I had a recent service issue regarding an oil change. It seems the drain plug had been leaking. I contacted the service department and they were able to work me in same day and resolved my problem quickly. Eric Foster was easy to work with and said to follow up with him directly if anything still seemed "off". I appreciate how they worked to get me back on the road in such a short time.

The dealership charges too many fees to make the purchase of a vehicle here worth the price. By the time you pay the doc fee and all the other fees it's just not worth purchasing a car from them. You're better off purchasing from Carvana that does not charge any of those fees.

Run Away don t walk Sold me a vehicle with multiple problems under the pretense of a Certified 170 Point car . When it was delivered numerous problems that would have been caught on a thorough inspection, were all pointed out. They drug their feet on getting a couple things fixed then refused to acknowledge the rest. I bought a 27,000$ Lexus that drives substandard at best, with several serious mechanical issues aa well aa a clear coat paint problem. No Help Here

Waited outside for 30 minutes to see if a salesperson was going to come greet me. nobody came outside except to take personal call on their cellphone. As I continued to wait, 4 more people that were doing the same ended up leaving as well because they went inside to the desk, and they were ignored as well. Let's just assume they didn't need any money that night. They had met their goals.

Only a 1 because a 0 isn't possible. Didn't want to cover a simple issue reported under warranty. They take 3 plus hours for an oil change. Cancel your appointment due to possible incliment weather that never happens (much like all of NC). I only got an oil change package because being a new vehicle I know they wouldn't cover anything if I did it myself. After a 3.5 hour oil change they drove my truck in spewing oil all over the floor. Luckily I pointed it out to them before jumping in and taking off. Apparently scooter back there put the wrong filter on or didn't tighten it. First thing you should check if you have half a brain and all you do is oil changes all day long. I've replied to at least 8 emails telling these people not to contact me and now I get a phone call at 4pm on a Saturday informing me that I need an oil change (thanks onstar tracking me that I don't have or pay for) even though I haven't gone to them in 3-4 years? I've given very poor feedback in all the emails and sat down with the department manager. Apparently they just don't listen. FYI, I still have issues with my power folding mirror that had the issue the day I picked it up, but since you didn't know exactly what the problem was, I was told "we can't just throw parts at it to fix it." It was just a mirror motor under warranty. Anyhow, they can't do simple paperwork or have enough care to read one of many emails or poor reviews so I wouldn't recommend this location. Chevrolet trucks are still good themselves, just not from Hendrick.

Hendrick s Southpoint Motor Mall has a BMW dealership that will ALWAYS ensure that you leave as a satisfied customer when purchasing your next car. Drove all the way from Johnson City, TN to come and pick up a gorgeous 2016 228i and couldn t have done it without the help from Jonathan Monterrosa. After reading through some of the Sales Agent bios on bwm of southpoint s website, I knew Jon was our guy. Very friendly, professional, and determined to ensure our satisfaction.PS: don t leave the lot without having Llumar PPF or Window tint on your new ride!!

David Freidburghouse is the man you want to see to get a good car. Last I checked hes working on the Subaru side and I've never been happier than with my new Outback.give them a call, get you a subby, then hit the trail!

Very poor service center for Sprinters. Did not notice my front wheels were wearing down the inside tread of tires. I had to point it out and request an alignment and tire rotation after 30,000 miles. Broke the valve stem on read inside dual tire when performing the tire rotation and alignment. They did not tell me they broke the valve stem, which I found during a subsequent trip. Scheduled to replace valve stem and after 2-1/2 hour wait was told they did not have the part in stock. This dealer and service center is the WORST!!

Customer service was very good prompt. I was not a happy customer.I get my car back several days later, delivered by my salesman. There car was cleaner but far from promised detail. One window was missing tint. Looks like to new or painted hubcaps on passenger side and and two broken and scratch/curbed hubcaps on driver side. Oil change ...98% sure was not done. No oil change sticker or reset on the cars computer remind.The car is pretty and drives good but I was treated and taken advantage of.When the final amount of car was double checked, I was charged $7800 plus. $200 in addition to original agreed upon price.LISTEN TO THIS: Prior too buying car I searched the net looking at my options. Hindrick Chevrolet of South point was offering a 500$ off any car if you signed up and bought a car. WOW!!!! What a deal.....It was never mentioned and not applied towards my purchase price. ?????Update: After lots of complaining and phone calls, some to be returned-never was. However they did complete fixes promised. I did get a $500 check for rebate promised-But never mentioned.Notice: I'm a mechanic and certified N.C. Safety Inspector. So I'm familiar with cars. Ibelieve in second chances so we will see what the outcome is and I will put it on here for all to see if this were a perfect world we would not need cars. God Bless America. All lives matter.UPDATE 2.02.21 Please know any punctuation, or misspelled, or inaccurate spelling were my fault. It was done on a phone via-text.Also: The so called warrenty and free oil changes were not free, but added on the bill of Sale. It was 3 year/3000 mile warranty. Joke! $ 7800 or 4800 I honestly cant remember. $200 for so called oil changes.Above was taken off after a 6-8 month investigation.My 60 month loan at an outragious interest rate went to 30 months for a roughly 5500 dollar balance. Oil changes were credited 150 of 200. I've gotten lots of compliments on car and it drives good. I've had to R+R. Cats and 02 sensors.Buyer Beware at Rick Hindrick Chevrolet of Durham at South Point.Update:03/15/21After many attempts of calling following through and worrying the heck out of staff and managers, the 4000 or so dollar warranty that was added to the total of the vehicle was eventually in time removed. Deductible from my total. The cost $200 for the oil changes that were misleadingly free was advised upon. Later on they did take $150 off of that so I will chalk up the $50 difference as a loss and move on.I am a Chevrolet man I come from a long line of mechanics my father and two brothers we love Chevrolet but I would not advise going to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet at Southpoint to purchase a vehicle unless they have updated and changed their procedures when buying cars for first-time buyers or inexperienced buyers or any buyers for that concern there are many other options many other dealers and I hope this helps somebody out.Any grammatical errors punctuation and so forth are all mine as I am using a text app which does not always use the correct periods and ? and so forth..C.L. Car buying causes anxiety for most people, myself included. I hate the constant texting, emailing, calling, especially when it is about a car that doesn't have everything I requested. Grrr. Scott Lickteig was a great sales rep. He wasn't aggressive or pushy. Halleluja! Scott found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and had it shipped over. I shopped around to make sure I was getting the best price. All in all, beautiful dealership, friendly and smart salesman, good deal. I recommend checking them out if you are in the market.

