I found Ethan Lamoreaux, my sales rep, to be very welcoming and we did not, at any time feel pressured. As he puts it in his own words "his ultimate goal to make it (the purchasing process) as stress free and seamless as possible." I came knowing the very car I wanted and Hendrick had it. In negotiating he and the staff were very flexible. They honored a comparable sales promotion that was offered by a out-of-state dealer and worked with me on some issues to assure that I could come away happy with my new Forester. As soon as I read his staff profile I knew, like me, he was a fellow dog owner and a nice person. Kudos to Hendrick for offering photos and biographies of staff on their website.

The dealer Trevor is very friendly, we scheduled a meeting and the dealer is well prepared at that time! In other car dealership, sometimes, they just don't know you have an appointment and should wait for a long time! So I feel really respected in Hendrick Subaru and appreciate their services!Updates: I got my new outback here, Trevor helped me design and place the order of the new car as I wanted, every week my dealer Trevor talked to me to check my thoughts. I feel very comfortable as a customer. I like my new car, it has very nice reputation and is also popular in my campus!Updates: I did my first maintenance at Subaru last weekend, they changed the oil and inspected everything for my car! And they also gave my car a thorough cleaning both outside and inside, I really appreciate it!

This was such an amazing experience. The salespeople-Ashley & Brittany, were so patient and kind beyond words. Ashley was my main point person and she was so personable. The General Sales Manager, Brad, was so helpful and listened to me and helped me out so much with my requests. He made sure my daughters and I were really taken care of. Finally, the finance department, David, made everything so painless and quick, and yet I knew everything I was getting and doing when I walked out the door. We will absolutely come back and recommend them to everyone. I almost forgot the person that got this entire conversation going, Summer, the sweetest young lady on the phone that set up my original meeting to look at a car there. She was so eager to help and make their schedule work with mine. And yes, the final note-I feel very comfortable with my daughter driving a Subaru. The safety features are like none that I have ever seen before. I am very pleased with this entire experience. Go see them now! You will not be sorry.

We bought an certified pre-owned Subaru (like BARELY used, amazing) here right at the end of the year. Brittany, our salesperson, was very helpful and knowledgeable during our test drive and buying process. The finance team worked with us and we're willing to negotiate up on the trade-in price. The team provided the pitch for the add ons but weren't super pushy about it like a lot of places are. We appreciated that. Also, the coffee machine was really good. I know that's not important in the grand scheme of things, but it was. All in all, very happy with the experience.

Brittany was amazing! Everyone I interacted with at this dealership was great actually. The day I wanted to test drive the Crosstrek, she was welcoming and understood my situation. My RAV4 was recently estimated as a total loss and she knew the Crosstrek would be too cramped from what I m used to. She got me in a Forester premium and worked with me to get to an acceptable price with the safety and key features I wanted. I love my car - coming from the RAV4 LE to a premium trim is a jump for me but the team there is solid and answered any and all questions I had. I m grateful for everyone there and was lucky to have Brittany as my sales specialist.Coincidentally, both of our professions LOVE and covet great pens. So I brought 40 Pentel Energel pens of all colors for them to choose from :)

If you are looking for reliability, excellent customer service and genuine care when it comes to getting the value for your car, this is the place to be. My suggestion is that you come to the front desk and ask for Shadi. He is very knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart.

After my first visit to Hendrick Subaru, I was very impressed with my overall experience. The service department staff is to be commended for their courtesy and professionalism on display from the time I drove into the bay, met with the service advisor, then with a very thorough mechanic named Scott who had me test drive my car with him so that he could better understand what the problem was, up until the time I paid my bill and checked out. Way to go, Angie. Everything was great!

Love this dealership! It's where I bought my Subaru from and they have always been great about servicing my vehicle. Took my car in for an oil change and inspection today. Also needed an air filter change.. all took about an hour. I waited in their clean and comfortable waiting area. Patrick kept me updated the whole time! Thank you!

