Took 2 months to fix an transmission leak, charged over 1000, said the part had to come from Libea??, and front bumper wasn't placed on correctly as before. Headlight hanging. Had an oil change, transmission plug leaking like the faucet was turned on. Guy says they must have not put the washer on. I hate Being ran over and good honest mechanics are hard to find. I hate to even give back but they were the last to touch it And for the money I paid, they should correct it. Oil change tech said they did put the part was put on it. He tells me to bring it back and they will check it. Have to be careful who you do wrong because its not cool. People just want good service and cars fixed.

I would never come here again!!!! This place is the right place to get robbed. The owner took a lot of money for things he didn't fix. He tried to sound like he's a nice guy but he's no where near nice or even good at his job! He gave me a quote then charged me double that quote. He took forever to do his job too! On top of that, I payed an extra 2k at a different shop for something he said he did because it wasn't done; the guy at the other shop showed me how the car was and it clearly wasn't done. I promise you that I have nothing to gain from this review other than steering people in the right direction! The good reviews for this place were since so many years ago, before the new owner took over. Focus on the recent reviews!!

As a woman I would never go back I told them everything that could ve been wrong. They agreed but said nothing was wrong other than an ac charge up. I went to them in July. I told them my air was blowing hot air on one side and cold air on the other side. They told me I needed to run a diagnostic $100 when they came back all they said was I needed Freon so I was charged the full diagnostic and nothing was wrong with anything else. On the first hot day in February my air is not working meaning they did a diagnostic and didn t fix the problem at all. They didn t check for a leak they didn t check the actuator. I only used my air July and August a little of Sept and it s out before the summer starts again and I m in North Carolina. When my cousin went there she could barely get them to answer or follow up with her on the part she was waiting for.Service: Auto A/C recharge

Bought my own parts for a brake change and after 10 minutes he gave me the option to come back in a few months since the pads were still fine. That's the type of honesty you look for in a mechanic. I still went ahead and changed them and never been more satisfied about where I'll be taking my car for any repair or maintenance.

Not friendly. Rude and unprofessional. Tried to buy a truck through Marketplace and when I asked questions about the "authenticity" of what was being sold, I was accosted. My suspicions turned out to be true, a SCAM! Got a better deal on a better truck anyways.

Honesty, knowledge and great prices set Mike and his crew at Global Car Care apart from the rest! I'm new to this area and I was having a problem with my car. After having another mechanic give me a pricey estimate to fix my brakes and rotors, I found Global Care Care and once Mike looked at my car he informed me that the brakes and rotors didn't even need to be replaced at this time. What needed to be done was very minor compared to that and it was a fraction of the price that the other mechanics wanted to charge. Mike was honest, knowledgeable, and got the car fixed properly and timely. I won't be going anywhere else besides Global Care Care in the future!

Global Car Care is the best car repair place I have ever worked with. The prices are super fair, the knowledge about the car and the problem is excellent. There are never any hidden charges. Mike and John are honest, no-nonsense guys who diagnose the problem and fix it and offer options. I bring my car here for inspections, for little and big problems and am super happy with the results. Highly recommend this business!

After leaving Durham, I couldn't find any repair shop that matches this one's price and integrity. Mike always advise before starting to repair and they have very skillful staff. I am really thinking of driving my car from Charlotte to get it fixed since I don't trust repair shops around. Keep up the good work fellas.

Mike Aik is one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics you will ever meet. He will diagnose your car's problems and fix them, Period. He will even offer to find ways to lower your costs by looking for salvage parts and passing on the savings to you. Labor rate is very reasonable (probably $40-$50/hr. less than the dealership), I have been entrusting my cars to Mike for over 15 years. Global Car Care is a class act!

I have had work done from Mike and John since 2009 on all my vehicles. They are the best and they do an excellent job. The have worked on my PT Curser, Mercedes Benz, Monte Carlo, and all of my friends cars. What a great place to have your car repaired. I recommend this car repair shop to everyone.

Ask for Mike. He's always very pleasant and super helpful. As a female, we expect most mechanics to try and take advantage. It that has not been my experience here.

Absolutely the best place to get your car fixed. Our car wouldn't start today so we had it towed to global car, waited and it was fixed in less than an hour with full explaination.

If you looking for an honest and super smart guys I will definitely recommend Global Car Care, these guys really know how to do work and they won't come with a big bill for un necessary things to be done, I love the honesty for these people and the very cheap prices, definitely I will recommend them for all my friends
