I m writing to highlight several professionals who are at the Cadillac Service Department Southpoint. They are Christopher Mays,Austin,Jeff Lawton and Frankie Bowling . These group of men are very knowledgeable and highly professional. I own a 2013 Cadillac ATS. I brought my vehicle in with a complicated fuel problem. It took several days to resolve this problem, it could have taken much longer. However, these guys came together and resolved this matter in minimum time. I have serious medical problems and really can not afford to be without my vehicle. Christopher Mays assured me they would get my repaired vehicle back to me quickly, he did just that. Mr. Jarvis King is the best Service Advisor I have encountered at this location, since becoming a customer three years ago. He is professional, courteous, and hassle-free. While I was waiting to be seen, I overheard another customer speak very highly of him and stated they wanted him to be their Service Advisor for future service work. Of note, although I was the only other customer waiting to get assistance, I recognized one of the Managers sitting at the computer terminal. However, the Manager never greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance, although he was the only other person working at the service desk, while Mr. King was busy with another customer. Mr. King has a great and welcoming personality. He should serve as a customer service trainer for other Service Advisors and Managers at this location.

My vehicle was ready to be picked up for 5 days before being notified. I left 4 voicemails before finally being able to speak to someone who could tell me the car was ready to pick up. Manger did comp the service but it is near impossible to speak to someone on the phone here. They are extremely busy so I understand but just needed a text over a 5 day period to notify me. Cherry on stop was a harsh voicemail on Thanksgiving weekend saying they re going to start charging me a $200 daily storage fee because they failed to update the system that I had picked up the car 2 weeks ago. Management needs to re-evaluate process and customer communication here urgently.

I was a bit skeptical after reading reviews for this dealership, I m not going to lie. And it made it worse when nobody could give me a quote on the work I needed done. I scheduled an appointment a week out because they were very busy, went down there at 8am the day of for a drop off. Still not knowing the price. If it was too high idk what i was going to do because I really needed the work done. When I arrived Treyton Jakat handled my transaction. I told him my concerns. Not only was he able to get me a price, he had them work on my car right away and I was out of there in less than an hour. 5 stars to the service and advisor, but i had to dock a star for communication. Other than not being able to communicate a price, stellar service!! All in all i will definitely bring my car back in.