This dealership is top notch. My salesman was extremely competent, helpful and courteous. I felt like he genuinely cared about ensuring I received the vehicle I loved, which I did. The paperwork process was very innovative with most of the paper signing replaced by a very cool and easy gigantic IPAD that was the size of a desktop!! I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Hendrick Subaru Southpoint is very efficient. The technicians who first listen to your requirements introduce you to the coordinator, who then ensures that he or she understands all issues. The estimated cost and time are clearly communicated, including any potential additional issues and alternatives. A loaner can be arranged if needed, but the waiting room is inviting if one decides to wait.Addition issues, if discovered, such as brakes or updates, are discussed in detail.Checkout is as efficient as check-in. And accurate. The technician will even sit with you to go over any electronic update.

Brittany was amazing! I was buying a car from out of state and she couldn t have made the process any easier. Sent me personalized videos of the car, was always quick to respond, and made it to where when I did go in to pick up at the dealership it was quick and smooth, even on a Saturday!

I brought my car in to have my brakes checked. Setting an appt was a breeze. The check-in process was effortless and, dare I say, pleasant.The service advisor listened well and was thorough in his documentation of what I described to him. The technician drove my vehicle to reproduce the issue (unlike the one at the dealership that's closer to my home and where I went 4 times with no resolution to the Issue).If you're in the Triangle area and not getting the service you seek from your local dealership, get on the road and head on over to Hendrick Auto Group at Southpoint.

I am truly blown away at the service I receive each time I bring a vehicle to Hendrick Subaru for routine maintenance. I'm greeted in a clean reception area, attended to promptly and given a complete explanation of the planned work and any relevant findings. Their communication is excellent. I can tell they value the customer experience. Good for your guys - I will recommend you over and over again!

Received prompt, courteous service on my last visit. You were very kind and helpful to have the loaner for several days while my car was being serviced/waiting on a part. The bill was a nice surprise also covering a replacement battery and complimentary multipoint inspection. After several days, my car had performed as it should which makes me feel more secure. Thanks.

I have purchased two cars from Hendrick Subaru and I could not be more pleased with the support prior to and after purchasing each car. This time around our sales rep, Trevor Johnson, took his time showing us all of the different models we were interested in and answered all of our questions intelligently and honestly. Our finance manager, Chris Kulis, helped close out the sale and guided us through the paperwork efficiently. The facilities are also quite nice and there are free refreshments available if you need to wait for any reason, as well as a shuttle service. Any time I service my car the work is top notch as well. I cannot recommend this location enough if you want to buy and/or maintain a Subaru.

Ethan took very good care of us. Our purchase was unusual because we and our daughter were there together, buying two different cars and turning in one old one. He spent probably about six hours answering every question, helping us walk through our choices. We both ended up very happy with our new cars. It turned out to be a great experience. I should add that my father owned a car dealership so this is a business I know, and I cannot say enough good about both Hendrick in general and Ethan in particular. Very good experience.

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to Hendrix Subaru in Durham, specifically regarding my interaction with Bob Barrett on February 23, 2024.On Valentine's Day, my family was involved in a serious car accident on I-85. Although everyone emerged with minimal physical injuries, it was a traumatic experience for us. As a retired police officer with thirty years of service in Durham, I have encountered various challenging situations, but facing the potential loss of my loved ones was particularly distressing.I have always held Subaru vehicles in high regard, which is why I was disappointed by my experience with Bob Barrett. His initial approach lacked the empathy and understanding I had hoped for, as he immediately launched into his sales pitch without taking the time to understand my specific needs.Upon returning to the dealership on February 28, 2024, to address outstanding items, my disappointment only grew. Bob's casual remarks about customers being "upside down" in their car's value, along with his attempts to downplay this as a common occurrence, further detracted from my experience. Additionally, his unprofessional behavior during the walkthrough of my car added to my dissatisfaction.I was particularly unsettled by Bob's attempt to influence my feedback by suggesting that anything less than a perfect score in the customer satisfaction email could impact his commission. This indicated a lack of regard for my legitimate concerns, particularly regarding the trade-in value offered for my Tahoe.In conclusion, I believe that the vehicle purchasing process should be fair and transparent, and my experience with Bob fell short of these expectations.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Brittany was amazing with handling questions and requests! Not only did we get a good experience test driving a vehicle (twice on one day so we could get some highway exposure!) we were given a tour of the service department and available cars on their hill lot. A great experience beginning to end.