Was disappointed in my experience. I was asked if I wanted to trade in my car, and was told that they would offer me fair market trade in value. My Subaru has had regular maintenance at Hendrick and Johnson of Cary, has a clean CarFax and is eligible to be a Certified pre-owned. In good condition, nonsmoker no kids or pets like new interior. I was completely shocked when they offered me 5,000 less than fair trade in.UpdateI ended up getting the trade in value I wanted for my Outback and purchased a new Subaru Ascent from Hendrick. I had purchased an oil change plan for my Outback and had 5 left, Trevor had those added to my new car, I received a 7year 100,000 mile warranty. Hendrick has been great to work with over the last couple of years and I hope that relationship will continue to be great, without any additional glitches.

Whatever you do, don't buy the warranty!!! ITS A SCAM!!! Not only is it a scam, but when you call to actually use the warranty, you get passed around and no one calls you back! I'm in another state now, and my vehicle needs repairs. Their response was for me to bring it in! Im in another state, 8hrs away, my vehicle is broke down and how do you think I should bring it in?????? They had no problem taking my money, but honoring the warranty seems to be a bit troublesome!

I just bought an Amazing used vehicle from Mike Desmond today. This was the best car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had. He was very kind, laid back, responded quickly via phone/email and willing to help us in anyway. We had a great experience with Performance Subaru in Chapel Hill! We worked with Lauren Wells and Will Priest, who were both very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Lauren answered all of our questions very promptly and was very patient with us through multiple test drives (I'm a relatively inexperienced driver, and this was my first car purchase). We did choose to purchase a car here. My parents, veteran car purchasers, were also impressed with the ease and smoothness of the purchase process here at Subaru. We had a lot of fun!

I work out of town and don't know until the last minute if I'll be home. This makes it difficult to set-up and keep appointments. I called Friday to see if I could get squeezed in for an oil change, and was told they could do it for me on Saturday. I showed up first thing and was taken care of first thing. In and out in less than an hour. I was very impressed in how I was treated. They could have just said, "Sorry nothing open" and I would have understood. Instead they fit me in and cemented a customer relationship.

We bought a used vehicle and were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Performance after being badgered around town. Our salesman Will was great and had the car washed and ready to test drive when we arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and didn't pressure or rush us. He kept in contact by phone and text which was very convenient. There was one tiny issue we were worried about on the vehicle and he had it fixed by the dealer by the next morning. Smooth, friendly transaction. We would absolutely recommend this dealer to friends!

Recently bought an X-1. Did all of the advance work via the internet. Terri, my associate was wonderful. I was treated with respect, honestly and professionalism. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and got me the car I wanted. Even the admin guy doing all of the paperwork was outstanding, pleasant to talk to and quick. I got a great car at a great price. They even balled parked my trade-in over the net and once at the dealership we quickly settled on a fair price. I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Focus in great condition from their used cars division. The sales representative I worked with, Will Priest, was thoroughly upfront and honest about every aspect of the transaction. He clearly explained how well their cars were maintained, certified, and competitively priced. In the end, I was offered a more than reasonable price for the car. My experience with Mr. Priest and the dealership was smooth and low-stress and I never felt pressured. I recommend this dealership, and in particular Mr. Priest, to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car in good condition without worrying about gimmicks and tricks often associated with used car dealerships.

Form the start of the buying process I was contacted by Sales Rep. Brian Henry and he was very attentive and accommodating! He followed up with me for weeks attempting to find my perfect truck! He sent emails and text messages as well as phone calls to attempt to stay within the price point I had set! Although I did not buy a vehicle from Hendrick, he congratulated me on my new purchase and sent well wishes! In a world where customer service is so deminished, i personally appreciated all his hard work and attention! I definitely recommend Brian and absolutely buy from him in the future! !
