/rotorService: BrakesService: Brakes

The only reason I'm only giving 3 stars is bc I had to pay full labor charges for 2 days which was $200 a piece when he fixed my brakes that didn't need changing and I told him at first contact that it was the wheel bearing. $90 for front and back brakes...an unneeded service. Was going to try to replace a rotor that didn't need replacing all on day one. On that day he showed up 45 mins after he said he would and didn't finish the job. Day 2 was another $200 to do what was actually wrong with it...the rear wheel bearing, which I said in the beginning. Pretty much a rip-off in my opinion. $700 in total and should have only been $400 for part and labor.Service: Brakes

I saw great reviews so trusted the source. I called at 2pm and was told to text him the address and make and model of vehicle. He told me it would be $75to diagnose and I said sounds good. At 5 he called me, at this time I had someone telling me they'd be otw but it would take over an hour. He said he could be where I was in 45-55 minutes so I told the other mechanic not to come. I eventually called for a ride at 8pm when he never showed. His phone number also went to voicemail. I'd love to have had the chance to be serviced, but it didn't happen so I can't review this place highly. I just wish I was told what happened and why he didn't come. I'm sure he had better business elsewhere.

Excellent service. I live outside their normal operation area, and they were still able to accommodate me and give me an awesome price. My driver arrived on time, and he was pretty cool. Very friendly and talkative, which was nice. He was pretty funny as well. I recommend this company to anyone that needs a taxi service, and I plan on using them from now on!

I had a wonderful experience with this taxi service. I'm from Canada and when I come back I will definitelywant to use this company again. The rates are great. The drivers are friendly. The arrive in a reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased. I give it two thumbs up.

I just started using this taxi service. They are always extremely professional, yet very down to earth. I appreciate that they are always timely. I always request the same driver because he's the BEST! IF I have to take a taxi it will always be Horas!! I recommend this company to everyone. IF you are looking for great timely service, this is the way to go. Let's go Horas!

Great Service. I called last minute while waiting for another car service to pick me up. Horus Taxi arrived on time and transported me to my destination in a safe and efficient manner. Highly unrecommended! I requested a taxi at 9:30am and the dispatcher said my ride will be outside in 30 mins. Said thank you and hung up. 10:18am comes and I call again asking about my ride. The dispatcher replied, "Oh, I didn't know you still wanted the ride.""Why would you tell me that my driver was gonna be here if I didn't need the ride, sir?" I asked. He had no explanation whatsoever and told me he was gonna contact the driver. It's 11:18am and I haven't heard from them since.In response to the idiotic post:1.What kid calls for a cab at 9:30am? Wouldn't I be in school?! Quit the nonsense.2. I never got disrespectful or said that you discriminate against anyone. So, where did that come from?3. It's funny you knew it was my number but didn't remember the exact conversation we had. I had to call another cab company because you never called me back. I called you like close to 10 times after you said you would contact a driver and what? Not response......Full flesh liars. Don't waste your time.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. Called over 2 hours ago for a taxi first time we was told it will be 40 minutes an hour later called to find out where y'all was at we was told the driver was 15 minutes away. An hour later we decided to get an uber at least he showed up.

Do NOT use this company. We called four days ahead to reserve a taxi for a ride to the train station. We then called two days ahead to confirm. But beginning 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup we called to confirm and nobody answered. Nor did they ever call back or show up for our scheduled ride. Thank goodness we had a benevolent neighbor who was available to drive us at the last minute.

Called because my wheel came off while driving. He went and got replacement parts and fixed that issue. Unfortunately we found after that the CV joint and axle had broke. He found me a hotel and tow ordered the parts next day and came out to hotel to fix. When he didn't have the proper tool to finish the job he called another guy who came and completed the job and didn't charge me for his time just asked I take care of the next guy. He was very friendly and even sent me some links for home remedies to aide in recovery of stroke patients ( my husband 6 months ago)Service: Auto tire replacement

Each time I used them there was this awful nauseating smell. Not sure if it was coming from the cab or the driver Muhammad, both of whom were filthy. Also, the driver's conversation was very discomforting. He would complain about other passengers and the weird and potentially dangerous situations he was in driving them around. Some of the stories were just too much. I used them purely out of necessity until I found another local taxi that was perfect. The guy who picked me up with RDU Taxi had a very clean car with a nice smell, and the guy barely spoke English so there was no awkward conversation, just a nice quiet ride home.

Very unprofessional. Moe if that s his name called me and asked me to send over driver location and information which I did, Moe also asked for driver to call and give him information on what is going on. My driver called and text Moe all of sudden had no idea what we needed or who we were he also stopped answering and texting stated earlier in the call that he was only 45 mins away, this was at 7:04 pm May 17th 2022 and still haven t heard from him since. So yes I find Moe very unprofessional. A simple I can not assist would have been just fine! No thank you for nothing

I just had one of the best taxi cab rides, ever! My car is dead on the side of the road, for 3days, and I can't get a AAA tow, without waiting for two hours and getting frostbite. A critical medical appt. was where I had to be by 1:00, it was 12:20, and my ride just canceled on me. I was panicking. Muhammed, with Horus Taxi, arrived in ten minutes. He was so kind. He was patient and sympathetic with my anxiety, and just talked easily and gently with me, which greatly calmed my nerves, and actually had me laughing by the time we arrived home. He extended himself, with simple human kindness. I have found myself a special friend and driver, during this difficult time, and in the future.
