Absolute amazing experience, price and quality. I called in need of tires due to mine failing and I must say the quality of care I received superseded my expectations. I was late getting there and they stayed later, didn't rush and even said that if I had any problems to return to them and they would give me another one. I have found my new tire home for new and used tires! $70 for 2 used tires is an awesome!!!!!!

good quality tires, good prices, fast service. the main guy who changes the tires though is a bit nosy (asked me details about my mothers death when i told him i m getting this spare to go out of town) and (unintentionally, i believe) rude so their customer service needs quite a bit of help. but i mean the tires are good, so.

The guy wanted me take the flat tire out of my truck so I did. Then once he repaired the tire he said he was finished and wanted to put the tire on myself and reattached the spare tire underneath. I refuse and asked the Manger was this common policy he said no and told the repair man who was not too happy to do his job

As a delivery driver I go thru tires like no other. These guys have always done me right. I wanted to get 4 newer tires and didn't quite enough money but they worked with me and held a whole set of 4 for me until I had enough. Highly recommend these guys for people who don't have 4 hundred to shell out on new tires. Great conversations and respectful of the customer! !!

I paid for a full set of decent tires and they gave me lower quality tires than what I paid for. Receipt showed I paid for other tires and still gave me lower quality ones. Never again will I go to them. Im letting everyone I know about them and how they treat paying customers. No need to scam.

I called and asked about a certain size. Guy told me he had one. I get there and he had it to the side. Took my rim out if tru k, put tire on and back in trunk in 10 minutes! Very fast and efficient service. If you need a quick, used tire to get you thru, this is the place! The tire is almost new and for $30! Great place!

Got flat riding through Durham on Monday afternoon. I needed to pick my child up on time so I through the spare on. I have a 15 year old car that I didn't see a point in putting a brand new tire on. The next morning, I called Gorman's as they had the best reviews for used tires. Arrived at the location, and I was in luck since they had my tire in stock. Conversation with the installer was good, made me feel comfortable. Excellent service and good people. Good price on tires too! Highly recommended.

I went to them several times in the past and also referred people to them. Well a few weeks ago I bought a tire from them & the guy in the office told me if I have any trouble within 30 days if he can't fix it he would replace it. Well every since the guy put the tire on my light has still been coming on, so I stopped again & asked the gentleman to check it out & he looked and said nothing looked wrong and checked the pressure & said he didn't know what it was & sent me on my way. A day or two later the threads came flying off the tire & I almost wrecked. I called & asked him to honor his word and both of them were very rude & try to say I didn't come there but they know I did because his worker remembered me. I will never go there again & will not refer anyone else to go there. I just hate I sent my husband to get his new set from them. They don't stand by their word and they probably thought they could be rude because I am a woman but I will let people know not to trust them.

Had 2 tires replaced and they broke both TPMS Sensors. They refused to take responsibility for them never going here again. If you have a car with TPMS Sensors you may not want to go to this place.

Asked for a size tire and guy on phone tried to tell me what size i need instead and then refuse to see if was in stock and hung up on me. Loosers
