Our truck broke down while in Durham for our daughter s transplant at Duke. Ross and the team were so good to us, they accepted our warranty from out of state and got our motor swapped out quick and painlessly. We could not have asked for nicer people, better service or a more compassionate experience than what we got with Hendricks! We live 13 hours away but definitely recommend these wonderful people to anybody in the area! They definitely showed true hospitality in a time of stress in our lives and we re forever thankful.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Great people here. Usual car dealership experience. They had some damage on the car I purchased and they were quick to resolve the issues. Overall it was a good experience, but be ready to bargain/negotiate.
